Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to firming and anti-wrinkle face cream containing bistort rhizome extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The generation of skin wrinkles is a dynamic multifaceted process. With the age, the metabolism of epidermal cells of the skin is gradually slowed down, the production of epidermal lipids and natural moisturizing factors is reduced, the water storage capacity of the stratum corneum is reduced, the synthesis of collagen and elastin in the dermis is reduced and lost, the skin gradually loses elasticity, and wrinkles of the skin are increased.
The bistort rhizome extract has better effects of removing free radicals and repairing skin barriers, but has poorer effects of self-tightening and anti-wrinkle, and is generally used as an auxiliary anti-aging component and added into anti-aging skin care products by people.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a firming and anti-wrinkle face cream containing a bistort rhizome extract and a preparation method thereof, the bistort rhizome extract is used as a main firming and anti-wrinkle active component and is matched with arginine/lysine polypeptide, oat kernel extract and lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, the free radical clearance rate and the elastase inhibition rate of the firming and anti-wrinkle face cream can be enhanced simultaneously, an excellent synergistic effect is shown, and therefore the skin is firmed, and people are helped to delay aging.

a firming and anti-wrinkle face cream containing bistort rhizome extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
1-1.5% of bistort rhizome extract
Arginine/lysine polypeptide 0.4-0.6%
Oat kernel extract 0.3-0.5%
0.5-1% of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate
Skin conditioner 0.4-2.7%
Emulsifier 2.1-2.3%
0.35 to 0.6 percent of pH regulator
0.68-1% of surfactant
12.3 to 23.3 percent of other auxiliary agents
The balance of water;
the other auxiliary agents are one or a combination of a plurality of humectants, emollients, antioxidants, preservatives and thickeners.
The bistort rhizome extract, the arginine/lysine polypeptide, the oat kernel extract and the lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate are fully mixed according to the proportion, and experiments prove that the inhibition rate of elastase of a face cream sample is obviously enhanced, and the free radical clearance rate is also obviously improved.
Preferably, the emulsifier consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 0.8-1.5% of C20-22 alcohol phosphate, 0.5-1% of C20-22 alcohol and 0.6-1.5% of co-emulsifier. Further, the co-emulsifier is composed of 0.2-0.7% by mass of glyceryl stearate and 0.4-0.8% by mass of PEG-100 stearate.
Preferably, the pH regulator is triethanolamine.
The bistort rhizome extract and the arginine/lysine polypeptide are poor in dispersion stability in the face cream, so that the phenomenon of local color deepening is easily caused during product storage, uncomfortable feelings such as poor absorption effect, greasiness and the like are found in a product after a subject applies color change, meanwhile, the compatibility of the bistort rhizome extract, the arginine/lysine polypeptide, the oat kernel extract and the lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate which are main anti-wrinkle active components is also reduced, and the effects of the face cream on improving the inhibition rate of elastase and the free radical clearance rate are reduced.
Preferably, in the surfactant, the components and the mass percentage of the components are as follows:
palmitic acid 0.05-0.1%
Myristic acid 0.2-0.5%
0.1 to 0.3 percent of stearic acid.
The compatibility of each component in the face cream can be enhanced by adding palmitic acid, myristic acid and stearic acid, so that the components are stably fused together, and the dispersion stability of the face cream is improved. The C20-22 alcohol phosphate, the C20-22 alcohol and the co-emulsifier in the proportion are matched to be used as the emulsifier, and the triethanolamine is used as the pH regulator, so that the compatibility among the components can be improved, the bistort rhizome extract and the arginine/lysine polypeptide are stably fused together, and the emulsion stability of the cream product is improved.
Preferably, the skin conditioning agent at least comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
glucomannan 0.05-0.2%
0.1-0.3% of centella asiatica extract.
The glucomannan and the centella asiatica extract are added, so that the elastin inhibition rate and the free radical clearance rate can be further enhanced, the dispersion stability of the cream can be improved, and the phenomenon of local color deepening of the cream is not easy to occur.
Preferably, the skin conditioner further comprises one or more of ethylhexyl palmitate, tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, pentapeptide-3, niacinamide, gum arabic (ACACIA SENEGAL) gum extract, and rosemary (ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS) leaf oil.
By adding ethylhexyl palmitate, tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, pentapeptide-3, nicotinamide, gum arabic (ACACIA SENEGAL) gum extract, and rosemary (Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS) leaf oil, it is beneficial to promoting elastin and collagen production, and enhancing anti-wrinkle and firming effects of the cream.
Preferably, in the skin conditioner, the mass percentages of the components are as follows:
the components with the proportion are added, the effect of mutual matching of the components is better, a more excellent tightening and anti-wrinkle effect can be generated, the skin health can be recovered, and the skin aging can be delayed.
Preferably, the other auxiliary agents are one or more of a humectant, an emollient, an antioxidant, a preservative and a thickening agent.
Preferably, in the humectant, the components and the mass percentages of the components are as follows:
butanediol 8-15%
2-5% of glycerin
1 to 3 percent of betaine
1,2 hexanediol 0.5-0.8%
1,2-pentanediol 0.3-0.5%
0.05 to 0.1 percent of sodium hyaluronate.
Preferably, in the emollient, the components and the mass percentages of the components are as follows:
isononyl isononanoate 2-3%
1-1.5% of polydimethylsiloxane.
Preferably, in the thickener, the components and the mass percentages of the components are as follows:
carbomer 0.3-0.5%
0.1 to 0.3 percent of xanthan gum.
Preferably, the antioxidant is 0.5-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone by mass percent, and the preservative is 0.1-0.3% of phenoxyethanol by mass percent.
A preparation method of firming and anti-wrinkle cream containing bistort rhizome extract comprises the following steps:
step 1, preparation of phase a and phase B:
mixing the humectant, the thickener and part of water, heating to 85-90 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved, homogenizing for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is completely dissolved uniformly without particles, and obtaining phase A;
mixing emollient, emulsifier and surfactant, dispersing uniformly, stirring and heating to 80-85 deg.C until completely dissolving uniformly without particles to obtain phase B;
step 2, slowly pumping the phase B into the phase A under the condition of rapid stirring, and homogenizing for 3-5min; keeping the temperature for 20min, stirring and cooling to 65 ℃ to obtain a phase C.
Step 3, when the temperature of the phase C material body is reduced to 65 ℃, adding the phase A1 and uniformly stirring, then adding a pH regulator solution which is dissolved by residual water in advance to be completely transparent and has no particles, uniformly stirring to obtain a phase D,
and step 4, continuously stirring and cooling to below 45 ℃, adding a skin conditioner, the bistort rhizome extract, the lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, arginine lysine polypeptide and oat kernel extract, and uniformly stirring to obtain the firming and anti-wrinkle cream containing the bistort rhizome extract.

The freshly prepared firming and anti-wrinkle cream containing the bistort rhizome extract is milky white, the appearance of the firming and anti-wrinkle cream containing the bistort rhizome extract prepared in the above examples after 30 days of storage is observed, and whether a color change phenomenon occurs is observed.
And (4) conclusion: from the appearance, the color change phenomenon of the cream of examples 1-2 proves that the dispersion stability of the cream of examples 1-2 is poor, the color change degree of the cream of examples 3-4 is reduced compared with that of the cream of examples 1-2, the dispersion stability of the cream of examples 3-4 is improved, the cream of examples 5-9 has no obvious color change (the cream of example 5 is stored for 30 days as shown in figure 1), and the dispersion stability of the cream of examples 5-9 is better.
Experiment 2
Free radical scavenging experiments
The free radical scavenging rate was tested according to Li Chengtong, zhao Hua cosmetic efficacy evaluation (iv), scientific support for the claim of efficacy in delaying skin aging, recorded in commodity chemical industry 2018,48 (04).
The test principle is as follows: the overproduction of free radicals is the main cause of natural aging and photoaging of the skin. Thus, the free radical can be removed to delay skin aging and reduce wrinkles. 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH for short) is a stable long-life free radical, and when a free radical scavenger exists, the light absorption of a DPPH ethanol solution is weakened due to single electron pairing with the free radical scavenger. The degree of discoloration of the DPPH ethanol solution is linear with the number of electrons it receives, and thus the ability of the test sample to scavenge free radicals, i.e., the magnitude of antioxidant activity, can be evaluated.
Test samples: the above examples stored for 30 days and comparative example prepared firming anti-wrinkle cream containing bistort rhizome extract.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test sample was pretreated to make a solution with a test concentration of 80 mg/mL. Adding free radical DPPH, preparing multi-tube sample, shaking up, standing for a period of time at room temperature, testing on a computer to determine the light absorption value at 517nm, calculating the ability of the sample to remove free radicals and calculating the statistical difference P value.
Experiment 3
Elastase inhibition experiments
The free radical scavenging rate was tested according to Li Chengtong, zhao Hua cosmetic efficacy evaluation (iv), scientific support for the efficacy declaration of skin aging delay 2018,48 (04).
The test principle is as follows: elastase, as a proteolytic enzyme with extremely high selectivity and specificity, has catalytic hydrolysis effect on many amino acids such as glycine, leucine, alanine and other hydroxyl-containing polypeptide bonds, and can associate with elastin decomposition in tissue proteins. Inhibiting elastase activity is effective in slowing the rate of elastin degradation and reducing the incidence of skin aging, wrinkles and photoaging.
Test samples: the above examples stored for 30 days and the comparative example prepared firming anti-wrinkle cream containing bistort rhizome extract.
The test method comprises the following steps: determination of elastase inhibition: to a 96 well plate, 90. Mu.L of buffer, 30. Mu.L of sample solution at a test concentration of 80mg/mL, and 10. Mu.L of substrate were added, mixed well, and incubated at 25 ℃ for 20 minutes. Then 20 mu L of elastase solution is added for incubation for 10 minutes to detect the absorbance, and the calculated statistical difference P value of the influence of the sample on the activity of the elastase is obtained.
The results of experiments 2-3 are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
And (4) conclusion: in the free radical clearance experiment, the clearance of the sample of the example and the sample of the comparative example is higher than that of the blank control group, and the statistical difference P value is less than 0.05; in the experiment of the elastase inhibition rate, the inhibition rate of the sample of the example and the sample of the comparative example is higher than that of the blank control group, and the P value of the statistical difference is less than 0.05.
At a concentration of 80mg/mL of the test sample, the radical scavenging rate of example 1 was 13.37%, which was significantly higher than 6.31% of comparative example 1, 3.51% of comparative example 2, and 5.38% of comparative example 3, and the elastase inhibitory rate of example 1 was 46.74%, which was also significantly higher than 27.8% of comparative example 1, 32.2% of comparative example 2, and 18.31% of comparative example 3, indicating that example 1, in which bistort rhizome extract, arginine/lysine polypeptide, oat kernel extract, and lactobacillus/soymilk fermentation product filtrate were used in combination, and comparative examples 1-3, in which a cream prepared by combining any one of the arginine/lysine polypeptide, oat kernel extract, and lactobacillus/soymilk fermentation product filtrate with bistort rhizome extract was absent, have significant differences in radical scavenging and elastase inhibiting effects, and that the combination of bistort rhizome extract, arginine/lysine polypeptide, oat kernel extract, and lactobacillus/soymilk fermentation product filtrate had significant synergistic effects in radical scavenging and elastase inhibiting effects.
Example 5 compared with example 1, the free radical scavenging rate and the elastase inhibition rate are improved, the difference is that the emulsifier and the surfactant are different, and the amount of the pH regulator triethanolamine is changed, so that the emulsifying system constructed in example 5 is different from that of example 1, the emulsifier, the surfactant and the triethanolamine have no free radical scavenging effect and elastase inhibition effect, the interaction effect of the components in example 5 is better, the dispersion stability is better, the bistort rhizome extract, arginine/lysine polypeptide, oat kernel extract and lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate in example 5 has better interaction, and the synergistic effect of the free radical scavenging effect and the elastase inhibition effect is excellent.
The specific embodiments are only for explaining the present application and are not limiting to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications to the embodiments without inventive contribution as required after reading the present specification, but all the embodiments are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
