Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
However, in the technique described in patent document 1, for the purpose of improving workability, drilling screws that are used as both drilling holes and shear resistant bolts are used for the 2 wall brackets and the rail brackets, and since the drilling screws have a function of easily drilling holes in 1 or 2 of the brackets made of steel plates, the tips of the drilling screws are sharp, and there is a possibility that the tips of the drilling screws protrude sharply when performing other work or maintenance work after construction, and thus, an operator is injured.
In order to prevent this, the tip of the drill screw may be cut, but since the tip of the drill screw is also processed on site using a tool such as a grinder, it is impossible to cope with a non-welding process that does not use welding, and it is conceivable that cutting using a wire saw requires a long time for cutting.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a fixing device for an elevator guide rail and an elevator device in which an operator is not injured and the construction time is not prolonged even if a wall bracket and a guide rail bracket are fixed by using a drill screw.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fixing device for an elevator guide rail, wherein the guide rail is fixed to a wall-side guide rail bracket fixed to a wall surface in a hoistway of an elevator via a guide rail-side guide rail bracket, and the wall-side guide rail bracket and the guide rail-side guide rail bracket are fastened by a drilling screw, wherein a cap with a nut is provided at a tip end of the drilling screw so as to cover the tip end of the drilling screw.
In order to achieve the above object, an elevator apparatus of the present invention includes: a car and a counterweight that are raised and lowered in a hoistway; a traction machine on which a main rope is wound; the guide rails are vertically arranged in the upper direction and the lower direction of the shaft and guide the lift car and the counterweight to lift; and a fixing device for an elevator guide rail, which fixes the guide rail to a wall-side guide rail bracket fixed to a wall surface in the hoistway via a guide rail-side guide rail bracket, wherein the fixing device for an elevator guide rail is the fixing device for an elevator guide rail having the above-described configuration.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, even if the wall bracket and the rail bracket are fixed by using the drilling screw, the operator is not worried about being injured, and the construction time is not lengthened.
