Adding 0.091wt% of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 1200kDa and 0.009wt% of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 500kDa into water, and fully stirring for 6h to obtain a uniform state, based on the total weight of the skin care composition, thereby obtaining the skin care composition.
Comparative example 4
Adding 0.05wt% of sodium hyaluronate with a molecular weight of 1200kDa and 0.05wt% of sodium hyaluronate with a molecular weight of 500kDa into water based on the total weight of the skin care composition, and fully stirring for 6h to obtain a uniform state, thereby obtaining the skin care composition.
Comparative example 5
Adding 0.05wt% of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 800kDa and 0.05wt% of sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 50kDa into water, and fully stirring for 6h to obtain a uniform state, thereby obtaining the skin care composition.
Comparative example 6
Adding 0.005wt% of ergothioneine and 0.001wt% of nonapeptide-1 into water, and stirring for 6 hr to obtain skin care composition.

Test example 1 inflammatory factor test
23 healthy subjects were recruited, and 20min after washing the forearms, 19 square areas of 1.5cm × 1.5cm were selected on the inner side of the forearms, and the cuticle layer was continuously peeled off on the skin using an adhesive tape to establish a skin barrier loss model.
Sample use: the preparation is applied uniformly 1 time per day, 0.5mL each time, and is used continuously for 7 days.
The content of inflammatory factors in the skin stratum corneum is detected by a stratum corneum sampling test: each piece of D-Squame scotch tape was pressed continuously at the same site for 10 seconds using a pressure bar at the same pressure, and the sample was then taped and repeated 3 times. The first piece of D-Squame tape was discarded, with the 2 nd piece of scotch tape used to detect inflammation and was therefore tested. IL-1a, IL-1ra were measured using an ELISA assay, the greater the% change normalized to total protein content, the higher the level of inflammatory factors. The results of inflammatory factor assay for each of the examples and comparative examples are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from table 3, the results of the subjects using the present skin care composition after skin barrier damage show that the change values of the examples are smaller than those of the comparative examples, wherein the minimum change value of example 1 indicates that sodium hyaluronate and ergothioneine in the skin composition prepared by the present application have a synergistic effect in improving inflammation, and the microenvironment for skin health can be effectively maintained.
Test example 2 trial test
In order to verify the use effect and the use feeling of the application, the applicant conducts trial observation on the population of the system, and the relevant conditions are as follows:
the trial population: the composition products of the examples and the comparative examples are respectively tried on 23 persons with mild and moderate acne pigmentation on the face, 23 persons with superficial scars, 23 persons after laser photon operation and the like.
The usage and dosage are as follows: 1 time a day, 1mL each time, trial for 7 days.
The therapeutic effect of the composition on acne pigmentation and superficial scar is detected by using a skin non-invasive instrument, the repairing effect of the conditions of erythema, edema, scorching heat and the like is observed by eye, and the testee fills a satisfaction questionnaire. The results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the subject satisfaction was higher for example 1,2,4,7 than for comparative examples 1-3, where the overall satisfaction was the highest for example 7, indicating the best results. The comparison between the example 4 and the examples 1 and 2 shows that the skin care composition compounded by the high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and the low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate has the using effect obviously superior to the case of independently using the high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and the low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate. The comparison between the nonapeptide-1, the ergothioneine and the sodium hyaluronate shows that the nonapeptide-1, the ergothioneine and the sodium hyaluronate have a synergistic effect, so that the acne pigmentation state of the skin of a subject is greatly improved, the healthy ecological environment of the skin is improved, and the subject has higher satisfaction.
Test example 3 human body test
In order to verify that the repair time after the laser photon operation can be effectively shortened, the applicant conducts systematic crowd trial observation, and relevant conditions are as follows:
the trial population: 21 patients after laser photon surgery, the compositions of examples 1,2,4,7 and comparative examples 1-3 were used.
The usage and dosage are as follows: 1 time a day, 1mL each time, trial for 7 days.
The results are shown in Table 5.

As can be seen from Table 5, the subjects in example 1,2,4,7 all had lower repair times than comparative examples 1-3, where example 7 had the shortest post-operative repair time. As can be seen from the comparison of example 7 with comparative examples 1,2 and 3, when nonapeptide-1 and ergothioneine are used together with hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, the synergistic effect is achieved, and the repair time after the laser photon operation is greatly shortened.
Although the present disclosure has been described with reference to particular embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure, and the scope of the present disclosure should be limited only by the terms of the appended claims.

Claims (7)

1. A skin care composition characterized in that said skin care composition comprises: hyaluronic acid or its salt, ergothioneine, and nonapeptide-1.
2. The skin care composition of claim 1,
the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof is composed of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof, and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof,
wherein the molecular weight of the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is 1000-1500kDa, and the molecular weight of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is 200-700kDa.
3. The skin care composition according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid or salt thereof to the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is 1.
4. The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, ergothioneine, nonapeptide-1 is (0.05-1.0): (0.001-0.3): (0.01-0.1).
5. The skin care composition according to claim 1,
0.05-1.0wt% of hyaluronic acid or salt thereof, 0.001-0.3 wt% of ergot sulfur, and 0.01-0.1 wt% of nonapeptide-1, based on the total weight of the skin care composition;
preferably, the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof is 0.1-0.5wt%, the ergot sulfur is 0.005-0.2 wt%, and the nonapeptide-1 is 0.01-0.05 wt%.
6. A skin care product comprising the skin care composition of any one of claims 1-5.
7. Use of the skin care composition of any one of claims 1-5 or the skin care product of claim 6 in the manufacture of a medicament or cosmetic for anti-inflammation, reducing pigmentation and superficial scarring.
