23-28 parts by weight of hibiscus flower leaf extract
7-11 parts by weight of 4-tert-butylcyclohexanol
17-25 parts by weight of polygonum hydropiper extract
19-28 parts by weight of Mediterranean cypress extract
14-18 parts by weight of phytosterol
21-27 parts by weight of a solvent;
the solvent is one of propylene glycol, butanediol and octyldodecanol;
the composition further comprises oregano extract and hot spring water; 14-21 parts by weight of origanum vulgare extract and 5-8 parts by weight of hot spring water;
the composition further comprises a ceramide and ectoin; 6-11 parts by weight of ceramide and 9-15 parts by weight of ectoin.
2. A method of preparing a composition having skin rejuvenation effect according to claim 1, wherein the method of preparing the composition comprises: weighing the raw materials of the composition according to the parts by weight, controlling the temperature according to the feeding sequence, stirring while feeding, and stirring at a controlled speed after the feeding is completed, thus obtaining the composition with the skin repairing effect after the stirring is completed.
3. A method for preparing a composition with skin care effect according to claim 2, wherein the order of addition is:

the temperature of the temperature control is 25-28 ℃; the stirring speed of the speed-controlled stirring is 210-230r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1h.
4. Use of a composition with skin care effect according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for the preparation of a skin care product, characterized in that said use is added to the skin care product in parts by weight.
5. The use of the composition with skin care effect according to claim 4, wherein the mass fraction of the composition is 5-10% of the mass of the skin care product, and the skin care product is one of toner, essence, skin bottom, emulsion, cream and facial mask.
