Example one
The formula is as follows: 0.5g of SOD, 100 g of angelica dahurica, 100 g of tuckahoe, 100 g of coix seed, 100 g of polygonum multiflorum, 0.5g of lycopene powder, 40g of honey and 1g of sorbic acid.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:

The formula is as follows: 0.7g of SOD, 120g of angelica dahurica, 120g of tuckahoe, 120g of coix seed, 120g of fleece-flower root, 0.7g of lycopene powder, 25g of simple syrup and 1g of benzoic acid.
The preparation process is the same as that of the first embodiment.
Example four
The formula is as follows: 0.8g of SOD, 130g of angelica dahurica, 130g of tuckahoe, 130g of coix seed, 130g of polygonum multiflorum, 0.8g of lycopene powder, 25g of honey and 0.5g of sorbic acid.
The preparation process is the same as that of the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE five
The formula is as follows: 0.9g of SOD, 140g of angelica dahurica, 140g of tuckahoe, 140g of coix seed, 140g of polygonum multiflorum, 0.9g of lycopene powder, 40g of simple syrup and 0.8g of benzoic acid.
The preparation process is the same as that of the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE six
The formula is as follows: 1.0g of SOD, 150g of angelica dahurica, 150g of tuckahoe, 150g of coix seed, 150g of polygonum multiflorum, 1.0g of lycopene powder, 40g of honey and 0.8g of sorbic acid.
The preparation process is the same as that of the first embodiment.
Experiment one: in vitro antioxidant Activity test
The experiment was divided into three groups: SOD group, lycopene powder group, and SOD lycopene powder 1:1 composite group.
Experimental apparatus and reagents: BSA223S-G analytical balance (Shanghai Jingtian electronic instruments Co.), DR6000 ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (American Hash Co.), SIGMA3-18K refrigerated centrifuge (Beijing Boxixing instruments), intelligent digital display thermostat water bath (Jiangsu Jinyi instruments science and technology Co., Ltd.), superoxide anion kit and hydroxyl radical kit were all purchased from Nanjing to build the bioengineering institute.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the assay was performed with reference to kit instructions.
The final experimental results are shown in fig. 1 and 2.
According to the experimental results, the SOD shows high superoxide anion free radical clearance and hydroxyl free radical clearance at lower concentration. The superoxide anion clearance rate of SOD at the concentration of 6mg/ml is 90.11%; the hydroxyl radical clearance rate is 90.08% when the concentration is 5 mg/ml. The compounding group combines SOD and lycopene powder 1:1 for use, and the superoxide anion clearance rate is increased to 97.13% and the hydroxyl radical clearance rate is increased to 97.84% at 4 mg/ml. The free radical scavenging rate is increased by compound use, and the lycopene powder is cheaper than SOD, so the cost can be saved. Example six SOD and lycopene powders were added in a ratio of 1:1 and a final concentration of 4 mg/ml. The radical scavenging efficiency is the best.
Experiment two: whitening and freckle removing experiment
An experimental instrument: minolta Chromameter CM-700d (Meinenda, Japan), Mexameter MX18 skin melanin and heme tester (Courage + Khazak, Germany).
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
1. volunteer subjects were recruited 40 cases.
2. The subject takes 1 piece of the product every day, and each piece is 10 ml.
3. The skin condition of the subjects was measured with the instrument before, at week 4, week 8, and week 12, respectively, of the example six formulation. Skin lightness L values were measured using a Minolta Chromameter (CM-700d), 3 times per replicate, averaged, and the L values of all volunteers were re-averaged. The skin melanin values were measured using a Mexameter MX18, 3 replicates each time, averaged, the melanin reduction ratios calculated, and the melanin reduction ratios of all volunteers were then averaged.
The results of the experiment are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
Experiment three: hair blackening test
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
1. 40 volunteer subjects were recruited, the subjects being early-onset white hair due to disease.
2. The six formulations of the examples were taken and the effect was evaluated after 12 weeks.
3. The criteria for therapeutic effect are as follows: the hair turns yellow from white after treatment, and turns yellow, white and black without relapse; the number of effective white hairs is obviously reduced, and new hairs are completely blackened; and (4) invalidation: the white hair symptom is not improved.
The experimental results are as follows:
the medicine has the curative effect of 23 cases, the obvious effect of 15 cases and the ineffective effect of 2 cases.
The experimental results show that the product has the capability of removing superoxide anions and hydroxyl free radicals, and can improve the skin color and achieve the beautifying effect of blacking hair.

The anti-oxidation beautifying oral liquid is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-1 part of SOD, 150 parts of 100-one of angelica dahurica, 150 parts of 100-one of tuckahoe, 150 parts of 100-one of coix seed, 150 parts of 100-one of polygonum multiflorum, 0.5-1 part of lycopene powder, 25-40 parts of flavoring agent and 0.5-1 part of preservative.
2. The anti-oxidation beautifying oral liquid is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.0 part of SOD, 150 parts of angelica dahurica, 150 parts of tuckahoe, 150 parts of coix seed, 150 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 1.0 part of lycopene powder, 40 parts of flavoring agent and 0.8 part of preservative.
3. The oral liquid as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein SOD is extracted from plants, and the enzyme activity of SOD is 100000U/g.
4. The oral liquid as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the flavoring agent is honey or simple syrup.
5. The oral liquid as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preservative is sorbic acid or benzoic acid.
6. The oral liquid for resisting oxidation and beautifying face as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that lycopene is extracted from tomato, and the content of lycopene is greater than or equal to 12%.
