A low-temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for animals is characterized in that: comprises quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, mugwort leaf, wild chrysanthemum, garlic, bupleurum, deodorant, antifreeze, 70% ethanol and water, wherein the components are mixed according to the weight proportion: the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant is prepared from 30-50 parts by weight, 5-10 parts by weight of mugwort leaf, 3-5 parts by weight of wild chrysanthemum flower, 6-15 parts by weight of garlic, 4-9 parts by weight of bupleurum root, 5-12 parts by weight of deodorant, 2-5 parts by weight of antifreeze solution, 10-20 parts by weight of 70% ethanol and the balance of water.

A veterinary low temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant is one or a mixture of a single quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, a plurality of quaternary ammonium salt composite disinfectants and isopropanol composite disinfectants.
3. A veterinary low temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the deodorant is porous ore powder, and is one or more of fine zeolite powder, attapulgite powder and coal ash.
4. The low-temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for animals and a preparation method thereof as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the antifreezing solution consists of ethylene glycol, alcohol, disodium hydrogen phosphate, glycerol and water.

The low-temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for animals and a preparation method thereof as set forth in claim 1, wherein: comprises quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, mugwort leaf, wild chrysanthemum, garlic, bupleurum, deodorant, antifreeze, 70% ethanol and water, wherein the components are mixed according to the weight proportion: the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant is 50 parts, the mugwort leaf is 10 parts, the wild chrysanthemum is 5 parts, the garlic is 15 parts, the bupleurum is 9 parts, the deodorant is 5 parts, the antifreeze is 2 parts, the 70% ethanol is 10 parts, and the balance is water.

The low-temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for animals and a preparation method thereof as set forth in claim 1, wherein: comprises quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, mugwort leaf, wild chrysanthemum, garlic, bupleurum, deodorant, antifreeze, 70% ethanol and water, wherein the components are mixed according to the weight proportion: the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant is 30 parts, the mugwort leaf is 5 parts, the wild chrysanthemum is 3 parts, the garlic is 6 parts, the bupleurum is 4 parts, the deodorant is 12 parts, the antifreeze is 5 parts, the 70% ethanol is 20 parts, and the balance is water.
7. The method for preparing the low-temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for animals according to claim 1, wherein the preparation steps comprise the following steps:
s1, firstly, cleaning different parts of Chinese patent medicines of mugwort leaf, wild chrysanthemum, garlic and bupleurum, and then placing the Chinese patent medicines into a pulverizer to pulverize the Chinese patent medicines into powder;
