Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a whitening sunscreen composition, in particular to a whitening sunscreen composition formed by combining a Berchemia gambir extract, a dill extract and a ophiorrhiza pumila extract, a preparation method thereof and a whitening sunscreen emulsion containing the composition, and belongs to the field of daily chemicals.
Background
With the progress of human concept, more and more people are concerned about the damage of ultraviolet rays to human bodies and actively seek various daily chemicals to protect our skins. The damage of ultraviolet rays to human skin not only causes common skin problems such as skin darkness, pigmentation, color spots and the like, but also has a certain carcinogenic probability under serious conditions. The number of people suffering from skin cancer increases every year, but the cure rate of skin cancer is low, so that the protection of skin becomes a key concern. Meanwhile, with the improvement of living standard of people, the demands of people on daily chemicals such as whitening, sun screening and the like are transited from the common demands of meeting the whitening and sun screening to the demands of pursuing more healthy and harmless skin. The partial whitening sunscreen product contains certain chemical reagents and can also cause certain burden on the skin, and the advantages of the natural plant extract in the aspect are obvious. Therefore, the development of green and safe whitening sunscreen components is an important subject of the research and development of daily chemicals.
The color of the skin depends mainly on the amount of melanin content in the epidermis. Tyrosinase is the main rate-limiting enzyme in the process of melanin formation, and the activity of the enzyme directly determines the amount of melanin formation. If the activity of the enzyme is too strong or the content of the enzyme is too high, a strong reaction can be caused, so that the generation of a large amount of melanin is initiated, and hypermelanosis, such as melanoma, freckle, chloasma and the like, can be caused. Therefore, the formation of cell melanin can be reduced to a certain extent by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, the generation of a large amount of melanin substances can be prevented, and the real skin whitening can be realized.
The Berchemia gambir wild resources are rich, and the Berchemia gambir has a great development and utilization value. The plant is a folk traditional medicinal and tea plant, and the root and stem of the plant can be used as medicine, and has multiple effects of relieving cough and asthma, inhibiting bacteria, protecting liver, resisting tumor and the like. The tender leaves can be used as tea, and has effects of protecting liver, caring skin, lowering blood pressure and blood lipid, etc. Therefore, the method has high research and application values.
Dill is native to Europe, is planted in every part of the south and the north of China and is an indispensable seasoning spice in western cuisine. Dill has a sedative effect for alleviating pain and is often used to treat headache, to strengthen the stomach and regulate the bowel, to eliminate bad breath and to alleviate diabetes and hypertension. The stems, leaves and seeds of dill contain essential oil, and the seed content is the most abundant. Researches show that the dill essential oil has certain antioxidant and bacteriostatic effects.
The herba Hedyotis Diffusae is perennial herb of genus Serpentis of family Rubiaceae of order Rubiales. Plants of this genus are not common everywhere due to limitations on growth conditions. But it contains terpenes, anthraquinones and abundant alkaloids, the whole herb can be used as medicine, has the effects of activating blood circulation, dissipating blood stasis, clearing lung and eliminating phlegm, and has good development prospect. The content of chlorogenic acid in the ophiorrhiza pumila flowers is high, and the pharmacological action of the chlorogenic acid is clinically used for treatment of antibiosis, antiphlogosis, detoxification, oxygen radical removal and cancer resistance.
The inventor finally obtains the whitening sunscreen composition with the optimal proportion through a large number of formula proportion research experiments, and proves the positive effect of the whitening sunscreen composition in whitening sunscreen, and thus the invention is completed. The invention provides a whitening sunscreen composition and a preparation method of a whitening sunscreen emulsion containing the composition.

(1) The following Table 2 was added and the solution was allowed to react at room temperature for 3.5h, then 2mL was quickly transferred to a 3mL cuvette and its absorbance value was measured at 475nm, 3 replicates per group.
(2) Tyrosinase inhibitory activity (%) was calculated according to the following formula.
In the formula: a. the1: adding only the absorbance value of L-tyrosinase without adding a sample; a. the2: without addition of sample and L-tyrosine(ii) absorbance value of the enzyme; a. the3: adding the absorbance values of the sample and L-tyrosinase; a. the4: the absorbance values for the samples were added only. To eliminate systematic errors caused by water in parallel, at A1And A230 μ l of deionized water was added to each well of the set.
TABLE 2 determination of tyrosinase inhibition
