通过应用背嵌件注塑成型工艺制造的相关领域中的实木皮肤产品可以提供具有视觉上和触觉上良好的表面的实木。然而,因为具有高硬度的实木附接至注塑成型的部件,所以当客户推动实木时,实木向客户提供吱吱叫的感觉(cheeping feeling)。
当然,一些客户可能认为实木具有高硬度是自然的。然而,需要软内饰材料的客户对实木不满意。
发明内容
提供本发明内容是为了以简化的形式介绍将在下面的具体实施方式中进一步描述的一些构思。本发明内容不旨在标识所要求保护的主题的关键特征或实质特征,也不旨在用于帮助确定所要求保护的主题的范围。
本公开已经努力解决相关领域中的问题,并且本公开的一个目的是提供一种用于制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫(crash pad)的膜装置,其能够在视觉上提供实木感觉并提供柔性。
本公开的另一目的是提供一种用于制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的膜装置,其能够在不对木材执行预成形工艺的情况下使用膜方法同时执行实木成形和芯附接。
本公开的目的不限于上述目的,并且可以从以下描述中清楚地理解上面未提及的其它目的。
在一个总体方面中,一种用于制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的膜装置包括:真空装置主体,其具有多个真空孔并且被构造成使得临时附接到芯的实木片材被安装在真空装置主体中;盖,其具有硅树脂(silicone)膜并且被构造成与真空装置主体一起限定真空空间;真空模块,其被构造成通过真空孔抽吸真空装置主体中的空气;以及控制单元,其被构造成在真空装置主体被盖覆盖的状态下通过经由真空孔抽吸真空空间中的空气来压缩临时附接并安装在真空装置主体上的实木片材和芯达预设时间,控制单元被构造成通过控制真空模块从真空空间去除真空以使得压缩的实木片材从真空装置主体分离。
膜装置可以包括加热器,其被构造成加热真空空间的内部,并且控制单元可以被构造成在通过操作真空模块压缩芯和实木片材之前的预设时间内对实木片材进行加热。
真空装置主体可以具有向上或向下可移动以安置实木片材的多个木座销(woodseating pin)。
真空装置主体可以具有固定夹具,芯安装在固定夹具上,芯可以安置在固定夹具上,并且实木片材可以安置在木座销上。
膜装置可以包括振动模块,其被构造成通过将振动施加到设置在实木片材下方的芯来校正实木片材的位置。
在另一个总体方面中,一种使用膜装置制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的方法包括:在盖从真空装置主体打开的状态下在真空装置主体中向上移动多个木座销;将芯定位在设置在木座销内部的固定夹具上,将实木片材安装在木座销的上部上,并且用盖闭合和覆盖真空装置主体;由控制单元在通过操作真空模块通过设置在真空装置主体的下部中的真空孔实现真空装置主体中的真空状态的同时将设置在盖上的硅树脂膜压靠在实木片材上;以及从真空装置主体的内部去除真空,打开盖,并且从真空装置主体分离完全制造的实木产品。
将硅树脂膜硅树脂膜压靠在实木片材上的步骤可以包括:加热真空装置主体的内部达预设时间。
将硅树脂膜压靠在实木片材上的步骤可以包括:将真空状态保持预设时间并完成压缩工艺。
闭合真空装置主体的步骤可以包括通过使用振动模块将振动施加到真空装置主体和设置在实木片材下方的芯来校正实木片材的位置。
根据本公开的第一实施方式,构成车辆的桌子的实木片材可以在视觉上提供与实木相同的感觉并且在乘员触摸实木片材时提供预定程度的缓冲。
根据本公开的第二实施方式,通过改进膜和压缩工艺来开发半自动/全自动工艺,由此解决了在相关领域中制造实木嵌件的注塑成型工艺的问题,改进了质量,并且通过缩短产品制造时间来降低成本。
根据本公开的第二实施方式,如图9所示,当实木片材被压靠在芯的边缘上时,可以非常精确地处理芯的边缘的3D数据值(R)。

图1是用于说明根据本公开的可以用于自动包装的实木皮肤的参考图。
如图1所示,根据本公开的第一实施方式的可以用于自动包装的实木皮肤包括木材层101、网格层102和柔性层103。
木材层101是提供与木制材料相同的视觉感觉的层。木材层101可以具有0.1t至0.2t的厚度,并且可以具有由着色机制成的木材纹理。
此外,网格层102是堆叠在木材层101的下部上并且被构造成增强片材的层。
另外,柔性层103是堆叠在网格层102的下部上并且被构造成提供柔性的层。柔性层103可以由聚丙烯(PP)泡沫和热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)泡沫中的一种制成。此外,柔性层103可以具有1t至2t的厚度。
另外,根据本公开的第一实施方式,实木皮肤还可以包括保护膜104,保护膜104堆叠在木材层101的上部上并且被构造成保护木材层。保护膜104可以具有0.1t的厚度。
图2A至图2E是用于说明根据本公开的第一实施方式的制造实木片材的工艺的参考图。
如图2A所示,在根据本公开的第一实施方式的实木片材中,网格层102堆叠在木材层101的下端上。此后,如图2B所示,柔性层103堆叠在网格层102的下端上。此外,如图2C所示,保护膜104可以堆叠在木材层101的上端上并且保护木材层101。
如图2D所示,包括木材层101、网格层102和柔性层103的实木片材100还包括设置在其下侧的丝十字垫(filament cross pad)140和芯150。
丝十字垫140设置在桌子的局部区域中,以便为车辆的桌子的区域的局部区域提供缓冲。
此外,设置在桌子的一个区域中的丝十字垫140可以堆叠在柔性层103的下部上。在这种情况下,丝十字垫140可以具有2t至5t的厚度。在这种情况下,丝十字垫140所应用于的区域是手可以触及的整个区域,即,从实木片材的注塑成型部分的端部在3mm或更少内的区域。丝十字垫140可以是由诸如PP或TPO之类的材料制成的垫。然而,丝十字垫140的材料不限于此。
此外,芯150可以安装在车辆的桌子上并且具有0.3t的厚度。
此外,在将底漆(primer)施加到芯150的工艺之后执行将接合剂施加到芯150上的接合工艺,然后将丝十字垫140附接到芯150。在这种情况下,丝十字垫140可以通过使用膜(membrane)或通过按压来附接。这里,膜工艺是是利用膜压机器以热量和压力来执行真空压缩模制并且片材在空气被释放时被附接的方法。
接下来,执行将接合剂施加到丝十字垫140的上部上的接合工艺,然后通过压缩夹具压缩木材层101、网格层102、柔性层103、丝十字垫140和保护膜。
如上所述,构成车辆的桌子的实木片材100可以提供与实木相同的视觉感觉,并且当乘员触摸实木片材100时提供预定程度的缓冲。
根据本公开的第一实施方式,PP泡沫/TPO泡沫可以施加到木材后表面上以增加实木片材的伸长率百分比并提高实木片材的表面质量,并且相关领域中用于天然皮革或人造皮革的丝十字垫可以被施加到芯,由此提供具有当相关领域中的实木片材通过注塑成型制造时无法实现的柔软性的实木包装的产品。
图3是用于说明根据本公开的第二实施方式的用于制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的膜装置的图,并且图4是用于说明根据本公开的第二实施方式的用于制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的膜装置的配置框图。
如图3和图4所示,根据本公开的第二实施方式的用于制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的膜装置包括真空装置主体310、盖320、真空模块330和控制单元340。
真空装置主体310具有真空孔313,并且临时附接到芯150的实木片材100安装在真空装置主体310上。此外,真空装置主体310通过盖320闭合,然后通过真空孔313保持在真空状态。
盖320具有硅树脂膜321并且与真空装置主体310一起限定真空空间。盖320可以具有能够在真空装置主体310闭合时提供用于在真空装置主体310中容纳实木片材100、木座销、芯和固定夹具312的空间的结构。
真空模块330通过经由设置在真空装置主体310的下部中的真空孔313抽吸真空装置主体310中的空气来实现真空状态。
在真空装置主体310被盖320覆盖的状态下,控制单元340通过经由真空装置主体310的真空孔313抽吸真空空间中的空气而在预设时间内压缩临时附接并安装在真空装置主体310上的芯150和实木片材100。此后,控制单元340通过控制真空模块从真空空间去除真空,使得压缩的实木片材100可以被分离。
此外,根据本公开的第二实施方式的膜装置还包括加热器350,其被构造成加热真空空间的内部。
此外,控制单元330还包括振动模块(未示出)并且控制真空模块340,以便在芯150和实木片材100被压缩之前使实木片材100振动达预设时间,使得实木片材100可以安置在芯150上的精确位置处。
此外,多个木座销311设置在真空装置主体310上,以便向上或向下可移动,并用于安置实木片材100。
此外,真空装置主体310具有固定夹具312,芯150安装在固定夹具312上。芯150安置在固定夹具312上,并且实木片材100安置在木座销311上。
在本公开的第二实施方式中,膜装置还包括振动模块360,该振动模块360被构造成通过对真空装置主体310和实木片材100下方的芯150施加振动来校正实木片材100的位置。
另外,在本公开的第二实施方式中,加热器设置在硅树脂膜321上方。加热器的温度可以是90℃。
在下文中,将参照附图5至图10描述根据本公开的第二实施方式的使用膜装置制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的方法。
首先,如图5所示,在盖320从真空装置主体310打开的状态下,多个木座销311在真空装置主体310中向上移动(S110)。在这种情况下,固定夹具312可以设置在真空装置主体310中向上移动的多个木座销311内部。
此后,如图6所示,芯150设置在木座销311内部并且定位在固定夹具312上,并且实木片材100安装在木座销311的上部上。此后,如图7所示,真空装置主体310由盖320覆盖和闭合(S120)。此外,在真空装置主体310闭合的步骤S120中,振动模块可以将振动施加到真空装置主体和实木片材下方的芯,由此校正实木片材的位置。
此后,如图8所示,通过操作真空模块340,控制单元330通过设置在真空装置主体310的下部中的真空孔313来实现真空装置主体310中的真空状态,由此将设置在盖320上的硅树脂膜压靠在实木片材100上(S130)。因此,随着木座销311向下移动,实木片材100被安置在芯150的表面上。
在根据本公开将硅树脂膜压靠在实木片材上的步骤S130中,可以加热真空装置主体310的内部达预设时间(50秒)。通过将真空状态保持预设时间(55秒)来完成压缩工艺。利用该工艺,实木片材100和芯150可以被非常紧密地压缩,这使得可以最小化芯150的边缘的3D数据值(R)。
当如上所述完成压缩工艺时,从真空装置主体310的内部去除真空,盖320被打开,然后完全生产的实木产品从真空装置主体310分离(S140)。
根据本公开的实施方式,可以解决现有技术中制造实木嵌件的注塑成型工艺的问题,改进质量,并且通过缩短产品制造时间来降低成本。
根据本公开的实施方式,可以通过改进膜和压缩工艺来开发半自动/全自动工艺,由此解决了在相关领域中制造实木嵌件的注塑成型工艺的问题,改进了质量,并且通过缩短产品制造时间来降低成本。
根据本公开的实施方式,如图9所示,当实木片材被压靠在芯的边缘上时,可以非常精确地处理芯的边缘的3D数据值(R)。
此外,本公开的第二实施方式的有利之处还在于:不需要抗变形夹具。
根据本公开的第三实施方式的用于制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的膜装置包括真空装置主体310、盖320、真空模块330和控制单元340。
真空装置主体310具有真空孔313,并且临时附接到芯150的实木片材100安装在真空装置主体310上。此外,真空装置主体310通过盖320闭合,然后通过真空孔313保持在真空状态。
此外,多个木座销311设置在真空装置主体310上,以便向上或向下可移动,并用于安置实木片材100。真空装置主体310具有固定夹具312,芯150安装在固定夹具312上。芯150被安置在固定夹具312上,并且实木片材100被固定到木座销311。
此外,真空装置主体310包括设置在固定夹具312的下侧的引入空间314,并且在主真空工艺期间未被压靠在芯150上的实木片材的剩余部分可以被引入引入空间314中,以便实现使用实木片材的自动包装。
根据本实施方式的固定夹具312还包括滑块315,滑块315定位在固定夹具312的两个相对侧并且被构造成限定用于在主真空压缩工艺期间支撑芯150的夹具。滑块315在使用实木片材的包装工艺期间向下移动,并且当实木片材被引入到引入空间314中时,滑块315向上移动,由此执行将实木片材100包装在芯150的内部周围的工艺。
盖320具有硅树脂膜321并且与真空装置主体310一起限定真空空间。盖320可以具有能够在真空装置主体310闭合时提供用于将实木片材100、木座销、芯和固定夹具312容纳在真空装置主体310中的空间的结构。
真空模块330通过经由设置在真空装置主体310的下部中的真空孔313抽吸真空装置主体310中的空气来实现真空状态。
在真空装置主体310被盖320覆盖的状态下,控制单元340通过经由真空装置主体310的真空孔313抽吸真空空间中的空气来在预设时间内压缩临时附接并安装在真空装置主体310上的芯150和实木片材100。此后,控制单元340通过控制真空模块从真空空间去除真空,使得压缩的实木片材100可以被分离。
此后,可以通过切割除了压靠在芯150上的实木片材100之外的剩余部分来制造包括实木片材100的用于车辆的防撞垫。
根据本公开的实施方式,构成车辆的桌子的实木片材可以提供与实木相同的视觉感觉,并且在乘员触摸实木片材时提供预定程度的缓冲。
另外,根据本公开的实施方式,通过使用膜方法制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的边缘部分,这使得可以更精确地将实木片材附接到芯。
虽然上面已经参考附图详细描述了本公开的配置,但是配置的描述仅用于说明性目的,并且本领域技术人员可以在不分离本公开的技术精神的情况下进行各种修改和变型。因此,本公开的保护范围不应受上述实施方式的限制,而是应当由所附权利要求来确定。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的膜装置,所述膜装置包括:
真空装置主体,所述真空装置主体具有多个真空孔并且被构造成使得临时附接到芯的所述实木片材安装在所述真空装置主体中;
盖,所述盖具有硅树脂膜并且被构造成与所述真空装置主体一起限定真空空间;
真空模块,所述真空模块被构造成通过所述真空孔抽吸所述真空装置主体中的空气;以及
控制单元,所述控制单元被构造成通过在所述真空装置主体被所述盖覆盖的状态下通过所述真空孔抽吸所述真空空间中的空气来压缩临时附接并安装在所述真空装置主体上的所述实木片材和所述芯,所述控制单元被构造成通过控制所述真空模块从所述真空空间去除真空,使得压缩的实木片材从所述真空装置主体分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜装置,所述膜装置还包括:
加热器,所述加热器被构造成对所述真空空间的内部进行加热,
其中,所述控制单元被构造成在通过操作所述真空模块压缩所述芯和所述实木片材之前对所述实木片材进行加热达预设的加热时间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膜装置,其中,所述真空装置主体包括能向上或向下移动以安置所述实木片材的多个木座销。
4.根据权利要求3所述的膜装置,其中,所述真空装置主体包括固定夹具,所述芯安装在所述固定夹具上,所述芯被安置在所述固定夹具上,并且所述实木片材被安置在所述木座销上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膜装置,所述膜装置还包括:
振动模块,所述振动模块被构造成通过将振动施加到设置在所述实木片材下方的所述芯来校正所述实木片材的位置。
6.一种用于车辆的防撞垫,所述防撞垫包括由根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的膜装置制造的实木片材。
7.一种使用膜装置制造包括实木片材的用于车辆的防撞垫的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
在盖从真空装置主体打开的状态下在所述真空装置主体中向上移动多个木座销;
将芯定位在设置在所述木座销内部的固定夹具上,将实木片材安装在所述木座销的上部上,并且用所述盖闭合和覆盖所述真空装置主体;
由控制单元在通过操作真空模块通过设置在所述真空装置主体的下部中的真空孔实现所述真空装置主体中的真空状态的同时将设置在所述盖上的硅树脂膜压靠在所述实木片材上;以及
从所述真空装置主体的内部去除真空,打开所述盖,并且从所述真空装置主体分离完全生产的实木产品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,将所述硅树脂膜压靠在所述实木片材上的步骤包括:对所述真空装置主体的内部进行加热达预设时间。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,将所述硅树脂膜压靠在所述实木片材上的步骤包括:保持所述真空状态达预设时间并且完成压缩工艺。
10.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,闭合所述真空装置主体的步骤包括:通过使用振动模块将振动施加到所述真空装置主体和设置在所述实木片材下方的所述芯来校正所述实木片材的位置。
11.一种用于车辆的防撞垫,所述防撞垫包括:
通过根据权利要求7所述的制造用于车辆的防撞垫的方法制造的实木片材。
