As can be seen from the data in table 1, the moisturizing rates of the comparative skin care composition # 3 and the comparative skin care composition # 4 are greatly reduced compared with those of the skin care compositions # 1 to # 3, and the analysis reason is that the ratio range of the extracts adopted by the comparative skin care composition # 3 is not within the range of the application, so that the synergistic effect among the components is weakened, the moisturizing performance is obviously reduced, and the specific ratio range of the extracts of the application has better moisturizing performance; the ratio of the humectant components used in comparative skin care composition # 4 was changed, resulting in a reduction in the moisturizing effect of comparative skin care composition # 4, indicating that the best moisturizing effect can be achieved at the particular ratio of the humectant components of the present application.
Experimental example 2 test for repairing skin Barrier
Taking 45 healthy female Kunming mice, weighing 25 +/-2 g, dividing the mice into 9 groups, 8 experimental groups and 1 blank group, unhairing the back of each group of 5 mice, cleaning the unhaired mice by normal saline, sticking the skin on the unhaired mice by a strong adhesive tape for 4 times, 2 times every day for 2 consecutive days, starting from the 3 rd day, not processing the blank group at the damaged parts of the mice, and respectively spraying the experimental groups with skin care compositions 1# to 3# and comparative skin care compositions 1# to 5# for 2 times every day. Percutaneous water loss (TEWL) was measured for 7 consecutive days, day 8.

Comparative skin care composition No. 4# | 27.9±4.7 |
Comparative skin care composition No. 5# | 22.3±3.7 |
Blank group | 37.2±8.2 |
As can be seen from the data in the table above, the skin care composition No. 1-3 has lower percutaneous moisture loss, which indicates that the damaged skin sprayed with the skin care composition No. 1-3 has better skin barrier repair, while the percutaneous moisture loss is the highest compared with the skin care composition No. 3, and the analysis reason is that the proportion relation of the components of each extract is changed, so that the synergistic effect between the components is weakened, and the effect of repairing the skin barrier is reduced. The comparative skin care composition # 1, the comparative skin care composition # 2 and the comparative skin care composition # 5 also have higher percutaneous water loss, and the analysis reason is that the comparative skin care composition # 1 adopts unmodified menthol, and the comparative skin care composition # 2 does not contain oleic acid, and the comparative skin care composition # 5 changes the proportional relationship between the modified menthol and the oleic acid, so that the absorption effect of the skin care product is poor, and the repair effect on the damaged skin is further influenced.
Experimental example 3 Oxidation resistance test
Preparing 0.2mmol/L DPPH with 95% ethanol, mixing 100uL of skin care composition No. 1-3 and comparative skin care composition No. 1-5 with 100uL of DPPH solution in 96-well enzyme-labeled plate, reacting at room temperature in the dark for 30min, and measuring the light absorption value A1 at 517nm. 100uL of deionized water was reacted with 100uL of DPPH solution instead of 100uL of 95% ethanol to obtain a blank control group (A0), and 100uL of DPPH solution was reacted with 100uL of deionized water to obtain a negative control group (A2). The DPPH clearance calculation formula is as follows: DPPH clearance (%) = (A2-A1)/(A2-A0) × 100%, the results are shown in the table below.
Group of | DPPH clearance (%) |
Skin care composition 1# | 98.5±6.2 |
Skin care composition No. 2 | 98.6±6.0 |
Skin care composition No. 3 | 98.3±6.1 |
Comparative skin care composition # 1 | 97.9±4.5 |
Comparative skin Care composition No. 2 | 98.1±4.4 |
Comparative skin care composition No. 3# | 78.6±6.6 |
Comparative skin care composition No. 4# | 95.3±5.2 |
Comparative skin care composition No. 5# | 94.9±6.1 |
As can be seen from the data in the above table, the skin care compositions 1# to 3# have the highest DPPH clearance, while the comparative skin care compositions 1# to 5# have different decreases in DPPH clearance than the skin care compositions 1# to 3# and the analysis reason is that the results are influenced to some extent by changing the proportional relationship of the extracts, the proportional relationship of the moisturizers and the proportional relationship of the modified menthol and the oleic acid. Wherein the comparative skin care composition No. 3 had the lowest DPPH clearance, and the assay reason is that it changed the ratio of the extracts, impaired the synergy between the components, resulting in the lowest antioxidant effect.
