技术领域
本发明涉及尼古丁的应用领域,特别涉及一种含迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
尼古丁盐在应用中,与尼古丁同样存在抗氧化性能较低的缺陷,导致尼古丁盐产品的稳定性较差,极易氧化,影响尼古丁盐产品的口感,同时进入人体后产生的氧化分解物质对人体器官有一定的伤害。因此,有必要开发一种具有较高抗氧化性能的尼古丁盐产品。
中国发明专利申请文件CN 102770138A公开了一种软锭剂,该软锭剂含有:a.尼古丁活性物,其含量大约为锭剂质量的0.05%~1%;b.胶凝剂,其含量大约为锭剂质量的5%~40%;c.增塑剂,其含量大约为锭剂质量的30%~70%;d.增甜剂,其含量大约为锭剂质量的0.05%~10%;e.释放剂,其含量大约为锭剂质量的0.5%~30%;f.防腐剂,其含量大约为锭剂质量的0.05%~2%;g.调味剂,其含量大约为锭剂质量的0.01%~5%;和h.水,其含量大约为锭剂质量的5%~20%,所述锭剂可以在大约5~15分钟的时间内溶解在口腔中,具体时间长度取决于使用者的吸吮形式。一般来说,尼古丁活性物选自于尼古丁口香糖、含有尼古丁的烟草植物提取物、尼古丁衍生物、尼古丁油、尼古丁盐、尼古丁阳离子交换剂、尼古丁包合配合物、结合到纤维素或者淀粉微球上的尼古丁、尼古丁的代谢物和它们的混合物组成的组合。一般来说,防腐剂为羟苯甲酸甲酯、羟苯甲酸丙酯、羟苯甲酯钠和尼泊金丙酯钠中的至少一种。
中国发明专利申请文件CN114521668A公开了一种含有乳化剂的尼古丁口含烟制品,包括填充剂、水、香味物质、保润剂、尼古丁物质、乳化剂,所述的填充剂包括玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、红薯淀粉、预糊化淀粉、豌豆淀粉、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、玉米纤维、大豆纤维、豌豆纤维、小麦纤维、燕麦纤维、荞麦纤维、木糖醇、赤藓糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、甘露醇、麦芽糖醇、山梨糖醇、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氯化钠,所述的香味物质包括植物提取物、天然精油、合成香精、香味物质单体中的一种或两种以上的组合,所述的保润剂包括丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或两种的组合,所述尼古丁物质包括尼古丁单体、尼古丁尼古丁苯甲酸盐、尼古丁苹果酸盐、尼古丁酒石酸盐、尼古丁水杨酸盐、尼古丁离子交换树脂,优选尼古丁苹果酸盐、尼古丁酒石酸盐中的一种或两种以上的组合;一种含乳化剂的尼古丁口含烟制品的制备方法,其成分重量比及制备方法如下:1)将0-10份水加入到填充剂中,混合10-30min,静置吸收1-5h;2)将10-40份香味物质、10-20份保润剂、1-10份尼古丁物质搅拌混合5-30min,再加入0.5-3份乳化剂,于磁力搅拌仪上搅拌1-5h;3)将2)所得的液体加入1)中,在搅拌机中搅拌20-60min,静置12-24h,得到含乳化剂的尼古丁口含制品。本发明通过乳化剂的加入,提高香味物质的稳定性,降低香味物质在储存过程中的衰减,满足香味物质的口感要求。
尼古丁盐中一般是加入传统化学合成防腐剂,如山梨酸钾、羟苯甲酸甲酯等来达到抑菌防腐,延长保质期的作用;但直接加入化学防腐剂制备尼古丁口含制品,带来异味且危害身体健康。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的不足,制备迷迭香提取物,加入尼古丁口含制品中,替代化学合成防腐剂,起到抑菌防腐的作用,同时也能达到提升醒脑作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案是:
一种含迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品,包括迷迭香提取物和尼古丁盐。
优选的,还包括填充剂、甜味剂、凉味剂、分散剂、pH调节剂以及香精,按重量份计,迷迭香提取物8-12份,尼古丁盐4.7份,填充剂35-50份,甜味剂3-5份,凉味剂0.3-0.5份,分散剂0.3-0.5份,pH调节剂1-2份,香精3-5份。
优选的,所述迷迭香提取物为冻干粉状态。
优选的,所述尼古丁盐为酒石酸尼古丁盐、水杨酸尼古丁盐、苹果酸尼古丁盐等其中的一种。
优选的,所述填充剂为微晶纤维素、非水溶性植物纤维素中的一种。
优选的,所述甜味剂为木糖醇、麦芽糖醇、安赛蜜中的一种或两种,所述凉味剂为WS-3和WS-23按3:1比例的混合物,所述分散剂为阿拉伯胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶中的一种或两种,所述pH调节剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、磷酸盐、氢氧化物、TRIS中的一种或两种,所述香精为薄荷香精、柠檬香精、香草香精、柑橘香精中的一种或两种。
一种含迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品的制备方法,步骤如下:
(A)制备迷迭香提取物;
(B)将填充剂、迷迭香提取物混合均匀;
(C)将步骤(B)所得混合物加入尼古丁盐中,搅拌混合均匀。
优选的,步骤(A)中制备迷迭香提取物的具体步骤如下:
(a)将新鲜迷迭香植株洗净并烘干;
(b)将迷迭香干植株粉碎,制得迷迭香粉末;
(c)在乙醇溶液中加入迷迭香粉末,混匀后浸提,过滤得上清液,得到迷迭香粗提液;
(d)将迷迭香粗提液蒸发,得到迷迭香提取物浓缩液;
(e)将迷迭香提取物浓缩液冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉状态的迷迭香提取物。
优选的,步骤(c)中,使用95%的乙醇溶液300-400mL,加入100g迷迭香粉末,室温浸提2-3h,连续提取2次上清液并合并,步骤(d)中,采用旋转蒸发仪将迷迭香粗提液于40℃旋转蒸发,步骤(e)中,使用-40℃真空冷冻干燥过夜得到迷迭香提取物冻干粉,然后研磨,过40目筛后置于-18℃下备用。
优选的,步骤(B)中在填充剂、迷迭香提取物中还加入甜味剂、凉味剂、分散剂和pH调节剂的粉末一起混合,按重量份计,迷迭香提取物8-12份、填充剂35-50份、甜味剂3-5份、凉味剂0.3-0.5份、分散剂0.3-0.5份、pH调节剂1-2份,在混合后的料中再加入30-35份去离子水及3-5份PG,搅拌机混匀5min。
优选的,步骤(C)中,先取3-5份香精和4.7份尼古丁盐混合均匀,最后把搅拌混合均匀的粉末经40目过筛后,装袋并紫外灭菌30min。
迷迭香,是双子叶植物纲、唇形科、迷迭香属植物灌木,是一种名贵的天然香料植物,会散发一种清香气味。迷迭香具有提神醒脑、抑菌、抗氧化等作用,制备迷迭香提取物,加入尼古丁盐、甜味剂、凉味剂、填充剂等制备一款具有提神醒脑作用的尼古丁口含制品,同时赋予尼古丁口含制品令人愉悦的香气,而且,迷迭香提取物可作为天然抑菌防腐剂,加入到尼古丁口含制品中,替代化学合成防腐剂,更加健康绿色安全,节约成本。
使用尼古丁盐制备尼古丁口含制品,给消费者带来生理满足感,加入迷迭香提取物,协同增效,具有防腐及提神醒脑的作用,并增强尼古丁口含制品带来的生理满足感。
该发明技术方案的优点、效果:
1、迷迭香具有抑菌、抗氧化的作用,作为天然抑菌防腐剂,将其添加到尼古丁口含制品中,替代传统化学合成防腐剂,更加健康绿色安全,节约成本;
2、制备迷迭香提取物,将其添加到尼古丁口含制品中,赋予尼古丁口含制品提神醒脑作用,为尼古丁口含制品增加功能;
3、迷迭香具有独特的清香气味,将其添加到尼古丁口含制品中,为尼古丁口含制品带来令人愉悦的香气。
具体实施方式
下面就从原料组成、配比、具体制备步骤及试验结果等方面来阐述本发明一种含迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品及其制备方法的具体实施例。
原料介绍
1、一种含迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品的配方,见下表1:

2、制备步骤:
(A)制备迷迭香提取物;
(a)将新鲜迷迭香植株洗净并放置到烘箱中进行烘干;
(b)用多功能料理机将步骤(a)制备得到的迷迭香干叶进行粉碎;
(c)量取300-400mL 95%乙醇溶液,加入100g迷迭香粉末,混匀后室温浸提2-3h,过滤得上清液,连续提取2次,合并滤液,即得迷迭香粗提液;
(d)采用旋转蒸发仪将步骤(c)制备得到的迷迭香粗提液于40℃旋转蒸发,得到迷迭香提取物浓缩液;
(e)取步骤(d)制备得到的迷迭香提取物浓缩液于-40℃真空冷冻干燥过夜得到冻干粉状态的迷迭香提取物,研磨,过40目筛后置于-18℃冰箱备用。
(B)分别按各实施例的原料配比,把微晶纤维素颗粒、迷迭香提取物、安赛蜜、WS-3和WS-23按3:1的比例的混合粉料、阿拉伯胶及碳酸氢钠混合均匀,再加入去离子水及PG,搅拌机混匀5min;
(C)分别按各实施例的原料配比,把香精和尼古丁盐搅拌混合均匀,再将步骤(B)所得混合料加入,搅拌混合均匀10分钟,40目过筛后,按照每袋0.4g的规格装袋,最后将袋装制品紫外灭菌30min。
3、感官评价测定:
分别取实施例1、2、3、4、5制备的含迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品的样品与编号CK(即不添加迷迭香提取物且使用传统化学防腐剂山梨酸钾)制备的尼古丁口含制品的样品进行感官评价测定,尼古丁含量均为10mg(以每袋制品计),测定结果见下表2。

从感官评价结果来看,1:添加迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品的样品上头感更强,具有提神醒脑的作用;2:添加迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品的样品无异味,且带有迷迭香独有的令人愉悦的香味,香气清香。
4、产品稳定性测试
添加迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品的样品在恒温恒湿箱储存第一、三、五、七、九周,测试其外观性状。
结果表明:添加迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品的样品储存期间无氧化变黄,外观状态完整,感官品质佳。
制备迷迭香提取物,应用到尼古丁口含制品中的方法,达到防腐抑菌及提神醒脑的目的。

Claims (10)
1.一种含迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品,其特征在于,包括迷迭香提取物和尼古丁盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尼古丁口含制品,其特征在于,还包括填充剂、甜味剂、凉味剂、分散剂、pH调节剂以及香精,按重量份计,迷迭香提取物8-12份,尼古丁盐4.7份,填充剂35-50份,甜味剂3-5份,凉味剂0.3-0.5份,分散剂0.3-0.5份,pH调节剂1-2份,香精3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的尼古丁口含制品,其特征在于,所述迷迭香提取物为冻干粉状态,所述尼古丁盐为酒石酸尼古丁盐、水杨酸尼古丁盐、苹果酸尼古丁盐等其中的一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的尼古丁口含制品,其特征在于,所述填充剂为微晶纤维素、非水溶性植物纤维素中的一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的尼古丁口含制品,其特征在于,所述甜味剂为木糖醇、麦芽糖醇、安赛蜜中的一种或两种,所述凉味剂为WS-3和WS-23按3:1比例的混合物,所述分散剂为阿拉伯胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶中的一种或两种,所述pH调节剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、磷酸盐、氢氧化物、TRIS中的一种或两种,所述香精为薄荷香精、柠檬香精、香草香精、柑橘香精中的一种或两种。
6.一种含迷迭香提取物的尼古丁口含制品的制备方法,步骤如下:
(A)制备迷迭香提取物;
(B)将填充剂、迷迭香提取物混合均匀;
(C)将步骤(B)所得混合物加入尼古丁盐中,搅拌混合均匀。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(A)制备迷迭香提取物的具体步骤如下:
(a)将新鲜迷迭香植株洗净并烘干;
(b)将迷迭香干植株粉碎,制得迷迭香粉末;
(c)在乙醇溶液中加入迷迭香粉末,混匀后浸提,过滤得上清液,得到迷迭香粗提液;
(d)将迷迭香粗提液蒸发,得到迷迭香提取物浓缩液;
(e)将迷迭香提取物浓缩液冷冻干燥得到冻干粉状态的迷迭香提取物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(c)中,使用95%的乙醇溶液300-400mL,加入100g迷迭香粉末,室温浸提2-3h,连续提取2次上清液并合并,所述步骤(d)中,采用旋转蒸发仪将迷迭香粗提液于40℃旋转蒸发,所述步骤(e)中,使用-40℃真空冷冻干燥过夜得到冻干粉状态的迷迭香提取物,然后研磨,过40目筛后置于-18℃下备用。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(B)中在填充剂、迷迭香提取物中还加入甜味剂、凉味剂、分散剂和pH调节剂的粉末一起混合,按重量份计,迷迭香提取物8-12份、填充剂35-50份、甜味剂3-5份、凉味剂0.3-0.5份、分散剂0.3-0.5份、pH调节剂1-2份,在混合后的料中再加入30-35份去离子水及3-5份PG,搅拌机混匀5min。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(C)中,所述尼古丁盐中先加入香精混合均匀,然后将步骤(B)所得混合料加入搅拌混合均匀,最后把得到的粉末经40目过筛后,装袋并紫外灭菌30min。
