The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding a humectant and water into a reaction container, heating and stirring to obtain a mixed solution a for later use;
(2) Adding the emollient, the repairing agent and the solubilizer into another reaction vessel, heating and stirring to obtain a mixed solution b for later use;
(3) Mixing the mixed solution b with the mixed solution a, and performing shearing emulsification to prepare a mixed solution c;
(4) Pumping the mixed solution c into a high-pressure micro-jet extractor for homogenization treatment, homogenizing by two-stage high-pressure micro-jet, collecting the mixed solution after all the mixed solution c passes through the extractor, and preparing the nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin.
The third aspect of the invention provides application of a nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, which is applied to cream, lotion, facial masks and essence.
Has the advantages that:
(1) According to the invention, the nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin is prepared by mixing the humectant, the water, the emollient, the repairing agent and the solubilizer, has excellent physicochemical stability, can effectively inhibit the crystallization of the tetrahydrocurcumin, effectively solves the problems of no high temperature resistance and unstable illumination, has high dissolution rate and absorption rate of active ingredients of the prepared nano-scale composition, can effectively inhibit the generation of free radicals in skin, can remove the generated free radicals, and has excellent whitening, antioxidant and yellow-removing effects.
(2) The applicant finds that by adding the emollient, the compound is composed of caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate and diisopropyl adipate, the mass ratio of the caprylic/capric triglyceride, the isononyl isononanoate and the diisopropyl adipate is 7-9:1:0.5-0.7, wherein the repairing agent is a compound of tetrahydrocurcumin and lecithin, and the mass ratio of the tetrahydrocurcumin to the lecithin is (2-3): 1, the solubilizer is the compound of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyglycerol-10 laurate and octyl dodecanol, the mass ratio of the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil to the polyglycerol-10 laurate to the octyl dodecanol is 7-9:2-4:1-3, the physical and chemical stability of the prepared yellow-removing composition can be improved, the emollient, the repairing agent and the solubilizer are closely adsorbed and combined through intermolecular hydrogen bond action to form a stable coating structure, the problems of no high temperature resistance and unstable illumination of the composition can be effectively solved, the solubilizer can further promote the compatibility of the emollient and the adsorbent with other components in a system through strong intermolecular force, the crystallization of tetrahydrocurcumin can be effectively inhibited, the dissolution rate and the absorption rate of active ingredients of the prepared composition are high, the composition is particularly suitable for preparing cream, emulsion, facial mask, essence and the like, the composition is mixed with skin-care cream, emulsion and the like and is coated on skin, the generation of free radicals can be effectively inhibited, the composition has excellent whitening and antioxidant effects, waste cutin can be effectively removed, and the skin activity can be recovered.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Embodiment 1 provides a nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 23% of humectant, 7% of emollient, 5% of repairing agent, 10% of solubilizer and the balance of water to 100%.
The humectant is compounded by 1,3-propylene glycol and 1,2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of 1,3-propylene glycol to 1,2-pentanediol is 1:1;
the emollient is a compound of caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate and diisopropyl adipate, and the mass ratio of the caprylic/capric triglyceride, the isononyl isononanoate and the diisopropyl adipate is 7:1:0.5, caprylic/capric triglyceride CAS number 65381-09-1, isononyl isononanoate CAS number 42131-25-9, diisopropyl adipate CAS number 6938-94-9;
the repairing agent is a compound of tetrahydrocurcumin and lecithin, and the mass ratio of the tetrahydrocurcumin to the lecithin is 2:1, tetrahydrocurcumin CAS number 36062-04-1, lecithin CAS number 8002-43-5;
the solubilizer is a compound of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyglycerol-10 laurate and octyl dodecanol, and the mass ratio of the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil to the polyglycerol-10 laurate to the octyl dodecanol is 7:2:1, PEG-40 hydrogenated Castor oil CAS number 61788-85-0, polyglycerol-10 laurate CAS number 34406-66-1, octyldodecanol CAS number 5333-42-6.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding a humectant and water into a reaction vessel, heating and stirring, and heating to 75 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution a for later use;
(2) Adding the emollient, the repairing agent and the solubilizer into another reaction vessel, heating and stirring, heating to 70 ℃, and stopping stirring to obtain a mixed solution b for later use;
(3) Mixing the mixed solution b with the mixed solution a, and carrying out shearing emulsification, wherein the shearing emulsification rate is 18000rpm, the shearing emulsification time is 8min, and the shearing emulsification temperature is 60 ℃ to prepare a mixed solution c;
(4) Pumping the mixed solution c into a high-pressure micro-jet extractor for homogenization treatment, homogenizing by two-stage high-pressure micro-jet with the homogenization interval time of 4min, and collecting the mixed solution after all the mixed solution c passes through the extractor to prepare the nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin.
The first-stage homogenizing flow is 70mL/min, the homogenizing temperature is 45 ℃, and the homogenizing pressure is 90MPa;
the second-stage homogenizing flow is 95mL/min, the homogenizing temperature is 32 ℃, and the homogenizing pressure is 50MPa;
the high-pressure micro-jet extractor is a PSI40 type high-pressure micro-jet homogenizing extractor, and the producer is Italian PSI company;
the third aspect of the invention provides application of a nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, which is applied to essential water.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 provides a nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25% of humectant, 9% of emollient, 7% of repairing agent, 13% of solubilizer and water for balancing the balance to 100%.
The humectant is a compound of 1,3-propylene glycol and 1,2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of 1,3-propylene glycol to 1,2-pentanediol is 1-2:1;
the emollient is a compound of caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate and diisopropyl adipate, and the mass ratio of the caprylic/capric triglyceride, the isononyl isononanoate and the diisopropyl adipate is 8:1:0.6, caprylic/capric triglyceride CAS number 65381-09-1, isononyl isononanoate CAS number 42131-25-9, diisopropyl adipate CAS number 6938-94-9;
the repairing agent is a compound of tetrahydrocurcumin and lecithin, and the mass ratio of the tetrahydrocurcumin to the lecithin is (2.5): 1, tetrahydrocurcumin CAS number 36062-04-1, lecithin CAS number 8002-43-5;
the solubilizer is a compound of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyglycerol-10 laurate and octyl dodecanol, and the mass ratio of the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil to the polyglycerol-10 laurate to the octyl dodecanol is 8:3:2, PEG-40 hydrogenated Castor oil CAS number 61788-85-0, polyglycerol-10 laurate CAS number 34406-66-1, and octyldodecanol CAS number 5333-42-6.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding a humectant and water into a reaction container, heating and stirring, and heating to 80 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution a for later use;
(2) Adding the emollient, the repairing agent and the solubilizer into another reaction vessel, heating and stirring, heating to 80 ℃, and stopping stirring to obtain a mixed solution b for later use;
(3) Mixing the mixed solution b with the mixed solution a, and carrying out shear emulsification, wherein the shear emulsification rate is 20000rpm, the shear emulsification time is 10min, and the shear emulsification temperature is 60 ℃ to prepare a mixed solution c;
(4) Pumping the mixed solution c into a high-pressure micro-jet extractor for homogenization treatment, homogenizing by two-stage high-pressure micro-jet with the homogenization interval time of 6min, and collecting the mixed solution after all the mixed solution c passes through the extractor to prepare the nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin.
The first-stage homogenizing flow is 80mL/min, the homogenizing temperature is 55 ℃, and the homogenizing pressure is 95MPa;
the flow rate of the second-stage homogenization is 95mL/min, the homogenization temperature is 35 ℃, and the homogenization pressure is 60MPa;
the high-pressure micro-jet extractor is a PSI40 type high-pressure micro-jet homogenizing extractor, and the producer is Italian PSI company;
the third aspect of the invention provides application of a nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, which is applied to essential water.
Comparative example 1
The specific implementation mode is the same as that of example 2, except that the emollient is a compound of caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate and diisopropyl adipate, and the mass ratio of the caprylic/capric triglyceride, the isononyl isononanoate and the diisopropyl adipate is 0.3:0.1:0.5, caprylic/capric triglyceride CAS number 65381-09-1, isononyl isononanoate CAS number 42131-25-9, diisopropyl adipate CAS number 6938-94-9.
Comparative example 2
The specific implementation manner is the same as that in example 2, except that the repairing agent is a compound of tetrahydrocurcumin and lecithin, and the mass ratio of the tetrahydrocurcumin to the lecithin is 0.3:1, tetrahydrocurcumin CAS number 36062-04-1, lecithin CAS number 8002-43-5.
Comparative example 3
The specific implementation manner is the same as that in example 2, except that the solubilizer is a compound of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyglycerol-10 laurate and octyldodecanol, and the mass ratio of the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, the polyglycerol-10 laurate and the octyldodecanol is 0.5:0.3:1, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil CAS number 61788-85-0, polyglycerol-10 laurate CAS number 34406-66-1, octyldodecanol CAS number 5333-42-6.
Performance testing
The particle size of the nano-scale yellow-removing composition prepared in the example 1-2 and the comparative example 1-3 is tested by an LS-909 type laser particle size analyzer;
the nanoscale anti-yellowing compositions prepared in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested for pH, appearance, toxic substance limits, and microbiological indicators according to standard QB/T2660-2004 lotions.
The nano-scale yellow-removing composition prepared in the examples 1-2 and the comparative examples 1-3 is respectively placed at the temperature of (40 +/-1) DEG C and (-5 +/-1) DEG C for 24 hours, taken out and then returned to the room temperature, and whether the nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing the tetrahydrocurcumin has the phenomena of layering, flocculation and precipitation is observed.
Claims (10)
1. The nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: 23-28% of a humectant, 7-11% of an emollient, 5-9% of a repairing agent, 10-15% of a solubilizer and water, wherein the balance of water is up to 100%, and the repairing agent comprises one or more of tetrahydrocurcumin, lecithin, resveratrol, coenzyme Q10, grape polyphenol and lipoic acid.
2. The nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin as claimed in claim 1, wherein said humectant comprises 1,3-propanediol, 1,2-pentanediol, ceramide, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, allantoin or their combination.
3. The nanoscale anti-yellowing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the humectant is a combination of 1,3-propylene glycol and 1,2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of 1,3-propylene glycol to 1,2-pentanediol is 1-2:1.
4. the nano-scale anti-yellowing composition according to claim 1, comprising tetrahydrocurcumin, wherein the emollient comprises one or more of caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate, isopropyl palmitate, cetyl alcohol, isopropyl lanolate, diisopropyl adipate, and glyceryl isostearate.

The nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin as claimed in claim 3, wherein the emollient is a compound of caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate and diisopropyl adipate, and the mass ratio of caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate and diisopropyl adipate is 7-9:1:0.5-0.7.
6. The nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the repairing agent is a compound of tetrahydrocurcumin and lecithin, and the mass ratio of the tetrahydrocurcumin to the lecithin is (2-3): 1.

The nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin as claimed in claim 7, wherein the solubilizer is a complex of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyglycerol-10 laurate and octyldodecanol, and the mass ratio of the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, the polyglycerol-10 laurate and the octyldodecanol is 7-9:2-4:1-3.
9. The application of the nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which is applied to cream, lotion, mask and essence.

(4) Pumping the mixed solution c into a high-pressure micro-jet extractor for homogenization treatment, homogenizing by two-stage high-pressure micro-jet, collecting the mixed solution after all the mixed solution c passes through the extractor, and preparing the nano-scale yellow-removing composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin.
