EXAMPLE III
The formula is as follows: 0.7g of SOD, 120g of white poria, 120g of white peony root, 120g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 80g of liquorice, 3.4g of guava extract, 0.15g of glabridin, 25g of simple syrup and 1g of benzoic acid.
The preparation process is the same as that of the first embodiment.
Example four
The formula is as follows: 0.8g of SOD, 130g of white poria, 130g of white peony root, 130g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 90g of liquorice, 3.6g of guava extract, 0.2 g of glabridin, 25g of honey and 0.5g of sorbic acid.
The preparation process is the same as that of the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE five
The formula is as follows: SOD 0.9g, Poria cocos 140g, root of herbaceous peony 140g, white atractylodes rhizome 140g, licorice 90g, guava extract 3.8g, glabridin 0.22g, simple syrup 40g, benzoic acid 0.8 g.
The preparation process is the same as that of the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE six
The formula is as follows: 1.0g of SOD, 150g of white poria, 150g of white peony root, 150g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 90g of liquorice, 4g of guava extract, 0.25g of glabridin, 40g of honey and 0.8g of sorbic acid.
The preparation process is the same as that of the first embodiment.
Experiment one: in vitro antioxidant Activity test
The experiment was divided into three groups: SOD group, guava extract group and SOD guava extract 1:4 compound group.
Experimental apparatus and reagents: BSA223S-G analytical balance (Shanghai Jingtian electronic instruments Co.), DR6000 ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (American Hash Co.), SIGMA3-18K refrigerated centrifuge (Beijing Boxixing instruments), intelligent digital display thermostat water bath (Jiangsu Jinyi instruments science and technology Co., Ltd.), superoxide anion kit and hydroxyl radical kit were all purchased from Nanjing to build the bioengineering institute.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the assay was performed with reference to kit instructions.
The final experimental results are shown in fig. 1 and 2.
According to the experimental results, the SOD shows high superoxide anion free radical clearance and hydroxyl free radical clearance at lower concentration. The superoxide anion clearance rate of SOD at the concentration of 6mg/ml is 90.11%; the hydroxyl radical clearance rate is 90.08% when the concentration is 5 mg/ml. The SOD and guava are compounded and used in a ratio of 1:4 in the compounding group, and the superoxide anion clearance rate is increased to 98.56% and the hydroxyl radical clearance rate is increased to 99.01% at 5 mg/ml. The free radical scavenging rate is increased by compound use, and the cost can be saved because the guava extract is cheaper than SOD. Example six SOD and guava extracts were added in a ratio of 1:4 and a final concentration of 5 mg/ml. The radical scavenging efficiency is the best.
Experiment two: whitening and freckle removing experiment
An experimental instrument: minolta Chromameter CM-700d (Meinenda, Japan), Mexameter MX18 skin melanin and heme tester (Courage + Khazak, Germany).
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
1. 100 volunteer subjects were recruited.
2. The subject took 1 of the six products of example per day, 10ml each.
3. The skin condition of the subject was measured with the instrument before, at week 4, week 8, and week 12, respectively, of the product intake. Skin lightness L values were measured using a Minolta Chromameter (CM-700d), 3 times per replicate, averaged, and the L values of all volunteers were re-averaged. The skin melanin values were measured using a Mexameter MX18, 3 replicates each time, averaged, the melanin reduction ratios calculated, and the melanin reduction ratios of all volunteers were then averaged.
4. The results of the experiment are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
The experimental results show that the product has the capability of removing superoxide anions and hydroxyl free radicals, and can brighten skin color and reduce melanin whitening effect.
Claims (8)
1. The whitening oral liquid containing the SOD component is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-1 part of SOD, 150 parts of white poria 100-.

3. The oral liquid according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the SOD is extracted from plants and has an enzymatic activity of 100000U/g.
4. The oral liquid of claim 1 or 2, wherein the flavoring agent is honey or simple syrup.
5. The oral liquid of claim 1 or 2, wherein the preservative is sorbic acid or benzoic acid.
6. The oral liquid for whitening skin containing an SOD component according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the purity of glabridin is not less than 98%.
7. The whitening oral liquid containing an SOD component according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the guava polyphenol content of the guava extract is not less than 40%.
8. The method for preparing a whitening oral liquid containing an SOD component according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: weighing coarse powder of white poria, white paeony root, largehead atractylodes rhizome and liquorice, adding 8 times of water, soaking for 2 hours, and heating and distilling by steam for 6 hours to extract volatile oil for later use;
step two: adding 8 times of water into the residue, soaking for 0.5 hr, decocting in water for 1 hr, filtering while hot, repeating twice, mixing the three decoctions, concentrating to concentration of 1:1, standing for 24 hr, and filtering;
step three: weighing SOD, guava extract and glabridin, dissolving with water, and filtering;
step four: mixing the solutions obtained in the first to third steps, adding correctant and antiseptic, and mixing; adjusting pH to 5.5 with purified water to 500ml, subpackaging into 10ml bottles, and sterilizing.
