本申请公开了一种后防撞梁总成结构及车辆，所述后防撞梁总成结构包括后防撞梁主体(1)和设置在所述后防撞梁主体(1)两端的吸能盒(2)；所述吸能盒(2)包括盒体(21)和安装板(22)，所述盒体(21)为板材折弯形成的半封闭结构，包括连通的第一开口和第二开口，所述第一开口与所述后防撞梁主体(1)固定连接，所述第二开口上设有所述安装板(22)，所述安装板(22)向所述盒体(21)的外部翻转。基于上述后防撞梁总成结构，通过板材折弯形成吸能盒(2)结构，减少了切除余料，提高板材的利用效率，吸能盒(2)的安装板(22)设置在吸能盒(2)的外部，在碰撞时安装点受力面积增大，提升了碰撞的稳定性，通过整块板材的折弯成型，减少了零件个数，同时节省了吸能盒(2)的焊接工序，可以极大的减轻后防撞梁总成的重量，降低成本。
