The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a whitening and sunscreen functional composition comprises an Atractylodes macrocephala extract, a Poria cocos extract and a coix seed extract according to a weight ratio of 4-10.
The efficacy composition disclosed by the invention is composed of the bighead atractylodes rhizome extract, the white poria cocos extract and the coix seed extract according to a specific proportion, can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, has a good broad-spectrum sunscreen function, can remove free radicals generated by ultraviolet irradiation on human skin, and has a certain whitening effect.
Preferably, the atractylodes macrocephala koidz extract is prepared by the following steps: taking and crushing the white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, adding an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 55-65%, then extracting by a heating reflux method at the extraction temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 2-3h, finally filtering the ethanol, decompressing, and concentrating to 2.5 times of the weight of the raw material to obtain the white atractylodes rhizome extract. More preferably, the weight of the added ethanol solution is 23-27 times of the weight of the white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material.
The bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is prepared by adopting the method, the total flavone content of the bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is high, and the total flavone extraction rate of the bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is 5-15% by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer for analysis and detection.
Preferably, the poria cocos extract is prepared by the following steps:
s1, taking a white poria cocos medicinal material, crushing the white poria cocos medicinal material, adding pure water, then performing microwave extraction, wherein the microwave power is 280-320W, the extraction temperature is 55-65 ℃, the extraction time is 30-50min, and filtering, decompressing and concentrating the white poria cocos medicinal material to 4 times of the weight of the raw material after extraction to obtain a white poria cocos crude extract for later use;
s2, further purifying the poria cocos crude extract obtained in the step S1 through D-101 macroporous resin and eluting with an organic solvent, and concentrating the eluent under reduced pressure to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain the poria cocos extract; the organic solvent is ethanol.
Preferably, the weight of the added pure water is 28-32 times of that of the medicinal materials of the largehead atractylodes rhizome.
The white poria extract is prepared by adopting the method, and the polysaccharide extraction rate of the white poria extract is 10-30%.
Preferably, the coix seed extract is prepared by the following steps: pulverizing Coicis semen, adding pure water, extracting with ultrasonic-assisted enzyme method at ultrasonic power of 480-520W for 2-3h, filtering, reducing pressure, and concentrating to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain Coicis semen extract.
Preferably, cellulase accounting for 1.8-2.2% of the total weight of the coix seed medicinal material is added when the extraction is carried out by the ultrasonic-assisted enzyme method; the weight of the pure water added is 28-32 times of that of the coix seed medicinal material.

The whitening sunscreen composition is prepared by adopting the method, and the preparation method gradually forms a set of extraction process which is simple and convenient to operate, high in extraction efficiency and considerable in production cost through early comparison and screening, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
The invention also provides whitening cream which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: the functional composition comprises, by weight, 1-10% of an efficacy composition, 4-8% of jojoba oil, 3-4% of cetyl alcohol, 0.08-0.12% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 4-8% of glyceryl monostearate, 0.6-1.0% of lanolin, 7-8% of avocado oil, 4-8% of glycerol, 1-3% of propylene glycol, 0.8-1.2% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.08-0.12% of carbomer 980, 0.2-0.6% of phenoxyethanol, 0.03-0.07% of essence, 8-12% of citric acid, and the balance deionized water.
Preferably, the whitening cream is prepared by the following steps:
1) Dispersing carbomer 980 into glycerol, stirring, adding 20-30% of deionized water, soaking for 2-4h, and dissolving carbomer completely;
2) Mixing jojoba oil, cetyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl monostearate, lanolin, and avocado oil according to weight percentage, heating in 70-90 deg.C water bath, stirring for dissolving to obtain phase A;
3) Mixing the carbomer dissolved in the step 1), the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the efficacy composition and the rest deionized water according to the weight percentage, putting the mixture into a water bath kettle at the temperature of 70-90 ℃, and stirring to dissolve the mixture to obtain a phase B for later use;
4) Pouring phase A into phase B, stirring, homogenizing for 2-8min, cooling to 40-60 deg.C, adding essence, phenoxyethanol and citric acid, and stirring to obtain whitening cream.
The whitening cream containing the whitening and sun-screening effect composition is prepared from the raw materials and the preparation method, the tyrosinase activity inhibition, the sun-screening function and the antioxidation effect of the effect composition are integrated, the whitening cream has a good whitening effect, and the whitening cream has no potential adverse reaction to skin after being tested.

Example 1
A whitening and sunscreen functional composition comprises an Atractylodes macrocephala extract, a Poria cocos extract and a coix seed extract according to a weight ratio of 4.
The bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is prepared by the following steps: taking a white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, crushing the white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, adding an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 55%, then extracting by a heating reflux method at the extraction temperature of 80 ℃ for 2 hours, and finally filtering ethanol, decompressing and concentrating to 2.5 times of the weight of the raw material to obtain a white atractylodes rhizome extract; the weight of the added ethanol solution is 23 times of that of the white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material.

2) Mixing jojoba oil, cetyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl monostearate, lanolin, and avocado oil according to weight percentage, heating in 70 deg.C water bath, stirring for dissolving to obtain phase A;
3) Mixing the carbomer dissolved in the step 1), the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the efficacy composition and the rest deionized water according to the weight percentage, heating the mixture in a water bath kettle at 70 ℃, and stirring the mixture to dissolve the mixture to obtain a phase B for later use;
4) Pouring the phase A into the phase B, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 2min, cooling to 40 ℃, adding essence, phenoxyethanol and citric acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the whitening cream.
Example 2
A whitening and sunscreen functional composition comprises an Atractylodes macrocephala extract, a Poria cocos extract and a Coix lacryma-jobi seed extract according to a weight ratio of 5.
The bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is prepared by the following steps: taking a white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, crushing the white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, adding an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 58%, then extracting by a heating reflux method at the extraction temperature of 80 ℃ for 2.3 hours, finally filtering the ethanol, and decompressing and concentrating to 2.5 times of the weight of the raw material to obtain a white atractylodes rhizome extract; the weight of the added ethanol solution is 24 times of that of the medicinal material of the largehead atractylodes rhizome.
The white poria extract is prepared by the following steps:
s1, taking a white poria cocos medicinal material, crushing the white poria cocos medicinal material, adding pure water, then performing microwave extraction, wherein the microwave power is 290W, the extraction temperature is 58 ℃, the extraction time is 35min, and filtering, decompressing and concentrating the extract to 4 times of the weight of the raw material after extraction to obtain a white poria cocos crude extract for later use; adding purified water in an amount which is 29 times of the weight of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae;
s2, further purifying the poria cocos crude extract obtained in the step S1 through D-101 macroporous resin and eluting with ethanol, and concentrating the eluent under reduced pressure to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain the poria cocos extract.
The coix seed extract is prepared by the following steps: pulverizing Coicis semen, adding pure water, extracting with ultrasonic-assisted enzyme method at ultrasonic power of 490W for 2.3 hr, filtering, reducing pressure, and concentrating to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain Coicis semen extract; adding cellulase accounting for 1.9% of the total weight of the coix seed medicinal material when performing ultrasonic-assisted enzyme extraction; the weight of the pure water added is 29 times of that of the coix seed medicinal material.
The preparation method of the whitening and sunscreen composition is prepared by the following steps: mixing the Atractylodis rhizoma extract, poria extract and Coicis semen extract at a certain weight ratio, and stirring to obtain the effective composition.
The whitening cream comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: efficacy composition 3%, jojoba oil 5%, cetyl alcohol 3.5%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.09%, glyceryl monostearate 5%, lanolin 0.7%, avocado oil 7.5%, glycerin 5%, propylene glycol 1.5%, sodium lauryl sulfate 0.9%, carbomer 980.09%, phenoxyethanol 0.3%, essence 0.04%, citric acid 9%, and the balance deionized.

1) Dispersing carbomer 980 into glycerol according to the weight percentage, uniformly stirring, adding 23% of the total weight of deionized water, soaking for 2.5h, and standing by when carbomer is completely dissolved;
2) Mixing jojoba oil, cetyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl monostearate, lanolin, and avocado oil according to weight percentage, heating in 70 deg.C water bath, stirring for dissolving to obtain phase A;
3) Mixing the carbomer dissolved in the step 1), the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the efficacy composition and the rest deionized water according to the weight percentage, heating the mixture in a water bath kettle at the temperature of 75 ℃, and stirring the mixture to dissolve the mixture to obtain a phase B for later use;
4) Pouring the phase A into the phase B, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 4min, cooling to 45 ℃, adding essence, phenoxyethanol and citric acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the whitening cream.
Example 3

The white poria extract is prepared by the following steps:
s1, taking a white poria cocos medicinal material, crushing the white poria cocos medicinal material, adding pure water, then performing microwave extraction, wherein the microwave power is 300W, the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, the extraction time is 40min, and filtering, decompressing and concentrating the white poria cocos medicinal material to 4 times of the weight of the raw material after extraction to obtain a white poria cocos crude extract for later use; adding pure water in an amount which is 30 times of the weight of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae;

2) Mixing jojoba oil, cetyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl monostearate, lanolin and avocado oil according to weight percentage, heating in a water bath kettle at 80 deg.C, stirring for dissolving to obtain phase A;
3) Mixing the carbomer dissolved in the step 1), the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the efficacy composition and the rest deionized water according to the weight percentage, heating the mixture in a water bath kettle at 70 ℃, and stirring the mixture to dissolve the mixture to obtain a phase B for later use;
4) Pouring the phase A into the phase B, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 5min, cooling to 50 deg.C, adding essence, phenoxyethanol and citric acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain whitening cream.

The bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is prepared by the following steps: taking a white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, crushing the white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, adding an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 63%, then extracting by a heating reflux method at the extraction temperature of 80 ℃ for 2 hours, and finally filtering ethanol, decompressing and concentrating to 2.8 times of the weight of the raw material to obtain a white atractylodes rhizome extract; the weight of the added ethanol solution is 26 times of that of the medicinal material of the largehead atractylodes rhizome.
The white poria extract is prepared by the following steps:
s1, taking a white poria cocos medicinal material, crushing the white poria cocos medicinal material, adding pure water, then performing microwave extraction, wherein the microwave power is 310W, the extraction temperature is 63 ℃, the extraction time is 45min, and filtering, decompressing and concentrating the white poria cocos medicinal material to 4 times of the weight of the raw material after extraction to obtain a white poria cocos crude extract for later use; adding pure water in an amount which is 31 times of the weight of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae;
s2, further purifying the poria cocos crude extract obtained in the step S1 through D-101 macroporous resin and eluting with ethanol, and concentrating the eluent under reduced pressure to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain the poria cocos extract.
The coix seed extract is prepared by the following steps: pulverizing Coicis semen, adding pure water, extracting with ultrasonic-assisted enzyme method at ultrasonic power of 510W for 2.8 hr, filtering, reducing pressure, and concentrating to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain Coicis semen extract; adding cellulase accounting for 2.1% of the total weight of the coix seed medicinal material when performing ultrasonic-assisted enzyme extraction; the weight of the pure water added is 31 times of that of the coix seed medicinal material.
The preparation method of the whitening and sunscreen composition is prepared by the following steps: mixing the Atractylodis rhizoma extract, poria extract and Coicis semen extract at a certain weight ratio, and stirring to obtain the effective composition.

1) Dispersing carbomer 980 into glycerol according to the weight percentage, uniformly stirring, adding 28% of the total weight of deionized water, soaking for 3.5h, and standing by when carbomer is completely dissolved;
2) Mixing jojoba oil, cetyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl monostearate, lanolin and avocado oil according to weight percentage, heating in 85 deg.C water bath, stirring for dissolving to obtain phase A;
3) Mixing the carbomer dissolved in the step 1), the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the efficacy composition and the rest deionized water according to the weight percentage, heating the mixture in a water bath kettle at 70 ℃, and stirring the mixture to dissolve the mixture to obtain a phase B for later use;
4) Pouring the phase A into the phase B, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 7min, cooling to 55 ℃, adding essence, phenoxyethanol and citric acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the whitening cream.

A whitening and sunscreen functional composition comprises an Atractylodes macrocephala extract, a Poria cocos extract and a Coix lacryma-jobi seed extract according to a weight ratio of 10.
The bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is prepared by the following steps: pulverizing Atractylodis rhizoma, adding 65% ethanol solution, extracting at 90 deg.C for 3 hr, filtering ethanol, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 2.5 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain Atractylodis rhizoma extract; the weight of the added ethanol solution is 27 times of that of the medicinal material of the largehead atractylodes rhizome.
The white poria extract is prepared by the following steps:
s1, taking a white poria cocos medicinal material, crushing the white poria cocos medicinal material, adding pure water, then performing microwave extraction, wherein the microwave power is 320W, the extraction temperature is 65 ℃, the extraction time is 50min, and filtering, decompressing and concentrating the white poria cocos medicinal material to 4 times of the weight of the raw material after extraction to obtain a white poria cocos crude extract for later use; adding pure water in an amount which is 32 times of the weight of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae;

The whitening cream comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: efficacy composition 10%, jojoba oil 8%, cetyl alcohol 4%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.12%, glyceryl monostearate 8%, lanolin 1.0%, avocado oil 8%, glycerin 8%, propylene glycol 3%, sodium lauryl sulfate 1.2%, carbomer 980.12%, phenoxyethanol 0.6%, perfume 0.07%, citric acid 12%, and the balance deionized.
The whitening cream is prepared by the following steps:
1) Dispersing 980 parts of carbomer into glycerol, stirring uniformly, adding 30% of deionized water by weight, soaking for 4h, and standing until carbomer is completely dissolved;
2) Mixing jojoba oil, cetyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl monostearate, lanolin and avocado oil according to weight percentage, heating in a 90 ℃ water bath kettle, stirring for dissolving to obtain phase A for later use;
3) Mixing the carbomer dissolved in the step 1), the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the efficacy composition and the rest deionized water according to the weight percentage, heating the mixture in a water bath kettle at 90 ℃, and stirring the mixture to dissolve the mixture to obtain a phase B for later use;
4) Pouring the phase A into the phase B, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 8min, cooling to 60 deg.C, adding essence, phenoxyethanol and citric acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain whitening cream.
Example 6
A whitening and sunscreen functional composition comprises an Atractylodes macrocephala extract, a Poria cocos extract and a Coix lacryma-jobi seed extract according to a weight ratio of 6.
The bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is prepared by the following steps: taking a white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, crushing the white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material, adding an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 60%, then extracting by a heating reflux method at the extraction temperature of 85 ℃ for 2.5 hours, finally filtering the ethanol, and decompressing and concentrating to 2.5 times of the weight of the raw material to obtain a white atractylodes rhizome extract; the weight of the added ethanol solution is 25 times of that of the white atractylodes rhizome medicinal material.
The white poria extract is prepared by the following steps:
s1, taking a white poria cocos medicinal material, crushing the white poria cocos medicinal material, adding pure water, then performing microwave extraction, wherein the microwave power is 300W, the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, the extraction time is 40min, and filtering, decompressing and concentrating the white poria cocos medicinal material after extraction until the weight of the white poria cocos medicinal material is 4 times of that of the raw material to obtain a white poria cocos crude extract for later use; adding pure water in an amount which is 30 times of the weight of the rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae;
s2, further purifying the poria cocos crude extract obtained in the step S1 through D-101 macroporous resin and eluting with ethanol, and concentrating the eluent under reduced pressure to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain the poria cocos extract.
The coix seed extract is prepared by the following steps: pulverizing Coicis semen, adding pure water, extracting with ultrasonic-assisted enzyme method at ultrasonic power of 500W for 2.5 hr, filtering, reducing pressure, and concentrating to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain Coicis semen extract; adding cellulase accounting for 2% of the total weight of the coix seed medicinal material when performing ultrasonic-assisted enzyme extraction; the weight of the pure water added is 30 times of that of the coix seed medicinal material.
The preparation method of the whitening and sunscreen composition is prepared by the following steps: mixing the Atractylodis rhizoma extract, poria extract and Coicis semen extract at a certain weight ratio, and stirring to obtain the effective composition.
The whitening cream comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: efficacy composition 10%, jojoba oil 7%, cetyl alcohol 3.5%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.1%, glyceryl monostearate 7%, lanolin 0.7%, avocado oil 7.5%, glycerin 6%, propylene glycol 2%, sodium lauryl sulfate 1%, carbomer 980.1%, phenoxyethanol 0.4%, essence 0.05%, citric acid 10%, and the balance deionized.
The whitening cream is prepared by the following steps:
1) Dispersing carbomer 980 into glycerol according to the weight percentage, uniformly stirring, adding 30% of the total weight of deionized water, soaking for 3h, and standing by when carbomer is completely dissolved;
2) Mixing jojoba oil, cetyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl monostearate, lanolin and avocado oil according to weight percentage, heating in 85 deg.C water bath, stirring for dissolving to obtain phase A;
3) Mixing the carbomer dissolved in the step 1), the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the efficacy composition and the rest deionized water according to the weight percentage, heating the mixture in a water bath kettle at 85 ℃, and stirring the mixture to dissolve the mixture to obtain a phase B for later use;
4) Pouring the phase A into the phase B, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 7min, cooling to 42 ℃, adding essence, phenoxyethanol and citric acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the whitening cream.
And (3) experimental test:
1. the efficacy composition prepared in example 6 was subjected to tyrosinase activity inhibition analysis:
tyrosinase is an important catalytic enzyme in the process of melanin generation, and the tyrosinase can inhibit the generation of melanin by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, so that the whitening effect is achieved. Firstly, respectively preparing a phosphate buffer solution with the pH value of 6.8, a1 mmol/L-tyrosine solution and a1 mmol/L-tyrosinase solution (stored at 4 ℃), diluting an effect composition stock solution by pure water according to the mass ratio of 20%, dividing an experiment into four groups, accurately adding the phosphate buffer solution, the L-tyrosine solution and a solution to be detected into each group according to the component dosage in the following table 1, uniformly mixing, preserving the temperature at 37 ℃ for 10min, adding a tyrosinase solution into the group A and the group C, fully and uniformly mixing, reacting for 10min, immediately measuring four groups of absorbance values at 475nm after the reaction is finished, recording numerical values, and finding out a result shown in the table 2, wherein the effect compositions 4 and 8 have the strongest inhibition rate on tyrosinase, the inhibition rate of the effect composition is stronger than that when three extracts act independently, further preparing the effect composition 4 into samples with different mass concentrations, carrying out a tyrosinase inhibition rate test, and obtaining a result shown in figure 1, wherein the effect composition gradually increases the tyrosinase inhibition rate and the effect strength tends to be stable in the whitening effect.

2. Sunscreen performance test analysis of the efficacy composition prepared in example 6:
the invention adopts Sup>A dilution transmittance method to test the sun-proof performance, firstly, the prepared functional composition is prepared into 12 groups according to the proportion, the stock solution of the composition is diluted by pure water according to the mass proportion of 40 percent, then, the transmittance range of Sup>A sample at each wavelength is measured, wherein the short-wave ultraviolet UV-C is 200-280nm, the medium-wave ultraviolet UV-B is 280-320nm, and the long-wave ultraviolet UV-A is 320-400nm, finally, the average transmittance of the sample at 3 wavelength bands is respectively calculated, the average ultraviolet absorption rate is calculated according to the following formulSup>A, and the average ultraviolet absorption rate = (1-average transmittance) × 100 percent. The results are shown in table 3, wherein the average uv absorbance in the 200-400nm range is maintained above 70%, wherein the average uv absorbance of the efficacy compositions 3 and 4 is the strongest, both exceeding 80%, and is higher than the effect of the three extracts when they are used alone, which suggests that the efficacy composition has a broad spectrum sunscreen function and can be used as a natural functional extract in sunscreen cosmetics.

the invention selects the clearance test of DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical to evaluate the antioxidation property of the efficacy composite, the two methods are the more classical analysis methods of antioxidation ability, and the operation is simple and convenient, the precision and repeatability are high, the result is reliable, firstly, DPPH ethanol solution with the concentration of 0.1mmol/L is prepared, then, sample solution with the mass concentration of 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100mg/mL is prepared respectively, 2.0mL sample solution is taken to be mixed with 2.0mL DPPH ethanol solution evenly, after standing for 20min in a dark place at room temperature, the absorbance value A of the mixed solution at 518nm is detected by a multifunctional microplate reader, the numerical value is recorded, trolox is taken as the positive control group in the test, and the clearance = [1- (A1-A2)/A0 ] is multiplied by 100%.
Secondly, accurately weighing 0.0384g of ABTS and 0.0134g of potassium persulfate, fixing the volume to 10mL, mixing the two reagents in equal quantity, reacting for 10 hours in a dark place to obtain ABTS +. Working solution, and diluting the working solution by 15 times with PBS before use. Then preparing sample solution with mass concentration of 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100mg/mL, uniformly mixing 1.0mL of sample solution and 3.0mL of ABTS +. Working solution, placing the mixture in a water bath at 25 ℃ in a dark place for reaction for 20min, detecting the absorbance value A of the mixed solution at 734nm by using a multifunctional microplate reader, and recording a numerical value, wherein the test uses Trolox as a positive control, and the clearance rate is = [1- (A1-A2)/A0 ]. The specific test results are shown in table 4, it can be known from the table that the efficacy composition of bighead atractylodes rhizome, white poria and coix seed has obvious capacity of removing DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals, wherein the average antioxidant capacity of the efficacy compositions 4, 8 and the extract of white poria is strongest, further the efficacy composition 4 is taken to carry out antioxidant tests with different concentrations, as shown in fig. 2, the antioxidant capacity of the efficacy composition is in a certain dose-effect relationship, the clearance rate of DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals is enhanced along with the increase of the mass concentration of the efficacy composition and Trolox, and then the efficacy composition gradually tends to be mild, when the concentration is 90mg/mL, the clearance effect of the efficacy composition and a positive control Trolox is close to be strongest, at the moment, the clearance rate of the oxidative free radicals exceeds 80%, namely, the efficacy composition has the capacity of directly removing Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in vitro, and the three extracts have a synergistic effect in antioxidant aspect, and can be applied to cosmetics as a potential natural antioxidant.

4. Safety evaluation of the whitening cream prepared in example 6:
the safety of the prepared whitening cream is evaluated according to a skin-closed patch test on the technical standards for cosmetic safety 2015 edition. Test subjects: 30 volunteers between 18 and 60 years old who meet the requirements of the test were selected as subjects. The test method comprises the following steps: the qualified spot test device with the area not more than 50mm2 and the depth of about 1mm is selected. The test article was placed in a plaque chamber at about 0.025g and the control well was blank (no material placed). the spot-pasting test results of 30 volunteers are negative, which shows that the whitening cream prepared by the invention has no potential adverse reaction on skin.
5. A further human whitening efficacy test was performed on the whitening cream product prepared in example 6:
subject person: a total of 36 volunteers, including 15 men and 21 women, aged between 25-45 years, had no history of skin allergy, and were divided into 3 groups of 5 men and 7 women each, and three groups were tried with three gradient whitening cream products, without smearing other products with similar efficacy during the test. The detection method comprises the following steps: the whitening cream is smeared on a specific area of the face, the whitening cream is used once in the morning and at night, after continuous testing is carried out for 30 days, the using effect and adverse reaction are observed, facial conditions of a volunteer before and after use are photographed by using a facial Image analyzer VISIA-CR, and a facial Lab value and a stain value are analyzed and recorded by using Image-Pro Image analysis software. The volunteers do not have the adverse phenomena of pruritus, redness and swelling and the like in the using process, the self-evaluation results are shown in table 6, the whitening cream with the addition amount of 5% is selected according to the results to carry out a human body whitening efficacy test, representative spot counts and spot area ratios are selected from the test results to carry out evaluation and analysis, the detailed results are shown in table 7, the results in the table show that the skin whiteness and the skin brightness of 10 persons are increased due to the fact that the number of spots of the subjects with different degrees is reduced, the spot color becomes light and the area ratio is reduced, and the effect composition of the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the poria cocos and the coix seed has good whitening effect.

Claims (10)
1. The whitening and sunscreen functional composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: the effective composition comprises an atractylodes macrocephala koidz extract, a poria cocos wolf extract and a coix seed extract according to a weight ratio of 4-10.

The whitening and sunscreen composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bighead atractylodes rhizome extract is prepared by the following steps: pulverizing Atractylodis rhizoma, adding 55-65% ethanol solution, extracting at 80-90 deg.C for 2-3 hr by heating and refluxing, filtering ethanol, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 2.5 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain Atractylodis rhizoma extract.
3. The whitening and sunscreen composition according to claim 2, wherein: the weight of the added ethanol solution is 23-27 times of that of the medicinal material of the largehead atractylodes rhizome.
4. The whitening and sunscreen composition according to claim 1, wherein: the white poria extract is prepared by the following steps:
s1, taking a white poria cocos medicinal material, crushing the white poria cocos medicinal material, adding pure water, then performing microwave extraction, wherein the microwave power is 280-320W, the extraction temperature is 55-65 ℃, the extraction time is 30-50min, and filtering, decompressing and concentrating the white poria cocos medicinal material to 4 times of the weight of the raw material after extraction to obtain a white poria cocos crude extract for later use;
s2, further purifying the poria cocos crude extract obtained in the step S1 through D-101 macroporous resin and eluting with an organic solvent, and concentrating the eluent under reduced pressure to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain the poria cocos extract.
5. The whitening and sunscreen composition as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the weight of the added pure water is 28-32 times of that of the medicinal material of the largehead atractylodes rhizome.

The whitening and sunscreen composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the coix seed extract is prepared by the following steps: pulverizing Coicis semen, adding pure water, extracting with ultrasonic-assisted enzyme method at ultrasonic power of 480-520W for 2-3h, filtering, reducing pressure, and concentrating to 4 times of the weight of the raw materials to obtain Coicis semen extract.
7. The whitening and sunscreen composition according to claim 6, wherein: adding cellulase accounting for 1.8-2.2% of the total weight of Coicis semen when performing ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic extraction; the weight of the added pure water is 28-32 times of the weight of the coix seed medicinal material.

A method for preparing a whitening sunscreen composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising: is prepared by the following steps: mixing the Atractylodis rhizoma extract, poria extract and Coicis semen extract at a certain weight ratio, and stirring to obtain the effective composition.

10. The whitening cream of claim 9, wherein: the whitening cream is prepared by the following steps:
1) Dispersing carbomer 980 into glycerol according to the weight percentage, uniformly stirring, adding 20-30% of the total weight of deionized water, soaking for 2-4h, and standing for later use after the carbomer is completely dissolved;
2) Mixing jojoba oil, cetyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl monostearate, lanolin, and avocado oil at 70-90 deg.C, stirring to dissolve, and making into phase A;
3) Mixing the carbomer dissolved in the step 1), the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the efficacy composition and the rest deionized water according to the weight percentage, putting the mixture into a water bath kettle at the temperature of 70-90 ℃, and stirring to dissolve the mixture to obtain a phase B for later use;
4) Pouring phase A into phase B, stirring, homogenizing for 2-8min, cooling to 40-60 deg.C, adding essence, phenoxyethanol and citric acid, and stirring to obtain whitening cream.
