技术领域

背景技术

发明内容

本发明的方面涉及一种改进的系统,其解决现存的技术以及系统的挑战,以被动地使针、比如与外周静脉(IV)导管一同使用的针磁化。本发明的一个或多个实施例涉及一种具有针罩的组织穿透医疗装置,所述针罩具有在所述针罩上或针罩内的集成式磁体。根据一个或多个实施例,本发明的装置以及系统被动地且一致地使针磁化。在一个或多个实施例中,不需要通过另外的或者新的临床步骤实现侵入性医疗装置的被动的磁化,因为侵入性医疗装置已经包含覆盖该侵入性医疗装置的远侧顶端的罩。在一个或多个实施例中,本文中所描述的装置以及系统提供对磁体的、相对于待磁化的该装置的位置的更精确的控制,形成被应用至侵入性医疗装置的更一致的且可预测的磁场。在一个或多个实施例中,本文中所描述的装置以及方法与现存的磁化器装置相比不形成针损坏的另外的风险并且与现存的磁化器装置相比不形成污染的另外的风险。
现在参考图2,其示出本发明的一个方面,其涉及一种用于使组织穿透医疗装置10磁化的罩12,其包括具有中空的主体20的套筒构件14,所述中空的主体具有远侧端部21以及近侧端部22以在组织穿透医疗装置30的轴34上形成保护封装件。在一个或多个实施例中,中空的主体20可为管状或者任何其它合适的形状。在所示实施例中,组织穿透医疗装置30被显示为针组件,其包含针壳体32以及针的具有锋利的远侧顶端36的轴34。应当理解的是,在图2中,套筒构件14被显示为透明的并且组织穿透医疗装置30的轴34为可见的。套筒构件14具有长度L,其覆盖组织穿透医疗装置30的包含锋利的远侧顶端36的轴34以防止意外的针刺。在图2中相对于长度“L”所示的箭头还示出轴34的纵向轴线。中空的主体20的敞开的端部22提供用于接收组织穿透医疗装置30的至少轴34的装置接收空间40。罩12包含至少一个磁体50。在所示实施例中,至少两个磁体50设置于套筒构件14上。
装置接收空间40的大小和形状设置成允许组织穿透医疗装置30进行进入以及离开装置接收空间40的运动。在一个实施例中,装置接收空间40允许组织穿透医疗装置30的轴34以平行于组织穿透医疗装置30的轴34的纵向轴线的运动运动至装置接收空间40中。当罩12被从组织穿透医疗装置的轴34移除时,罩12被动地使组织穿透医疗装置30的轴34磁化。
图3A至3C示出医疗装置100,其包含组织穿透医疗装置130、用于使组织穿透医疗装置130的轴134磁化的罩112。罩112包含具有中空的管状主体120的套筒构件114,所述中空的管状主体具有远侧端部121以及近侧端部122以在组织穿透医疗装置130的轴134上形成保护封装件,套筒构件114具有长度L以覆盖组织穿透医疗装置130的轴134,所述轴134具有长度L2以及远侧顶端136。中空的管状主体120的敞开的端部122提供用于接收组织穿透医疗装置130的至少轴134的接收空间140,两个磁体150设置在套筒构件114上。应当理解的是,虽然示出两个磁体150,但是装置并不限于磁体的特定的数量或者磁体的围绕套筒构件的特定的位置。磁体150可围绕套筒构件设置于任何位置或者取向中。在一个或多个实施例中,可使用单个磁体来使轴134磁化,或者可使用两个以上的磁体。
在其中使用两个磁体的实施例中,两个磁体的磁场的取向可不同。一个磁体可具有在组织穿透医疗装置的轴的轴线上的北极以及南极,而第二磁体可具有偏离组织穿透医疗装置的轴的轴线的或者垂直于组织穿透医疗装置的轴的北极以及南极。可选择地,两个磁体都可具有偏离组织穿透医疗装置的轴的轴线的北极和南极,或者两个磁体都可具有在组织穿透医疗装置的轴的轴线上的北极和南极。
图3A示出在插入至本发明的罩112中之前的组织穿透医疗装置130。组织穿透医疗装置130包含具有长度L2、远侧顶端136的轴134,并且轴134通过座152安装至壳体130。在一个或多个实施例中,座152包含座磁体155。在一个或多个实施例中,座磁体155为固定的永磁体。当组织穿透针与超声技术和磁技术的组合一同使用以提供皮下解剖结构以及装置位置的可视化时,座磁体155可提供固定的磁性参考点。图3B示出被部分地插入至本发明的罩112中的组织穿透医疗装置130的轴134。图3C示出被完全地插入至本发明的罩112中的组织穿透医疗装置130的轴134。如图3C中所示的医疗装置100可被包装并且准备好被用于医疗程序。图3C中所示的医疗装置100可作为更大的医疗装置组件的部分与其它装置包装在一起。因此,图3C示出为针子组件的医疗装置100,所述针子组件具有罩112,其具有被构造成在罩112被从轴移除时使医疗装置100的轴134磁化的至少一个磁体150。医疗装置100可进一步被作为包含有导管接头子组件的导管组件的部分来包装。
图4示出组织穿透医疗装置130,其中轴134在轴134已经被从图3B-3C中所示的针罩移除之后被磁化。如图3B-3C中所示,两个磁体150可集成至罩112中,以使得罩112被动地使轴134在罩112被移除时磁化。图3B-3C中所示的实施例示出围绕罩112设置的两个磁体150。这样的罩可被容易地集成于现存的导管组件以及其它侵入性医疗装置(比如医用导线以及通管针)中,以使得能够在罩被移除以被动地使轴磁化时实现各种侵入性医疗装置的轴的磁化。可相对于轴长度以及轴的待磁化的所期望的部分修改以及定位磁体的轴向位置。例如,在针的情况下,可根据针的规格以及长度特别地定位磁体。如图3B中所示,磁体的定位将使得从图3中所示的大约位置P至轴134的远侧顶端136使轴134磁化,因为轴的、从位置P至远侧顶端136的部分将运动通过磁体150所提供的磁场。该组织穿透医疗装置130现在可与手术引导系统一同使用,所述手术引导系统将磁传感器用作测量和预测针尖的相对于目标解剖结构的位置的装置。在一个或多个实施例中,组织穿透医疗装置130的远侧端部包含位于轴134的远侧顶端136上的槽口137,以在插入点处提供对血管进入的即时确认。
图5示出包含具有磁化轴环260的罩212的组织穿透医疗装置230的实施例,所述磁化轴环可为呈如图所示的轴环260的形状的磁体。罩212包含具有中空的管状主体220的套筒构件214,所述中空的管状主体具有远侧端部221以及近侧端部222,以在组织穿透医疗装置230的轴234上形成保护封装件。中空的管状主体220的敞开的端部222提供用于接收至少组织穿透医疗装置230的轴234的接收空间240。磁化轴环260被显示为与罩212分离,但是磁化轴环260相对于轴234沿罩212的长度L3变化地定位。磁化轴环260可被用作单次使用的一次性的物品,或者磁化轴环260由于针罩在磁化步骤期间保持于适当位置中而可为可重复使用的。因此,根据一个或多个实施例,磁化轴环260可拆卸地安装至罩212。在可选择的实施例中,磁化轴环260永久地安装至罩212。磁化轴环260可沿罩212的长度可滑动地运动。在其它实施例中,磁化轴环260的长度L4可等于罩212的长度L3,以跨越组织穿透医疗装置230的整个轴234。在其它实施例中,磁化轴环260的长度L4为罩212的长度L3的10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%或90%。磁化轴环260可为大致包围罩的外围的管状磁体,或者磁化轴环260可为由塑料或者其它材料所制成的罩,其中磁体阵列大致包围所述罩的外围。
图6A-6C示出将至少一个磁体与用于组织穿透医疗装置的罩集成在一起的一种方式。图6A示出局部立体图并且图6B示出罩312的端视图,所述罩312具有在罩312的壁360中的嵌入式磁体350。磁体350嵌入于狭槽362中。磁体350可具有合适的尺寸以可滑动地安装于狭槽362内并通过摩擦配合保持于适当位置中,或者磁体可用粘合剂或者其它合适的方式附接。替代地,磁体350可在罩312的成形过程期间一体地模制至壁360中。图6A中所示的磁体350的长度L5被显示为小于罩的长度。根据一个或多个实施例,磁体350的长度L5可等于罩的长度,或者罩的长度的10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%或90%。
图6C示出罩412的实施例,所述罩具有在罩412的壁460的第一狭槽462中的第一磁体450以及在该罩的壁460中的第二狭槽464中的第二磁体452。第一磁体450和第二磁体452被显示为例如距彼此180度围绕罩412设置。应当理解的是,两个磁体可相对于彼此处于其它位置中。另外,罩412可包含两个以上的磁体。第一磁体450和第二磁体452可被可滑动地安装于相应的第一狭槽462和第二狭槽464中并且通过摩擦配合保持于适当位置中,或者它们可通过粘合剂保持于适当位置中。在替代实施例中,磁体可与罩412一体地模制在一起。两个或更多个磁体可具有相对地定向的极。
在替代实施例中,设置这样的针罩,该针罩具有的几何尺寸允许针罩在针罩覆盖针的轴时被放置于现存的针磁化装置内部。针罩的远侧端部可通过提供止动件来接触针磁化装置的底部而被用来限制插入深度。替代地,可在罩上设置在针罩的近侧部分附近的特征,以通过针磁化器的近侧开口上的止动件限制插入深度。
本文中所描述的罩可具有各种特性。在一个或多个实施例中,罩由塑料形成。在一个或多个实施例中,罩为无菌的。在一个或多个实施例中,罩为一次性的。在其它实施例中,罩既可为无菌的又可为一次性的。
组织穿透医疗装置可为针、导管、引导针、通管针、解剖刀或者导丝。在一个实施例中,组织穿透医疗装置为针,其在被磁化时可与手术引导系统一同使用以在侵入性医疗手术期间定位以及预计针的位置。根据一个或多个实施例所述的组织穿透医疗装置包含可磁化的金属材料。在特定实施例中,所述可磁化的金属材料为可磁化的不锈钢。
还可将本文中所描述的罩包含至血管通路装置中,所述血管通路装置包括导管、导管接头子组件、以及针子组件,其包含引导针、连接至引导针的近侧端部的针座以及根据本文中所描述的实施例中的任一个所述的针罩。针罩可包含塑料套筒构件以及如本文中所描述的设置于针罩上的两个或更多个磁体,该塑料套筒构件具有中空的管状主体以在引导针上形成保护封装件。
在图7中示出医疗装置组件(特别地包含有根据以上所描述的前面的实施例中的任一个所述的导管的血管通路装置)的示例。图7中所示的医疗装置组件500包括呈针子组件514的形式的组织穿透医疗装置,以及导管接头子组件512,其包含导管接头主体516、导管管道518以及永磁体元件532。在一个或多个实施例中,导管接头连接至轴的近侧端部。
在与超声技术和磁技术结合使用以提供皮下解剖结构和装置位置的可视化时,永磁体元件532可充当另外的参考点。导管管道518内的针(未示出)表现出磁性部分530,并且如在本文中相对于图2-7所描述的那样,在包含有磁体的盖被移除时针已经被磁化。用如在本文中所描述的罩使针磁化在磁性部分530中形成磁场515。
医疗装置500可为血管通路装置,其包含侧向通路端口556并且可连接至用于在IV流体源与导管管道518之间建立流体连通的一段延伸管560。在一个或多个实施例中,延伸管560为内置的,以通过消除插入部位处的操作减小污染以及机械性静脉炎。在一个或多个实施例中,延伸管560适合高压注射。在一个或多个实施例中,延伸管560在导管前进至患者血管中期间提供对血管通路的连续的确认。
在一个或多个实施例中,针子组件514的针被插入至导管管道518的管腔中。针子组件514被显示为包含设置于针子组件514的侧边处的手指抓持部584,以便于各种插入技术。在一个或多个实施例中,手指抓持部上可存在隆起物,以指示使用者可在哪里抓握该装置以将针移除。在一个或多个实施例中,具有平缓的凸形表面的指垫585设置于针子组件514的近侧端部处。具有平缓的凸形表面的凸缘586设置于针子组件514的近侧端部处,以提供指垫。翼构件570、指垫585以及凸缘586在插入期间可被使用者利用,允许使用者选择采用哪一种插入技术。
在一个或多个实施例中,针子组件514包含针防护罩580。针防护罩580可为适于在使用之后将针尖固定于防护罩内的设计。在一个或多个实施例中,可被动地启动针防护罩580。针尖被针防护罩580完全地覆盖于固定的位置中。在一个或多个实施例中,在某些应用中可在针尖附近包含套圈、褶皱或者其它结构,以与针防护罩接合。
可设置推动式接片581,以在插入期间便于导管前进。推动式接片581还容许用单手操作的或用双手操作的前进。在一个或多个实施例中,用针防护罩580将推动式接片581移除。还可在延伸管上包含夹582,以在替换通路端口时防止血液流动。
在一个或多个实施例中,血管通路装置500进一步包含与延伸管560流体连通的第一鲁尔通路572、第二鲁尔通路573、与第一鲁尔通路572相关联的血液控制分裂式隔膜574,以及与第二鲁尔通路573相关联的通气孔576。分裂式隔膜574容许减小导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)同时提供不受限制的流动以及笔直的流体路径并且充当血液控制隔膜。在一个或多个实施例中,分裂式隔膜574可位于导管接头的内部空腔中或者导管接头的远侧端部上。在又一个实施例中,分裂式隔膜574可位于延伸管560的远侧端部上。通气孔576容许空气在插入期间从系统漏出,提供对血管通路的连续的确认同时防止血液在插入期间从系统泄漏。在一个或多个实施例中,通气孔576可处于延伸管560的远侧端部处。
在一个或多个实施例中,可将基本单元集成至超声系统中,其中超声处理器以及磁力探测器经由无线电线路或者使用同一实线电缆与超声系统直接地通讯。
本发明的另一个方面涉及一种使组织穿透医疗装置磁化的方法。所述方法的实施例包含将组织穿透医疗装置的轴放置于包含装置接收空间的罩中,所述罩包含在所述罩上的至少一个磁体;将组织穿透医疗装置从装置接收空间移除以使组织穿透医疗装置的轴磁化。

Claims (10)

1.一种医疗装置组件,其包括:
包含轴的组织穿透医疗装置;以及
用于使所述组织穿透医疗装置的所述轴磁化的可去除的罩,所述可去除的罩包含套筒构件,该套筒构件具有中空的管状主体以在使用之前在所述组织穿透医疗装置的所述轴上形成保护封装件,所述套筒构件具有覆盖所述轴的长度,所述中空的管状主体的敞开的端部提供用于接收所述组织穿透医疗装置的至少所述轴的接收空间;以及
磁性轴环,所述磁性轴环能够从所述可去除的罩分离并能够沿着所述可去除的罩的长度进行滑动运动,以对所述磁性轴环相对于所述组织穿透医疗装置的位置进行控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗装置组件,其特征在于,所述组织穿透医疗装置为针组件、通管针、导管、引导针、解剖刀或者导丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医疗装置组件,其特征在于,所述组织穿透医疗装置包含针组件并且在所述组织穿透医疗装置的所述轴被从所述可去除的罩移除时,所述磁性轴环用于使所述轴磁化。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医疗装置组件,其特征在于,所述组织穿透医疗装置所具有的针组件包含针以及所述轴,并且当所述轴被磁化时,所述组织穿透医疗装置被构造成用于在手术引导系统中使用,以在侵入性医疗手术期间定位以及预计所述轴的位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医疗装置组件,进一步包括:
具有近侧端部以及远侧端部的导管;
导管接头,其具有远侧端部、近侧端部、从所述远侧端部延伸至所述近侧端部的总长度、内部空腔、上部部分、下部部分以及具有远侧开口的顶端区域,所述远侧开口具有外周,所述导管延伸通过所述远侧开口,所述导管接头连接至所述导管的近侧端部;以及
所述轴具有近侧端部以及远侧端部,并且所述针组件包含连接至所述轴的近侧端部的针座,所述针座在其上具有一个或更多个磁体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的医疗装置组件,其特征在于,所述一个或更多个磁体包括固定的永磁体。
7.根据权利要求5所述的医疗装置组件,其特征在于,所述组织穿透医疗装置的所述轴的远侧部分包含槽口,以在插入点处提供对血管进入的即时确认。
8.一种使根据权利要求1所述的医疗装置组件磁化的方法,其包括:
将至少所述组织穿透医疗装置的轴放置于磁性轴环中;以及
将所述组织穿透医疗装置从所述磁性轴环移除,以在接收空间中使所述组织穿透医疗装置的所述轴磁化。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述组织穿透医疗装置为针、插管、通管针、导管、解剖刀或者导丝。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述磁性轴环围绕所述可去除的罩。
