According to the invention, the height of the second supporting plate can be adjusted according to the thickness of the screw rod through the second miniature electric push rod, the screw rod can be stably fixed by the fixing mechanism through the second pressure sensor and the third pressure sensor, and the problem of inaccurate detection caused by the movement of the screw rod in the detection process is avoided.
According to the invention, the screw is limited and fixed through the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove, so that the problem of inaccurate detection caused by sliding of the screw in the abutting process of the test needle is avoided.
According to the invention, the plurality of step limiting blocks are arranged in the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove, so that the fasteners with different specifications can be stably limited and fixed.
When the alarm gives an alarm, the controller controls the third miniature electric push rod to extend, the socket head is used for socket joint of the bolt head, the controller controls the current of the fifth electromagnet to adsorb the bolt head, the fastener is detached from the conveyor belt, then the controller controls the steering engine to rotate for a certain angle to drive the unqualified fastener to rotate for a certain angle, the controller controls the fifth electromagnet to lose power, the fastener falls under the action of gravity, and automatic sorting of the unqualified fastener is realized.

a plurality of detection units disposed in a matrix on the first housing (15), each detection unit including:
a first support plate (27) provided in the first housing (15);
second casing (24), the upper end is fixed with the bottom of first backup pad (27), be equipped with in second casing (24):
a first pressure sensor (26) fixed on the top of the second housing (24);
the upper end of the spring (25) is connected with a pressure plate (29), and the pressure plate (29) is positioned right below the first pressure sensor (26);
the top of the limiting plate (22) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the spring (25);
the testing needle (21) is vertically arranged, the upper end of the testing needle is fixedly connected with the bottom of the limiting plate (22), and the lower end of the testing needle sequentially extends out of the second shell (24) and the first shell (15);
the alarm device is characterized by further comprising a plurality of alarms, wherein the alarms are arranged on the first shell (15) opposite to the screw (4);
the controller is arranged in the first shell (15), and the first miniature electric push rod (8), the first pressure sensors (26) and the alarms are respectively in electric signal connection with the controller.

the four belt wheels are sleeved on the rotating shafts of the four gears in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
two conveying belts (12), one of which is sleeved on two belt wheels on the rotating shafts of the two gears at the upper parts of the two gear boxes, and the other one of which is sleeved on two belt wheels on the rotating shafts of the two gears at the lower parts of the two gear boxes, and is used for clamping a screw (4) at one end of a conveying fastener close to a bolt head (10);
the driving motor is in electric signal connection with the controller.

a first support base (1);
the second miniature electric push rod (2) is fixed on the first supporting seat (1);
the bottom of the second supporting plate (3) is fixedly connected with the push rod head of the first miniature electric push rod (2);
a second pressure sensor provided on the top surface of the second support plate (3);
the second fixing member includes:
the two third supporting plates (6) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the first shell (15) through connecting rods (7);
third pressure sensors arranged on the bottom surfaces of the two third support plates (6);
the second miniature electric push rod (2), the second pressure sensor and the third pressure sensor are respectively in electric signal connection with the controller.

a second support seat (29) located on the left side of the bolt head (10);
the steering engine (30) is arranged on the second support seat (29);
the third miniature electric push rod (31) is arranged on a rudder disc of the steering engine (30);
the sleeve joint (32) is fixed on the push rod head of the third miniature electric push rod (31), and the right end of the sleeve joint (32) is provided with an opening;
a fifth electromagnet (33) arranged at the bottom in the sleeve joint (32);
