Description

The present invention relates to an elevator installation method and an installation apparatus that perform installation work by dividing a hoistway into upper and lower parts.

Conventionally, when installing elevators at the top and bottom of the hoistway, if there is any fallen object from the upper part of the hoistway, the operator working at the lower part is dangerous. There has been proposed one that provides a partition member that closes the hoistway opening so as to be divided (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 07-149483 A

By the way, in recent years, there has been a tendency to install a large number of elevators without a machine room. Such machine room-less elevators fix hoistway top devices such as pulleys to the guide rail tops of the hoistways, and take up machines It is structured to fix the lower part of the hoistway such as the control panel to the lower part of the guide rail below the hoistway. That is, the main hoistway equipment is concentrated and arranged in the uppermost lower part of the hoistway.

However, what was described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 simply divides the hoistway into upper and lower parts, installs the hoistway top equipment performed at the upper part of the hoistway, and lower part of the hoistway performed at the lower part of the hoistway No consideration was given to improving the efficiency of equipment installation work.

The present invention has been made from the above-described prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator installation method and an installation apparatus that can perform installation work smoothly and safely above and below the hoistway.

To achieve the above object, the present onset bright, used for an elevator mounted is passenger cage hoistway equipment guide rails for guiding the vertical movement of, the vertical direction intermediate portion of the hoistway which the passenger cage is raised and lowered In the elevator installation method, which installs partitioning material that closes the hoistway opening so as to divide the hoistway vertically and installs the hoistway vertically, the work scaffold is assembled from the hoistway bottom to the top. After that, a centering reference line is stretched from the top of the hoistway, and then the guide rail that guides the raising and lowering of the car from the work scaffold is centered on the basis of the centering reference line, and then the partition Install the floor entrance products located above and below the timber relative to the said centering reference line, after holding the centering reference line is attached to the holder of the centering reference line to the doorway products, before The partition member is installed, then installation performs the hoistway top equipment hoistway portion, is characterized by performing the installation of the hoistway lower equipment hoistway bottom.

What such the onset Meinia, after assembled work scaffolding over the top of the hoistway bottom, stretched centering reference line, then subjected to centering of the guide rail, then partition member Next, the hoistway top equipment is installed at the upper part of the hoistway, and the hoistway lower equipment is installed at the lower part of the hoistway. In this way, the procedure of installation work shall be clear and appropriate, and it will be possible to install from what is required in sequence, and with the material hoistway divided into upper and lower parts by partitions, By performing the installation work, the elevator installation work can be performed smoothly and safely. Moreover, even if the partition material comes into contact with the centering reference line, it can be displaced from the centering reference normal position by providing a holder for holding the centering reference line at the entrance and exit products located above and below the partitioning material. Can be prevented.

Further, in the invention according to claim 2 of the present invention, after the installation work at the upper and lower parts of the hoistway is completed, the carriage and the balance weight are installed in the hoistway, and the carriage and the balance weight are in a fishing bottle type. It is characterized by stretching a rope that transmits power so that it can be moved up and down.

In the invention according to claim 2 of the present invention, after the hoistway equipment in the upper and lower parts of the hoistway is installed, the passenger car and the counterweight are installed, and then the rope is stretched. Is called. Thus, by making the procedure of a series of installation work until trial operation of an elevator clear and appropriate, the installation work of an elevator can be made smooth and safe.

Furthermore, in this onset bright, used for an elevator mounted is passenger cage hoistway equipment guide rails for guiding the vertical movement of, in order to perform the installation work, respectively top and bottom of the hoistway which the passenger cage is raised and lowered, the lifting In an elevator installation apparatus having a partition material provided at an intermediate portion in the vertical direction of the road and having a partition material that divides the hoistway into upper and lower parts and closes the opening of the hoistway, the partition material is the working scaffold assembled in the hoistway, and erected said guide rails with each provided with a penetrable through hole in said hoistway, Ri consists fabric member having elasticity, the doorway article positioned above and below the partition member, the core of the entrance products It is characterized in that a holder for holding a centering reference line serving as a centering reference is provided .

Thus, according to the present onset bright constructed, by providing a through hole in the partition member to divide the hoistway vertically, with the work scaffolding and the guide rails have been installed, as it possible to install a partition member Yes. Moreover, the intensity | strength which receives the fallen object from the hoistway upper part reliably can be ensured by making the partition material into the cloth-like member which has elasticity. Moreover, even if the partition material comes into contact with the centering reference line, it can be displaced from the centering reference normal position by providing a holder for holding the centering reference line at the entrance and exit products located above and below the partitioning material. Can be prevented.

According to the present invention, the installation work of the hoistway top device performed at the upper part of the hoistway and the installation work of the hoistway lower part device performed at the lower part of the hoistway can be smoothly and safely performed. The labor and time required for this can be reduced.

Embodiments of an elevator installation method and installation apparatus according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the elevator to which the installation method of the present embodiment is applied is a hoistway 1 formed in a building, a car 4 that moves up and down the hoistway 1, and an elevator that raises and lowers the car 4. The guide rail 5 to be guided, the fixing metal 5a for fixing the guide rail 5 to the wall of the hoistway 1, the doorway 6 disposed between the hoistway 1 and the elevator landing, and the lower part of the doorway 6 are installed. It is guided by the sill 6a, the guide rail 5, and is attached to the guide rail 5 by the rope 4 for connecting the car 4 and the counterweight 7 that moves up and down like a fishing bottle, the car 4 and the counterweight 7 and the hoistway top 1b A hoistway top device 20 and a hoistway lower device 30 attached to the guide rail 5 in the vicinity of the hoistway bottom 1a are provided. Further, the hoistway top device 20 described above includes, for example, a pulley 21 around which the rope 8 is wound, a speed governor 22 that regulates the elevator, and a limit switch 23 that regulates an excessive rise of the car 4. In addition, the hoistway lower unit 30 described above includes, for example, a hoisting machine 31 that applies a driving force to the rope 8, a control panel 32 that controls the operation of the elevator, and a buffer 33 that cushions an impact at the time of collision with the car 4. have.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the elevator installation apparatus according to the present embodiment is provided in the vertical middle portion of the hoistway, and includes a partition member 10 that divides the hoistway 1 into upper and lower parts and closes the hoistway opening. The partition member 10 includes a work scaffold 2 assembled in the hoistway 1 and a through-hole 10a through which the guide rail 5 erected in the hoistway 1 can pass, and has elasticity. It consists of the cloth-like member 10b which has. Further, a holder 11 is provided which is attached to the doorway product 6 positioned above and below the partition material 10 and holds a centering reference line 3 which is a centering reference for the doorway product 6.

Here, the elevator installation method of this embodiment is demonstrated based on the flowchart of FIG.

First, as the procedure S1, the work scaffold 2 is assembled from the hoistway bottom 1a to the vertical middle portion of the hoistway 1, and then the through hole 10a is formed in the work scaffold 2 assembled in the procedure S1 as shown in FIG. 7 as the procedure S2. The partition material 10 is temporarily installed so as to penetrate.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the remaining work scaffold 2 is assembled from the vertical intermediate portion of the hoistway 1 to the hoistway top 1b as step S3, and then the centering reference line 3 from the hoistway top 1b as step S4. Is then stretched up to the bottom of the hoistway 1a, and then the guide rail 5 is centered with reference to the centering reference line 3 as step S5, and the guide rail 5 is fixed to the hoistway 1 by the fixing bracket 5a. .

And as shown in FIG. 3, after attaching the doorway goods 6 of the floor | floor located in the upper and lower sides of the partition material 10 temporarily installed as procedure S6 as procedure S6 on the basis of the centering reference line 3, it sets centering as a procedure S7. The holder 11 of the wire 3 is attached to the entrance / exit article 6. In this embodiment, the holder 11 is attached to the threshold 6a of the doorway product 6 and is configured to hold the centering reference line 3.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 8 as step S8, the guide rail 5 is passed through the through hole 10a of the partition member 10, and the partition member 10 is fixed to the hoistway 1 by a fixing bracket and an anchor bolt (not shown). And the hoistway opening is obstruct | occluded by this partition member 10, and the hoistway 1 is divided | segmented up and down.

Up to the procedure S8 described above, the hoistway 1 is vertically divided by attaching the partition material 10 so as to close the hoistway opening at the vertical intermediate portion of the hoistway 1. Even if there is some fallen object from the upper part of the hoistway, since the fallen object is received by the partition material 10, it becomes possible to work safely by separating the hoistway 1 up and down. Further, since the centering reference line 3 is held by the holder 11 in step S7, as shown in FIG. 3, the partitioning material 10 and the centering reference line 3 are in contact with each other at the vertical middle portion of the hoistway 1. Even if they come into contact with each other, the centering reference line 3 located above and below each of the holders 11 positioned above and below the partition member 10 is prevented from being displaced from the centering reference normal position, and the doorway product that has not been attached by step S8. 6 can be reliably attached. Until step S8 is completed, there is a risk of falling objects from above the hoistway 1, and therefore the work separated from the upper and lower sides of the hoistway 1 cannot secure safety. This is usually done by one or two people.

Next, in the state in which the partition member 10 and the holder 11 for the centering reference line 3 are attached as described above, the hoistway is separated from the partition member 10 as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 4 as step S9 and step S10. 1 is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and the equipment in the hoistway 1 and the other doorway products 6 are attached. Specifically, referring to FIG. 4, the installation worker 9 is divided into two persons above and below the hoistway 1, above the hoistway 1, on the fourth and fifth floor doorway 6, and the hoistway top 1 b. At the bottom of the hoistway 1 and on the second floor, the hoistway top device 20 such as the pulley 21, the speed governor 22, and the limit switch 23 attached to the guide rail 5 and the counterweight 7 are attached. The first floor entrance / exit 6 and the hoistway lower equipment 30 such as the hoisting machine 31, the control panel 32, and the shock absorber 33 attached to the guide rail 5 near the hoistway bottom 1 a are attached.

As described above, in steps S9 to S10, since the partition member 10 is attached to the vertical intermediate portion of the hoistway 1 in step S8, the risk of falling objects from above can be eliminated. The installation worker 9 can be divided into a plurality of persons on the top and bottom, and the elevator equipment can be installed simultaneously, thereby shortening the installation period. Further, as the equipment configuration of the elevator, the equipment in the main hoistway 1 is concentratedly arranged at the uppermost lower part of the hoistway 1, and the entrance / exit items 6 that need to be repeatedly installed on a plurality of floors are previously provided on each floor. By arranging, more efficient installation work is possible.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the work scaffold 2 extends from the top of the hoistway 1 to the intermediate floor as step S11, the partition material 10 and the holder 11 as step S12, and the middle of the hoistway 1 as step S13. After dismantling the working scaffold 2 from the floor to the bottom, the car 4 and the counterweight 7 are installed in the hoistway 1 as step S14, and the car 4 and the counterweight 7 are changed to a fishing bottle type as step S15. A series of elevator equipment installation work is completed by laying the rope 8 for transmitting power so that it can be moved up and down.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the assembly of the work scaffold 2, the stretching of the centering reference line 3, the centering of the guide rail 5, the installation of the partition member 10, and then the upper and lower parts of the hoistway 1 Thus, the construction method for installing the hoistway equipment can be used to smoothly and safely perform the elevator installation work, thereby reducing the labor and time required for the installation work.

In this embodiment, an elevator having no machine room above the hoistway 1 has been described as an example. However, even in an elevator with a machine room, the arrangement of elevator equipment and the arrangement of entrance / exit components in the hoistway are considered. Thus, the same effect can be obtained by installing a partition material at a position where the amount of work is approximately equal above and below the hoistway. Moreover, although the partition material 10 was attached to the vertical direction intermediate part of the hoistway 1, in the elevator with the high total height of the hoistway 1, the partition material 10 and the holder 11 of the centering reference line 3 are provided with two or more. The hoistway 1 can be divided into a plurality of parts in the vertical direction, and the installation work period can be further shortened by arranging the installation workers in each area.
