Description

Chinese herbal medicine composition for promoting oestrus of cows and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine formulas, in particular to a Chinese herbal medicine composition for promoting oestrus of cows and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The method is an important index for the high-quality development and reproduction rate of beef industry, and ensures that the high-efficiency reproduction is the embodiment of the high-quality development. One calf obtained 12 months later is a standardized healthy breeding, and is also a sign of high-quality development. The low reproduction rate has become a big obstacle for the development of beef cattle industry at present; the beef cattle has a plurality of factors causing low oestrus rate, such as congenital factors, nutrition deficiency, low oestrus rate caused by propagation disorder infectious diseases and the like, and an effective oestrus technology means is needed to solve and improve the problems.
The prior art mainly comprises the following steps: 1. the oestrus rate is improved by using oestrus feed, the technical mode is popularized and used in wide beef cattle cultivation areas, the main mode is oestrus feed, postpartum cows are fed, and the oestrus rate is improved; 2. the injection of chemical hormone medicines to calving cows can raise ovulation quantity and oestrus rate, which is a hormone-guided oestrus technology, and the method takes effect quickly and is commonly used for oestrus and synchronous oestrus. 3. The Chinese herbal medicine aphrodisiac technology comprises the following steps: there are also various kinds of Chinese herbal medicine products such as aphrodisiac in the market, and the Chinese herbal medicine products are mixed into feed to feed cows, so that oestrus rate is improved.
The oestrus of cows has a very close relationship with the nutritional status and health of the reproductive system. In particular, the insufficient content of several nutrients related to reproduction may cause problems such as lack of oestrus, low conception rate, etc. Therefore, the improvement of oestrus rate can supplement sufficient nutrients such as vitamins, selenium, manganese, copper and other trace elements, and the problems of oestrus failure, false oestrus and the like are caused if organic diseases of a reproductive system such as endometritis, ovarian cyst, hormone disturbance and the like exist. The estrus-inducing feed has a general use effect in the group with good fat condition, and is not suitable for all groups;
at present, the Western medicine technology is mainly used for promoting oestrus, but the Western medicine treatment method is mainly used for treating symptoms but not root causes, has great side effects, is often used for the first time, then shows decreasing effect, finally does not act or doubles the dosage, causes accumulation of chemical substances in the body, causes hormone disorder, and finally can only eliminate the cow. The accumulation of chemicals can also jeopardize the health of the human body through the food chain.
The traditional Chinese veterinary medicine market is filled with inferior veterinary medicines or false veterinary medicines with low or no drug effect, and the effect of products on the market is poor or no. Therefore, the classical proved recipe which is possibly effective has no effect because of using inferior Chinese herbal medicines, and the merchant only selects a few medicinal materials for reducing the cost, so that the effect is also not ideal.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problems of the skilled in the art to provide a Chinese herbal medicine composition for promoting oestrus of cows and a preparation method thereof.

using examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-4, 3 bags per head of cows that were not oestrus for more than 2 months after delivery were fed with 1 side drug, and oestrus effects were observed within 15 days.
Table 1: estrus effect within 15 days of administration
Examples State before use Number of heads Dosage of Number of oestrus Estrus rate
Example 1 Aphasia after 2 months 30 3 bags are a pair of medicines, and 3 bags are given to each head 29 96.7%

Blank control Aphasia after 2 months 30 1.4kg per ton, feeding for 3 times continuously 5 16.7%
The results show that the optimal formula is selected as example 1, and the oestrus rate is 96.7%. Comparative example 1 was free of two ministerials, actinolite and cherokee rose, and had no effect of supporting yang and improving sperm; comparative example 2 has no effect of warming and stopping cold in uterus without adding two monarch drugs of clove and pericarpium zanthoxyli; comparative example 3 was free of added pericarpium zanthoxyli and fructus rosae laevigatae, and comparative example 4 was added flos caryophylli and actinolite, and although the monarch and minister collocation is available, the drug property is single, so that the oestrus rate is not as good as that of examples 1-3 of the invention.
Animal experiment 2
The granules of the Chinese herbal medicine composition prepared in example 1 of the present application were used in the popularization of the Chinese herbal medicine composition granules prepared in example 1 of the present application in the middle right flag of the family of the Engineers, the Etoque flag of the Etoque, the Zhenglan flag, the Zhengban white flag, the Xuelinghaote city, the Balina right flag of the Ching city, the Etoque flag of the Etoque city, and the Utility flag of the Engineer, the total number of experimental cows was 400, the Chinese herbal medicine composition prepared in example 1 was continuously fed 3 times, 1 bag each time, and the total estrus number reached 358.
Table 2: estrus effect within 15 days of administration
The cows using the estrus-inducing drug particles are all over 2 months old after delivery, the longest is Su Bainiu which does not heat for over 1 year, the total estrus effective rate reaches 90% on the 3 rd to 15 th days after the drug particles are used, the estrus efficiency is low in 7 months and 8 months from the use season, the estrus rates of the rest months are high from the whole effect, the analysis reasons are possibly related to heat stress of the cows, and no obvious difference exists in other months.
