The arrangement of the inner box body 17 can enable the tool switching mechanism 4, the longitudinal and transverse displacement mechanism 3, the telescopic mechanism 6, the clamping mechanism 7 and the rotating mechanism 8 which are arranged inside to realize the adjustment of the angle and the height along with the inner box body 17, and the inner box body 17 realizes the adjustment of the height and the angle under the action of the position fine adjustment mechanism 5.
As shown in fig. 7, the support roller mechanism 2 includes a telescopic power member 22 mounted on the outer side wall of the outer box, a link member 24 connected to the telescopic power member 22 in a transmission manner, and a power roller member 26 mounted on the link member 24, wherein the telescopic power member 22 is used for folding and extending the power roller member 26 under the action of the telescopic power member 22, so that the power roller member 26 can be attached to the inner wall of the hoistway.
Support roller mechanism 2 wherein through folding and extension two kinds of states, realize adjusting the distance of power roller member 26 and well wall, realize keeping the stable effect of equipment, can adapt to the not unidimensional well, adaptability is high.
As shown in fig. 1, the hoisting mechanism 1 includes a hoisting motor 16, a hoisting rope 12 drivingly connected to the hoisting motor 16, and a fixed sheave 14, and the hoisting motor 16 pulls the hoisting rope 12.
The movable pulley 18 is fixedly arranged on the outer box 19, and the hoisting rope 12 is in transmission connection with the movable pulley 18 to realize the purpose of pulling the outer box 19 to move up and down.
The traction mechanism 1 is used for achieving the effect of moving the equipment up and down, the traction motor 16 provides power to drive the traction rope 12 to move, and the traction rope 12 pulls the movable pulley 18 to move upwards, so that the effect of pulling the outer box 19 upwards is achieved.
The using method of the preassembly device for the elevator guide rail bracket comprises the following steps:

step four: inserting the track support, namely inserting the prefabricated track support into a hole drilled on the mounting plane by using a support mounting machine 47;
step five: in the screw locking stage, screws are installed on the rail installation support through an automatic screw locking machine 48;
step six: and repeating the second step to the fifth step, and pre-assembling the next track support.

the clamping mechanism (7) is arranged on the rotating mechanism (8), the angle of the clamping mechanism (7) can be changed under the action of the rotating mechanism (8), the tool switching power motor (42) drives the tool carrying tray (44) to rotate, and different tools can be rotated to positions corresponding to the clamping mechanism (7) up and down;
and the supporting roller mechanisms (2) are installed on two sides of the outer box body (19), and the other ends of the supporting roller mechanisms (2) can be abutted against the inner wall of the hoistway to stably support the outer box body (19) in the hoistway.
