Abstract

在纵向封接装置直到邻近横向封接装置之前的区域内,在软管9的两侧各设有一个支承装置(25)用于支承软管(9)。每个支承装置均具有两个带有间距均匀的弹性弯曲指形件(38)的环形带(26)。指形件(38)将软管(9)压靠在要包装的产品,例如竖立放置的饼干(5)片组(4)上。本发明设备容易适用于不同的规格或片组长度,并保证产品在软管(9)中非常可靠地定位。

Description

带有环形支承带的管袋包装机
诸如由专利文献CH376046和CH581047已知一种用于由竖立放置的诸如为饼干的片状物所构成的若干相互间隔开的片组的包装机。这些片组相隔一定间距,被平台上的圆盘推动。包装材料带围绕片组形成软管,并用纵向封接缝将其封接。顺流而下,在这些片组之间制有横向封接缝,从而把各个包装相互分开。为了防止片组中的圆片状物在软管中移动或倾斜,借助于侧向环形的链条将金属制的夹具置于各片组之间的中间空隙中,上述夹具紧靠横向封接装置之前被移走。由于随着饼干及片组长度的规格的改变,需要相应地更换链条,用与夹具的形式和间距相适配的链条取而代之,所以,这些附件的柔性差。
本发明的目的是,克服上述不足。这一目的是通过本发明权利要求书所列的特征而得以实现的。
下面借助附图说明本发明的一个实施例。附图中:

图1和图2示意表示的为一个卧式管袋包装机1。由相互贴靠并立放的饼干5所构成的片组4沿带有纵向缝隙3的水平工作台2输送。为此,以固定的间距间隔开的夹板6对嵌入上述缝隙3,而夹板6则固定在环行的链条7上。临近链条7的下游端部,用薄膜包装材料8围绕片组4,形成在下侧带有一个纵向鳍状接缝10的软管9。从贮料辊11将薄膜8拉下。
在链条7的下游导向轮15的下游处,利用纵向封接装置17的两对加热封接辊16封上接缝10,上述纵向封接辊16同时亦用作向前送进软管9的驱动装置。在装置17之后设有具有一对反向旋转的圆柱体扇形切块形的封接爪19。封接爪19之一具有一个图中未表示的刀具,该刀具在所形成的横向封接缝22的中间位置从软管9上切下单袋包20。袋包20被以大于封接爪19的圆周速度运转的输送带21运出。
为了尤其要避免软管9中的片组4的第一片和最后一片饼干5移动,或者防止其倾倒,在从导向轮15直到邻近横向封接装置18之前的区域内,在软管9的两侧各设有一个支承装置25,该支承装置25更详细地示于图3至图12。支承装置25在两侧具有两个在内侧28上带有齿27的传动带26,这两个传动带26中的一个位于另一个之上。传动带26在其上游端部通过两个齿轮30导引,这两个齿轮30一个位于另一个之上,且安装于同一驱动轴29上。传动带26在其下游端部通过导向轮31导引,这两个导向轮31同轴,相互之间有一定间距且各自独立安装。在导向轮31之间有一缝隙32,此缝隙32用于下面将要说明的支承及折叠件的嵌入。
至少在两个相向的传送带26的相对的回行段(Trum)上,传送带在高度方向和横向上于导轨36的矩形槽35中引导。导轨36在齿轮30和导向轮31之间延伸。在传送带26的外侧37上,固定有一些弹性的弯曲指形件38,这些指形件38与上述齿27相对,且其间距与齿27间距相同。指形件38最好熔接于传送带26上,或者,与传送带26注射成形为一体。因此,指形件38最好用与传送带26的外侧37相同的材料制成,优选用例如为弹性的塑料制成,特别是用聚氨酯制成。通过指形件38与齿27的相对设置,可使偏转半径大为减小,这首先对下游的导向辊31尤为重要。在直线带段,指形件38比两相邻指形件38间的间隙39宽。指形件38的自由端40比弧形段构成夹紧区域的中间部分更靠近传送带26。指形件38的棱是倒圆的。指形件38沿传送带26的纵向方向的弹性小于沿传送带26横向方向的弹性。
图7示出图6所示传送带26的一种改型,其中,指形件38的连接点41借助于凹部42向更靠近传送带中点的位置偏移。在此改型方案中,指形件38更具弹性。
图9所示为齿轮30和导向辊31之间传送路径沿水平截面所得的局部视图。如图所示,指形件38的宽度并不与饼干5的宽度一致。因此,这种传送带26可用于饼干5的不同厚度和规格。在饼干5片组4之间的间隙中,指形件38的弹性力使软管9略微受压,从而使片组4中的最靠外的饼干5被可靠地夹持住。最靠外的饼干5既不会倾斜,也不会偏移。其余的指形件38将软管9压靠在饼干5上,使软管9中的片组4作为一个紧凑的整体单元一起被输送。这时,传送带26的圆周速度等于封接辊26的圆周速度。
图2中示出了两个相对而置的杆状的折叠和支承件45,其前端46沿一O形轨迹47环行。前端46的圆周速度在移进区域与封接辊16的圆周速度一致。支承件45伸进缝隙32(见图3)。于是,在传送带26上的指形件38停止对片组4最前端的饼干5的支承之前,支承件45的前端46便对其进行支承。由此,饼干5的片组4在软管9内以紧凑的形式被可靠地向横向封接装置18导引。在此过程中,只有在封接爪19已经插入片组4之间的间隙后,支承件45才撤回。这样,可使得最靠外的饼干5直到横向封接装置18之前一直得到支承,同时,还可形成楔形横向折叠,由此可得受欢迎的单袋包20(见图8)。
图11和图12示意地表示出一个调节装置55,它用于调节一对相对的传送带之间的相互距离。在每个导轨36上,各固定有两个直立的支柱56。在每个支柱56中,各旋入两个螺杆57、58。螺杆57、58分别具有两个旋向相反的螺纹59。上面的两个螺杆57通过链轮60和链条61相互连接。其中一个螺杆57上装有曲柄62。此外,每个支柱56上的两个上下相对的螺杆57、58借助于齿轮63相互连接。螺杆57、58可转动地安装于支架64中。当曲柄62旋转时,所有四个螺杆57、58同时旋转,使两个导轨36相互平行地相向或相反移动。图11中还表示有用于驱动轴29的电机65。为了便于维护,支架64可绕水平轴66向上偏转90°。借助于定位件67使支架64保持在向上偏转后的位置。支架64还可设计为高度可调的。
借助于上述调节装置,即使在大产品公差的情况下,亦可实现良好的运行可靠性。改为其他的饼干5规格或另外的片组4长度,可毫无问题地实现,无须更换传送带26。软管9被轻轻地夹住贴靠在产品上。没有穿孔的困扰。传送带26易于弄干净,保持卫生清洁。由于指形件38不是用其自由端40,而是用其弯曲区域贴靠软管9,所以,在弹性变形(Einfedern)时,沿指形件平面,亦即垂直于传送带长度方向,产生一定的滚动运动,结果,合力沿软管的纵向方向和高度方向几乎没有分量。由此,即使在断续工作状态下,亦实现了产品的高生产率和良好的位置稳定性,结果大大避免了出现废品。

Claims (13)

1.一种环形带,其内侧(28)设计为通过传动轮(30)对其进行驱动,其外侧(37)以大致均匀的间距连接有指形件(38),这些指形件(38)的夹紧区域设在其连接点(41)和其自由端(40)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的带,其特征在于:指形件(38)平面垂直于带平面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带,其特征在于:在直线的带段内,指形件(38)之间的间隙(39)小于指形件宽度。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的带,其特征在于:带(26)的内侧(28)具有间距均匀的齿(27);最好各指形件(38)均与一个齿(27)相对。
5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的带,其特征在于:各指形件(38)在其连接点(41)和自由端(40)之间为弯曲形状;指形件自由端(41)最好比指形件的弯曲部分的外侧部更靠近所述带。
6.如权利要求1至5之一所述的带,其特征在于:它至少在其外侧(37)具有与指形件(38)相同的材料。
7.如权利要求1至6之一所述的带,其特征在于:指形件(38)由塑料,优选由弹性塑料,特别是由聚氨酯制成。
8.包装机,具有至少两个如权利要求1至7之一所述的带(26),其中,包装机(1)具有一个用包装材料(8)围绕以均匀的间距连续送进的产品(4)、特别是由竖立放置的片状物(5)组成的片组制成软管(9)的装置,还具有一个用于形成纵向封接缝(10)的纵向封接装置(17)和一个用于在两个产品(4)之间形成横向封接缝(22)的横向封接装置(18);两个带(26)分设在软管(9)相对的两侧,一些弹性的指形件(38)将包装软管(9)压入产品之间的间隙,而另一些弹性的指形件(38)则将包装软管(9)压靠在产品(4)上;带(26)的驱动与包装软管(9)的送进同步。
9.如权利要求8所述的包装机,其特征在于:每个带(26)在其上游端围绕一个驱动轮(30)导引;在其下游端靠近横向封接装置(18)围绕导向件(31)导引。
10.如权利要求9所述的包装机,其特征在于:每个带(26)在驱动轮(30)和导向件(31)之间在其内侧通过一个导轨(36)沿垂直方向和横向导引。
11.如权利要求8或9所述的包装机,其特征在于:两个带(26)在每一侧均上下相距一定的距离。
12.如权利要求11所述的包装机,其特征在于:所述导向件在上下相置的两个带(26)之间断开,以用于水平移动的支承和/或折叠件(45)的嵌入。
13.如权利要求8至12之一所述的包装机,其特征在于:相对的带(26)的侧面距离是可调的。
