技术领域
本发明公开了一种抗衰组合物,具体地说,是一种极地抗衰组合物,属于化妆品技术领域。
背景技术
皮肤衰老是内在和外在两个因素共同影响的结果:内在因素主要是时间,外在因素主要是紫外线。内在衰老会导致皮肤细胞丧失储备能力,并限制皮肤应对环境给皮肤带来损伤的反应能力,此外还会导致皮肤变薄,从而皮肤对环境剪切力的抵抗能力降低;紫外线导致的皮肤衰老也称光老化,是除了时间老化外最显著的影响,皮肤每天暴露在低剂量的紫外线辐射下,会导致细胞核抗原增殖上调,DNA氧化损伤增加,日积月累,皮肤就会发生变化。
无论内源性和外源性的衰老都会受到氧化应激的影响。所谓氧化应激就是当体内活性氧的侵害程度超过机体抗氧化能力时,机体就无法完全清除氧化,导致细胞内产生大量氧化中间产物。氧化应激会直接作用于端粒,加速细胞衰老。
预防或减少皮肤老化的一个方法途径就是抗氧化。
目前市场上用于治疗皮肤老化的化妆品中活性成分主要是抗氧化剂,如视黄酸等。富含天然抗氧化剂的植物、藻类、真菌提取物被广泛应用于化妆品配方中。而在此方面最有潜力和吸引力的是生活在极端环境的生物,它们体内含有丰富的次级代谢物,例如类胡萝卜素、低温活性酶、蛋白质或抗氧化剂等,是潜力巨大的天然抗衰老原料来源。因此开发极端环境生物将是一个重要的创新源头和行之有效的途径。
极地指北极或南极极圈以内的地区,生长在该地区的植物称为极地植物。极地植物常年经受极端温度和强烈的紫外线,然而这种恶劣环境不但没有影响它们的生长,反而赋予了它们极强的抗压能力和高效的修护力,其所含细胞叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量还会因此而增加,同时细胞中虾青素的含量显著提高,这强大的抗氧化功效正是其年复一年繁衍不息的能量所在,同时也让研究人员看到了它们在抗衰老产品中的巨大潜力。
目前极地植物中用于抗衰老的主要是极地雪藻,如专利CN110585247A公开了极地雪藻细胞裂解物在制备预防、延缓或治疗皮肤老化的药物或化妆品中的应用,其技术方案为使用有效量的极地雪藻细胞裂解物为活性成分,能够延缓皮肤老化,特别是由于氧化反应或者UV引起的皮肤老化,可以用于制备预防、延缓或治疗皮肤老化的药物或化妆品。然而由于需要使用的是极地雪藻细胞裂解物,所以需要新鲜的极地雪藻细胞,一般采用的方法是人工培养而不是自然采收,因此利用极地雪藻细胞需要模拟自然环境培养细胞,首先对设备和技术有一定要求,其次人工模拟的环境条件相比自然环境有差距,得到的极地雪藻细胞有效物质含量不如自然得到的丰富。
随着业界对极地植物抗氧化抗衰老能力的关注不断提升,一些其他极地植物在化妆品中的实际应用也逐渐提上日程。
综上,如何提供一种同时含有新兴的潜力巨大的极地植物成分和成熟的已知功效优良的人工合成化学物质形成一种高效抗衰老抗氧化保湿补水产品,具有实际商业意义和广阔应用前景。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种高效保湿、抗衰老极地抗衰组合物。
为此,本发明提供的技术方案是这样的:
一种极地抗衰组合物,包括下述重量百分比的原料:挪威云杉叶提取物1-10%,地衣提取物1-10%,水解胶原0.2-5%,透明质酸钠0.05-1%,烟酰胺5-15%,1,3-丁二醇20-45%,防腐剂0.1-3.2%,水余量。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,还包括重量百分比原料欧洲越桔果提取物0.5-5%。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,还包括重量百分比原料玫瑰花提取物2-10%。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,还包括重量百分比原料肌肽3-8%。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,还包括重量百分比原料海水2-10%。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:挪威云杉叶提取物2-10%,地衣提取物2-10%,水解胶原0.2-5%,透明质酸钠0.05-1%,烟酰胺5-15%,海水2-10%,欧洲越桔果提取物0.5-5%,玫瑰花提取物2-10%,肌肽3-8%,1,3-丁二醇20-45%,防腐剂0.1-3.2%,水余量。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:挪威云杉叶提取物4-8%,地衣提取物4-8%,水解胶原1-4%,透明质酸钠0.1-0.8%,烟酰胺8-12%,海水4-8%,欧洲越桔果提取物1.5-3.5%,玫瑰花提取物4-8%,肌肽4-7%,1,3-丁二醇25-40%,防腐剂0.1-3.2%,水余量。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,所述的防腐剂为戊二醇、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、辛酰羟肟酸中的一种或多种。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,所述的地衣提取物通过下述方法制备的:选用北极植物物种地衣,清洗、烘干、粉碎,直接蒸汽蒸馏,整个过程中北极植物物种地衣的温度≤100℃。原材料选取北极特有的植物物种地衣,地衣是真菌和水藻的共生体,具有极强的生命力。制备方法过程中,植物原材料被加热的温度不超过100℃,因此原材料中的成分不会进行热降解,可以得到很好的保留。
进一步的,上述的极地抗衰组合物,所述的挪威云杉叶提取物通过下述方法制备的:选用北极腹地加拿大北部生长的挪威云杉叶,清洗、烘干、粉碎,直接蒸汽蒸馏,整个过程中挪威云杉叶的温度≤100℃。原材料提取自北极腹地加拿大北部,严寒漫长的冬季,使得黑云杉分泌更多的营养成分。制备方法过程中,植物原材料被加热的温度不超过100℃,因此原材料中的成分不会进行热降解,可以得到很好的保留。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案具有如下技术优点:
1、本发明提供的技术方案采用的挪威云杉叶提取物,地衣提取物,通过直接蒸汽蒸馏,整个过程中北极植物物种地衣的温度≤100℃,制备成相应提取物,有效的保留了极地植物原料的多种功效成分,应用在皮肤方面可以促进皮肤细胞的活力,能具有更强的消除自由基、提升皮肤细胞的再生能力,并具有很好的保湿抗衰、抗氧化功效。
2、本发明使用的挪威云杉叶提取物与地衣提取物相互复配,富含多种氨基酸、矿物质,松萝酸、地衣硬酸、木脂素、生物活性多酚等组成的多种缩合物,用于化妆品中具有清爽润滑易吸收、提升肌肤含水量、补充肌肤所需的多种矿物等效果。在此基础上复配透明质酸钠、水解胶原以及肌肽,可以进一步加强保湿、抗衰老的功效。
3、本发明提供的技术方案挪威云杉叶提取物、地衣提取物、透明质酸钠、水解胶原以及肌肽的基础上进一步复配欧洲越桔果提取物和玫瑰花提取物,富含丰富的花色苷、槲皮素、三萜类化合物、叶黄素、苹果酸、多种维生素、葡萄糖、果糖、柠檬酸等,能进一步增加抗氧化、延缓衰老,有效去除皱纹,同时具备抑菌、抗炎等功效。

普通挪威云杉叶提取是通过下述方法制备的:选用普通挪威云杉叶,清洗、烘干、粉碎,水分散,水蒸馏。制备方法过程中,部分植物成分,如酯类、酚类容易发生水解,因此原材料的成分得不到很好的保留。

1、实验方法:将实施例1~实施例6、对比例1~对比例5中的组合物分别用去离子水稀释10倍,并采用相同工艺制成面膜。随机抽取110名皮肤健康的志愿者进行测试,每10人一组,以每组为一单位,分别对应测试实施例1~实施例6、对比例1~对比例5的面膜样品。
各组志愿者按照QB/T2872-2007进行测试,每天睡前涂敷,连续30天,30天后收集各组志愿者的反馈数据,测试结果均取每组的平均值,整理结果,结果如表1~表3所示。
其中,皮肤的含水量采用经皮水测试仪测量;皮肤弹性采用德国CK公司的皮肤弹性测试仪MPA580,并使用Reviscometer RV600探头测得;皱纹、紧致度、细腻度以及光泽度均采用ANTSCI Visia皮肤检测仪测量;使用体验感评分根据使用者体验度进行评分;气血改善效果根据使用情况前后对比进行评分,总分均为10分,8~10分为良好,6~8分为一般,6分及以下为体验感差。

以上数据结果表明,使用本发明提供的极地抗衰组合物实施例1~6制作面膜,对于改善皮肤弹性、气血、皱纹、紧致度、细腻度、光泽及补充皮肤水量具有显著效果,其中实施例5是最佳实施例。
与实施例相比,使用对比例1~5制作的面膜各方面护理效果都较差,无法满足高层次的皮肤护理需求。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变,修饰,替代,组合,简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,包括下述重量百分比的原料:挪威云杉叶提取物1-10%,地衣提取物1-10%,水解胶原0.2-5%,透明质酸钠0.05-1%,烟酰胺5-15%,1,3-丁二醇20-45%,防腐剂0.1-3.2%,水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,还包括重量百分比原料欧洲越桔果提取物0.5-5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,还包括重量百分比原料玫瑰花提取物2-10%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,还包括重量百分比原料肌肽3-8%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,还包括重量百分比原料海水2-10%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:挪威云杉叶提取物2-10%,地衣提取物2-10%,水解胶原0.2-5%,透明质酸钠0.05-1%,烟酰胺5-15%,海水2-10%,欧洲越桔果提取物0.5-5%,玫瑰花提取物2-10%,肌肽3-8%,1,3-丁二醇20-45%,防腐剂0.1-3.2%,水余量。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:挪威云杉叶提取物4-8%,地衣提取物4-8%,水解胶原1-4%,透明质酸钠0.1-0.8%,烟酰胺8-12%,海水4-8%,欧洲越桔果提取物1.5-3.5%,玫瑰花提取物4-8%,肌肽4-7%,1,3-丁二醇25-40%,防腐剂0.1-3.2%,水余量。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为戊二醇、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、辛酰羟肟酸中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,所述的地衣提取物通过下述方法制备的:采用北极植物物种地衣,清洗、烘干、粉碎,直接蒸汽蒸馏,整个过程中北极植物物种地衣的温度≤100℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种极地抗衰组合物,其特征在于,所述的挪威云杉叶提取物通过下述方法制备的:采用北极腹地加拿大北部生长的挪威云杉叶,清洗、烘干、粉碎,直接蒸汽蒸馏,整个过程中挪威云杉叶的温度≤100℃。
