The composition with the alopecia prevention effect comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
3-6 parts of glossy privet fruit, 2-5 parts of cacumen biotae, 2-5 parts of ginger, 1-3 parts of fleece-flower root, 1-3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 3-5 parts of modified hydroxyapatite and 10-20 parts of chitosan penetrating agent.
The preparation method of the modified hydroxyapatite of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s01: putting hydroxyapatite into water with the weight 5.5 times of that of the hydroxyapatite, and uniformly mixing the hydroxyapatite and the water for later use;
s02: adding 3 parts of hydroxy amino acid into 15 parts of phosphoric acid buffer solution, then adding 3.5 parts of silane coupling agent KH560 and 2 parts of sodium alkyl sulfonate, and fully mixing to obtain a treating agent;
s03: and adding the treating agent into the product S01, mixing according to the weight ratio of 1.
The pH of the phosphate buffer solution of this example was 6.35.
The stirring reaction speed in this example is 750r/min, the stirring time is 25min, and the stirring temperature is 60 ℃.
The preparation method of the chitosan emollient of this example is as follows:
s11: adding 7.5 parts of chitosan into 15 parts of sodium alginate solution, stirring uniformly, then adding citric acid, and adjusting the pH value to 5.5;
s12: mixing 3.5 parts of PPG-25-laureth-25 with 2 parts of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, adding into 7.5 parts of rice washing water, blending and mixing;
s13: and adding the product of S12 into S11, and stirring and mixing fully to obtain the chitosan wetting agent.
The mass fraction of the sodium alginate solution in this example was 22.5%.
In the embodiment, the rotation speed of the S13 for stirring and mixing is 1250r/min, and the stirring time is 25min.

The composition with the alopecia preventing effect comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
4 parts of glossy privet fruit, 3 parts of cacumen biotae, 3 parts of ginger, 2 parts of fleece-flower root, 2 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 4 parts of modified hydroxyapatite and 12 parts of chitosan penetrating agent.
The preparation method of the modified hydroxyapatite of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s01: putting hydroxyapatite into water with the weight 5 times that of the hydroxyapatite, and uniformly mixing the hydroxyapatite and the water for later use;
s02: adding 3 parts of hydroxy amino acid into 2 parts of phosphoric acid buffer solution, then adding 3 parts of silane coupling agent KH560 and 2 parts of sodium alkyl sulfonate, and fully mixing to obtain a treating agent;
s03: and adding the treating agent into the product S01, mixing according to the weight ratio of 1.
The pH of the phosphate buffer solution of this example was 6.25.
The rotation speed of the stirring reaction in this example was 600r/min, the stirring time was 22min, and the stirring temperature was 57 ℃.
The preparation method of the chitosan emollient of this example is as follows:
s11: adding 6 parts of chitosan into 12 parts of sodium alginate solution, stirring uniformly, then adding citric acid, and adjusting the pH value to 5.5;

The difference from example 3 is that no hydroxyamino acid was added to the treating agent in the preparation of modified hydroxyapatite.
Comparative example 4.
The difference from example 3 is that the modified hydroxyapatite is replaced by hydroxyapatite.
Comparative example 5.
Unlike example 3, no chitosan rinse was added.
Respectively testing the oil content of scalp by a tester with a grease tester Sebumeter SM815, recording as data of D0, washing hair once a day by adopting the product, testing the oil content of skin for 60 days, and recording the data;

The performance of the products of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-5 were tested as follows:

the product of the invention is not added with modified hydroxyapatite and chitosan wetting agent, the oil change rate of the product has obvious variation trend, meanwhile, the treating agent in the preparation of the modified hydroxyapatite is not added with sodium alkylsulfonate and is not added with hydroxy amino acid, the modified hydroxyapatite is replaced by hydroxyapatite, the performance of the product has variation trend, the modified hydroxyapatite and the chitosan wetting agent in the product cooperate to increase the efficiency, and the performance of the product is improved and optimized together; meanwhile, the preparation method of the modified hydroxyapatite has the most obvious improvement effect only by adopting the method of the invention.
Selecting volunteers with seborrheic alopecia symptoms of more than 100 alopecia everyday to participate in the test, using the corresponding product for 1 time at fixed time in a unified guidance mode every day according to the following table mode, collecting fallen hairs and recording the using time of the following table to obtain an average integer;
as can be seen from examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-5, the modified hydroxyapatite and chitosan wetting agent are not added, the improvement effect of the number of fallen off is not obvious after the product is used for 0-60 days, only the modified hydroxyapatite and the chitosan wetting agent are cooperated, the improvement efficiency is most obvious, meanwhile, the preparation methods of the modified hydroxyapatite are different, the hair treatment effect is different, and the improvement effect is most obvious only by adopting the method provided by the invention.

3-6 parts of glossy privet fruit, 2-5 parts of cacumen biotae, 2-5 parts of ginger, 1-3 parts of fleece-flower root, 1-3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza and 4-5 parts of auxiliary additive.
2. The composition with the alopecia preventing effect as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
3-6 parts of glossy privet fruit, 2-5 parts of cacumen biotae, 2-5 parts of ginger, 1-3 parts of fleece-flower root, 1-3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza and 4.5 parts of auxiliary additive.

The composition with alopecia preventing effect according to claim 1, wherein the composition with alopecia preventing effect is prepared by the following steps: washing fructus Ligustri Lucidi, folium Platycladi, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, polygoni Multiflori radix, and Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix with water, draining, mashing in a mashing machine, adding 5-10 times of water, boiling with slow fire for 1-2 hr, filtering to remove residue, and mixing the filtrate with auxiliary adjuvants to obtain composition with alopecia preventing effect.
4. Use of the composition having alopecia preventing effect according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for preparing a shampoo for preventing alopecia.
