The Populus alba skin powder is an ancient prescription recorded in Yi Fang Ju (medical prescription and Polymer), consists of Populus alba skin, peach blossom and white gourd kernel, has cool property and the efficacies of clearing heat and reducing internal heat, and is very in line with the principle of skin care in summer. The cortex populi Davidianae is bitter and cold in property, is rich in flavonoid components, and has the effects of clearing heat and removing internal heat; the peach blossom is mainly prepared from flavonoid components and has the effects of whitening and moisturizing; the white gourd kernel contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, mainly contains linoleic acid, has good inhibition on the secretion of grease by the sebaceous gland cells, and can effectively reduce the secretion of sebum. The tremella is a fruiting body of Tremella of Tremellaceae of fungus, and contains polysaccharide as main ingredient, and the Tremella extract can promote generation of natural moisturizing factor, thereby having good water replenishing and moisturizing effects.
The invention achieves the purpose of controlling oil by adding the poplar skin powder compound, is more suitable for skin which is thirsty and exudes oil in summer, and inhibits the secretion of skin oil and fat and controls the water-oil balance of the skin by using the poplar skin powder compound. The aim of moisturizing is achieved by adding the tremella extract, the tremella extract is more suitable for dry and thirsty skin in summer and oily skin, and the tremella polysaccharide component in the tremella extract is utilized to achieve the effects of moisturizing. The main raw materials adopted are simple and easy to obtain, the cost is convenient to control, and the cosmetic toner prepared from the toner is safer to use and has no harm to skin.
To better illustrate the beneficial effects of the present invention, efficacy evaluation experiments were performed:
test example 1: skin moisturizing experiment of poplar skin toner
1. Purpose of the experiment: to confirm the moisturizing efficacy of the poplar skin toner, a kermeeter was used to measure the water content for clinical evaluation.

3. Experimental methods
1) Skin moisture content detection
Subjects 40 subjects (randomized into four groups) 26-40 years old;
the applicable conditions of the sample are that the indoor temperature is 20.0 +/-2 ℃ and the indoor humidity is 40-60 percent;
experimental application site 25 ㎕ (10 ㎕/cm 2) is applied to the forearm site of the arm (2.5 cm 2);
apparatus, cormeometer Ⓡ CM825;
experimental time before application (reference line), after application, after 30 minutes, after 1 hour, after 2 hours, after 6 hours;
firstly, cleaning a test part, drying, stabilizing for 20min in a closed place under the constant-temperature and constant-humidity conditions of no air circulation and direct light, indoor temperature of 20-25 ℃ and humidity of 40-60%, and then lightly touching a probe of a Corneometer Ⓡ CM825 (coupling-Khazakaelectronics GmbH, germany) to the surface of the skin to test the visible area on the inner side of the tested part. The units of measurement are expressed in the default units of the instrument (a.u.), with higher measurements representing higher moisture content of the skin surface. Experimental tests Water content was calculated by taking the average value before application, after application, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, and 6 hours after application.
The results are shown in Table 1:

table 1 the data are collated to give a figure, as shown in figure 1. In fig. 1: < 30 indicates that the skin is very dry; 30-40 indicates dry skin; > 40 for skin moisturization; this value is only one way to interpret this result.
4. Conclusion
In order to evaluate the moisturizing effect of the poplar skin toner, a blank control, samples of examples 1,2 and 3 are taken, and the skin moisture content is measured for clinical evaluation. The experimental results show that the samples of examples 1,2 and 3 have increased moisture content until 6 hours compared with the blank cream, and the moisture retention of the sample with the maximum moisture content increased by 23.0% is maintained, but the moisture content of the sample of the control group is reduced after 6 hours. Experiments show that the poplar skin toner can increase the water content of skin, is beneficial to reducing the water loss in the skin and has good moisturizing effect.
Test example 2: populus alba bark toner sebum regulation cell experiment
1. Purpose of the experiment: whether the poplar skin toner has an inhibition effect on sebum secretion or not is determined by measuring the expression degree of a sebum secretion genetic gene caused by male hormones.
2. Experimental method
1) Evaluation of cytotoxicity (MTT assay)
After 24 hours of cell culture, the cells were inoculated on a 24-well plate, and then replaced with a serum-free medium, treated at different concentrations, and cultured. After completion of the culture, the inside of the cells was changed to a medium containing an MTT solution for reaction, and after completion of the reaction, the supernatant was removed, and MTT formazan crystals formed by dissolving in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) were added, and then absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 570nm using a microplate reader.
2) Experimental method for sebum regulation related genetic Gene expression Real-time quantitative PCR (Real time PCR)
Human normal sebaceous gland cells (Human normal sebocytes) were inoculated into a 60 mm culture dish, cultured in a serum-free medium, and then dihydrotestosterone was added to the sample together with the treated sample and cultured in a 37 ℃ C, 5% CO2 microbial incubator. After removing the medium, cells were harvested using QIAzol (TM) lysis reagent and RNA was extracted according to the manufacturer's protocol, and cDNA was synthesized after quantification of the extracted RNA and subjected to real-time quantitative PCR (Applied Biosystems kit, rapid real-time quantitative PCR instrument) to confirm the expression of the genetic genes (ACC, fatty acid synthase, androgen receptor).
3. Results of the experiment
1) Evaluation of cytotoxicity (MTT assay)
None of the blanks, examples 1,2, 3, exhibited cytotoxicity. The experiment can be continued.
Evaluation of sebum-Regulation-related genetic Gene expression Real-time quantitative PCR (Real time PCR)
Examples 1,2 and 3 have the effect of inhibiting sebum production by inhibiting the expression of fatty acid synthase FAS.
4. Conclusion
Compared with the control group, the examples 1,2 and 3 have the effects of relieving excessive sebum secretion by blocking sebum production and regulating sebum secretion, so that the oil control effect is achieved.
According to the combination of the test examples 1 and 2, the poplar skin toner has good moisturizing and oil controlling effects.
The invention fully utilizes Yang Pisan compound and tremella extract to achieve the purposes of moisturizing and controlling oil, and is more suitable for dry, thirsty and oily skin in summer; the poplar skin powder compound is used for inhibiting skin oil secretion and controlling the water-oil balance of the skin; the tremella polysaccharide component in the tremella extract is utilized to achieve the effects of moisturizing. The active ingredients are mutually cooperated, can effectively play a role in replenishing water, preserving moisture and controlling oil, is safe and efficient toner suitable for summer, meets the requirement of people on the safety of cosmetics, and has wide application prospect.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements made to the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention should be included in the protection scope defined by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A poplar skin toner with moisturizing and oil control effects is characterized in that: the formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 3 percent of poplar bark powder compound, 1 to 3 percent of tremella extract, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of D-panthenol, 5 to 8 percent of glycerol, 3 to 5 percent of butanediol, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of PEG-20 jojoba oil and 80.2 to 89.8 percent of deionized water.
2. A preparation method of poplar bark toner with moisturizing and oil controlling effects is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving cortex populi Davidianae powder compound, tremella extract, D-panthenol, glycerol, butanediol, PEG-20 jojoba oil, and deionized water at a certain ratio, and mixing;
step 2: filtering with 0.45 micrometer filter membrane, and bottling to obtain cortex populi Davidianae powder toner with effects of keeping moisture and controlling oil.
3. The preparation method of the poplar bark toner with moisturizing and oil controlling effects as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the poplar bark powder compound comprises the following components: the Chinese medicine composition comprises 20g to 30g of poplar bark, 30g to 40g of peach blossom and 40g to 50g of white gourd kernel in parts by weight.
4. The preparation method of the poplar bark toner with moisturizing and oil controlling effects as claimed in claim 3, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the preparation method of the poplar bark powder compound comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing 20g-30g of poplar bark, 30g-40g of peach blossom and 40g-50g of white gourd seed respectively, mixing, cleaning with deionized water, drying in an oven at 40-50 ℃, and pulverizing to 50-100 meshes by using a household medicinal material pulverizer;
step 2: adding the crushed raw materials into 500g-1000g of alcohol solution, and heating in water bath at 50-70 ℃ for 3h-5h;
and step 3: filtering with 1 micrometer filter paper board, adding activated carbon 1% -3% of the filtrate, decolorizing for 30min-60min, filtering with 0.5 micrometer filter paper board to obtain filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate at 50-70 deg.C to dry to obtain cortex populi Davidianae powder compound.
5. The preparation method of the poplar bark toner with moisturizing and oil controlling effects as claimed in claim 4, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the alcoholic solution in the step 2 is 50% ethanol.
6. The preparation method of the poplar bark toner with moisturizing and oil controlling effects as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the preparation method of the tremella extract comprises the following steps:
step 1: taking 20-50g of tremella raw material, washing with deionized water, drying in an oven at 40-50 ℃, and crushing to 20-50 meshes by using a household medicinal material crusher;
step 2: adding the crushed raw materials into 500g-1000g of liquid, and heating in a water bath at 80-100 ℃ for 3h-5h;
and step 3: filtering the extractive solution with 1 micrometer filter paper board, concentrating the filtrate at 60-70 deg.C to 1/2-1/3 of the filtrate, adding 3 times of 95% ethanol, and precipitating with ethanol;
and 4, step 4: filtering with 1 micrometer filter paper board, and vacuum drying the filter residue to obtain Tremella extract.
7. The poplar skin toner with moisturizing and oil controlling effects as claimed in claim 6, wherein the poplar skin toner is characterized in that: the liquid in the step 2 is deionized water.
