Then, the skin barrier of the subject was destroyed by tape-sticking, and the skin erythema index EI value and skin sensitivity value after skin irritation were measured by using 1mL of histamine which was 1.5mg/mL for stimulation modeling. Then, the experimental groups are respectively smeared with corresponding anti-allergy soothing toner with the dosage of 1mL, and after the application for 30 minutes, the skin erythema index EI value and the skin sensitivity value of the experimental area are measured again. The results are shown in Table 2.
The same volunteer subjects used anti-allergy soothing toner for each test group after cleansing facial skin in the morning and evening every day, other anti-allergy soothing products could not be used during the test period, and water loss of facial skin was measured by a water loss test probe Tewameter TM300 (Courage + Kahazaka, germany) before, 14 days and 28 days after, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from the above tables 2 to 3, the anti-sensitivity soothing toners prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention were used to lower the EI value, skin sensitivity value and the TEWL value of the skin water loss, and the effects were superior to those of the toners prepared in comparative examples 1 to 6. The anti-allergy soothing toner prepared in the embodiments 1-5 of the invention has the effects of relieving skin erythema reaction, soothing skin sensitivity state and repairing skin barrier, and has obvious anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory, skin-calming and moisturizing effects.

Claims (9)

1. The anti-allergy soothing toner is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 4 percent of butanediol, 1 to 5 percent of dipropylene glycol, 1 to 5 percent of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1 to 3 percent of sodium isosteviolate, 1 to 3 percent of disodium succinyl glycyrrhetinate, 0.5 to 2 percent of sodium caryophyllotoxin, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of octyl/decyl glucoside, 3 to 6 percent of humectant, 0 to 0.1 percent of preservative, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of metal chelating agent and the balance of deionized water.

The anti-allergy soothing toner according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2 to 4 percent of butanediol, 2 to 4 percent of dipropylene glycol, 3 to 5 percent of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 2 to 3 percent of sodium isosteviolate, 2 to 3 percent of disodium succinyl glycyrrhetinate, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of sodium caryophyllotoxin, 0.5 to 1 percent of octyl/decyl glucoside, 3 to 6 percent of humectant, 0 to 0.05 percent of preservative, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of metal chelating agent and the balance of deionized water.

The anti-allergy soothing toner according to claim 2, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3% of butanediol, 2% of dipropylene glycol, 5% of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 2.5% of sodium isosteviol, 2.5% of disodium succinyl glycyrrhetinate, 1% of sodium dianilin, 1% of octyl/decyl glucoside, 5% of humectant, 0.05% of preservative, 0.05% of metal chelating agent and the balance of deionized water.
4. The anti-sensitivity soothing toner according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the moisturizer is at least one selected from the group consisting of glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, squalane, jojoba oil, beta-glucan, levan, and tocopherol.
5. The anti-allergy soothing toner according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the preservative is phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerin or a mixture of the two.
6. The anti-allergy soothing toner according to claim 5, wherein the preservative is composed of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin in a mass ratio of 9.
7. The anti-sensitivity soothing toner according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the metal chelating agent is EDTA-2Na.
8. A process for preparing the anti-sensitivity soothing toner of any one of claims 1-7 comprising the step of mixing the components of the anti-sensitivity soothing toner.
9. The method of claim 8, comprising the steps of:
mixing butanediol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, octyl/decyl glucoside and deionized water according to the formula ratio, heating to 65-70 ℃, stirring to completely dissolve, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding sodium isosteviol, disodium succinyl glycyrrhetinate, sodium dianthus chinensis, a humectant, a preservative and a metal chelating agent, uniformly mixing, and discharging to obtain the compound.
