Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于多缸内燃机的点火线圈装置,属于权利要求1前序部分的技术领域。
背景技术
这种点火线圈装置已在DE3610067C3中公开。
该点火线圈装置由多个线圈单元构成,它们分别通过一输出级控制并为复合点火线圈结构形式。每个线圈单元包括一个初级线圈和一个连接在两个火花塞上的次级线圈。所有线圈单元组合成一个具有共同壳体的结构单元。依此,该点火线圈装置结构庞大,所以在内燃机之发动机配置为狭窄的空间条件下,安装这种点火线圈装置遇到了困难。
发明内容
与此相比,本发明具有权利要求1特征方案的点火线圈装置具有优点是,以满意地程度避免了上述的困难。为此本点火线圈装置具有至少一个复合点火线圈式的线圈单元,它的初级线圈和次级线圈总被公开和机械分开地设置。各一个初级分线圈和一个次级分线圈组合成一分线圈并多个分线圈串联连接。
依此,该点火线圈装置包括多个小的结构单元,其中,每个单元本身由于较小的结构体积、特别在棒形铁芯时,可置于一个狭窄的空间条件下,所以该装置可以多种应用和制成大量的单件品并因此成本低廉。
通过分别将一个初级线圈和一次级线圈分设成电气串联的并分别包含一部分初级线圈和一部分对应的次级线圈的分线圈就还可以实现材料节省,因为例如,分线圈的铁磁回路仅仅必须为一部分点火电压而设置。
通过从属权利要求中记载的措施,就可实现对权利要求1的点火线圈装置作有利地变型和改进。

每个线圈单元11包含一个初级线圈12和一个连接在两个火花塞13上的次级线圈14;并被一个开关元件16所控制,其为末级的形式,此处通过一个三级管的电路符号加以标明。
不仅初级线圈12,而且次级线圈14都是从机械上和空间上分开地被分设成两个初级分线圈17及两个次级分线圈18。每个初级分线圈17和次级分线圈18并与其中安置的铁芯19一起,组装成一个第一分线圈21及一个第二分线圈22。每个分线圈21,22安置在一个壳体23中。
所述两个初级分线圈的一个对应端部与一个共同的初级-连接线24相连,而所述两个次级分线圈的相应一端部18则与一个共同的次级-连接线26相连接。
同时,两个次级分线18的相应另一端部则各连接至一个火花塞13上,该第一分线圈21之初级分线圈17的另一端部则连接到机动车的电源之正极上;而第二分线圈22之初级分线圈17的另一端部则连接到与地连接的开关元件16上。
作为优选,一个带开关元件16的线圈单元11可以包括三个或多个相同结构形式和串联连接的初级分线圈17和次级分线圈18。
通过机械地和空间上使线圈单元11分设成分线圈21,22而,分线圈21,22成为电气串联连接,依此就可构成小结构的单元,它们在狭窄的位置条件下也可简单地配置。
Claims (4)
1、一种用于多缸内燃机的点火线圈装置,包括至少一个复合点火线圈形式的线圈单元(11),该单元(11)包含一个初级线圈(12)和一个连接到两个火花塞(13)上的次级线圈(14);还包括至少一个根据控制信号控制初级线圈(12)电流的开关元件(16);其特征在于:
该初级线圈(12)和次级线圈(14)对应地被分开设置并且为机械分开的;各一个初级分线圈(17)和一个次级分线圈(18)被组装成一个分线圈(21,22);多个分线圈(21,22)是电气串联连接。
2、按权利要求1所述的点火线圈装置,其特征在于:该分线圈(21,22)被一个作为开关元件(16)输出的末级共同控制。
3、按权利要求2所述的点火线圈装置,其特征在于:每个分线圈(21,22)对应设置一个火花塞(13)。
4、按前述权利要求之一所述的点火线圈装置,其特征在于:
该线圈单元(11)设置为一种双点火线圈结构的复合点火线圈形式。
