Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization preparations, in particular to a composition capable of sterilizing and inhibiting viruses and application thereof.
Background
The characteristics of viruses are between living and non-living, neither living nor non-living, are in a particulate state, are about one percent of bacteria in size, are above 50 nanometers, and are parasitic to host cell systems for self replication by the mechanism of infection, but cannot grow and replicate independently. In the market, a plurality of multifunctional sterilization modes, such as nano silver, fiber copper, copper oxide, solid alkali and the like, are also newly introduced, but the nano silver, fiber copper, copper oxide, solid alkali filter materials are all single material sterilization and are all physical filtration.
At present, the general mask in the market is generally purely resistant to bacteria and viruses, and cannot effectively play a role when the mask is continuously used for more than 3-4 hours, meanwhile, the current mask cannot kill bacteria and viruses, a certain potential risk exists, and further, people can breathe uncomfortable after wearing the mask for a long time, so that mental state is bad.
In view of this, the present patent is filed.

Preferably, the nano copper powder has a size of-325 mesh and/or a purity of 99.7%.
The nano copper powder has greatly improved surface copper atom activity due to the surface effect caused by small particle size, namely the electron releasing capacity is improved by many times, so that a large amount of copper ions are released, and the released copper ions are positively charged and firmly adsorbed on a cell membrane by virtue of coulomb force when contacting with negatively charged microorganisms; at the same time, copper ions penetrate through cell membranes and enter the bacterial body to form sulfhydryl (-SH) and amino (-NH) groups on proteins in the bacterial body 2 ) And the like, so that the protein of the bacteria is coagulated, the cell membrane synthetase activity of the bacteria is destroyed, the structural change of the bacteria is damaged, the bacteria can continue to react with enzymes, DNA and the like to generate dysfunction, the bacteria die, copper ions can be dissolved out of the bacteria after the bacteria die, and the repeated sterilization effect can be realized. The sterilization principle of the superfine copper powder can not generate drug resistance to bacteria, is superior to antibiotics, and even if a trace amount of copper ions enter human bodies, the copper ions are harmless to the human bodies, can be naturally metabolized by the human bodies and can not be accumulated in the human bodies.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in mass ratio: 0.5% of patchouli essential oil, 0.25% of lemon essential oil, 0.1% of geranium essential oil, 0.75% of cinnamon essential oil, 0.75% of eucalyptus essential oil, 0.25% of clove essential oil, 0.4% of peppermint essential oil, 50% of water, 10% of glycerin, 32% of propylene glycol and 5% of nano copper powder.
Preferably, the composition is prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
s1, uniformly mixing patchouli essential oil, lemon essential oil, geranium essential oil, cinnamon essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, clove essential oil and peppermint essential oil according to a proportion;
s2, uniformly mixing water, glycerol and propylene glycol according to a proportion;
and S3, uniformly mixing and stirring the components obtained in the steps S1 and S2, and then adding the nanometer copper powder and stirring to obtain the composition. In S3, the stirring speed was 800r/min. The composition is prepared in a sterile environment at normal temperature.
Use of a composition for the sterilization and inhibition of viruses, said composition comprising a carrier for use in daily textiles, garments. Garments include hospital doctor and nurse gowns, patient gowns and caretaker clothing, and antibacterial socks and underpants, antibacterial undergarments, clothing, hats, masks, shoes, insoles, gloves. Daily textiles include bed sheets, quilt covers, pillow towels, bath towels and rags.
Preferably, the composition is applied by spraying onto the surface of the carrier and/or by adding it during the carrier preparation process. The composition can be attached to the surface of a carrier in a superfine spray mode or added into a preparation process of carrier fibers, so that the fibers contain an effective amount of the composition, and the composition can be prepared into textiles with the functions of sterilizing and inhibiting viruses and can be repeatedly used, for example, clothes can be repeatedly washed, and the textiles can still sterilize and inhibit viruses after being washed.
Preferably, the composition is sprayed onto the mask surface. Most of masks used in daily life are disposable masks, especially for preventing virus transmission, at present, commonly used disposable masks are used for preventing virus transmission in a filtering mode, the service time of the masks is limited, the masks are required to be replaced for many times every day, and the masks are wasted, if the masks are forgotten to be replaced, the virus transmission cannot be well prevented, so that the masks capable of sterilizing and inhibiting viruses for a long time can solve the problems.
Preferably, the mask comprises three layers, wherein the inner layer is an SSS non-woven fabric skin-friendly layer, the middle layer is an FTFE micro-porous nano membrane filter layer, and the outermost layer is a non-woven fabric layer sprayed with the composition. A combination of multiple filtration layers is used to prevent the transfer of microorganisms, body fluids and particulates, and a bactericidal, antiviral composition is added that kills specific pathogens under specific contact conditions. The composition contains various active ingredients, and alcohols, benzene, phenols and other ingredients contained in essential oil act on viral envelope, so that virus inactivation can be realized, virus cell diffusion can be inhibited, and bacterial virus integrity can be destroyed. When the virus contacts the surface of the mask containing copper, copper ions are released, destroying the viral envelope, causing it to rupture, and the virus is destroyed.
Preferably, the spraying amount of the composition on the mask is 66g/m 2 . The composition can be sprayed on mask to instantly kill more than 99% of bacteria and viruses, and the nanometer copper powder can kill the rest bacteria and viruses for a long time, and can inactivate 99.97% of SARS-COV2 and 99% of human coronavirus (229E) after 1 min.
