According to the invention, the controller controls the driving motor to drive the two gears to move in opposite directions, so that the two conveying belts on the four belt wheels clamp and convey the screw rods, and the fastener is automatically conveyed, thereby meeting the requirement of automatic production detection.
According to the invention, the second miniature electric push rod can be used for adjusting the height of the second supporting plate according to the thickness of the screw rod, and the second pressure sensor and the third pressure sensor can be used for stably fixing the screw rod by the fixing mechanism, so that the problem of inaccurate detection caused by screw rod movement in the detection process is avoided.
According to the invention, the screw is limited and fixed through the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove, so that the problem of inaccurate detection caused by sliding of the screw in the process of abutting the test needle is avoided.
According to the invention, the plurality of step limiting blocks are arranged in the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove, so that the fasteners with different specifications can be stably limited and fixed.

the top of the limiting plate (22) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the spring (25);
the test needle (21) is vertically arranged, the upper end of the test needle is fixedly connected with the bottom of the limiting plate (22), and the lower end of the test needle sequentially extends out of the second shell (24) and the first shell (15);
the device also comprises a plurality of alarms, and the opposite screw (4) is arranged on the first shell (15);
the controller is arranged in the first shell (15), and the first miniature electric push rod (8), the plurality of first pressure sensors (26) and the plurality of alarms are respectively connected with the controller in an electric signal manner;
the spring (25) is compressed at the moment by testing the crests and roots of the external thread of the needle which is tightly abutted against the top of the screw, the first pressure sensor (26) is subjected to the pressure of the pressing plate, and the pressure is sent to the controller; after the controller receives the pressure values of the first pressure sensors (26), the pressure difference between the two adjacent first pressure sensors (26) is calculated, the pressure values detected by the plurality of first pressure sensors (26) and the pressure difference between the two adjacent first pressure sensors (26) are compared with the set pressure value and the set pressure difference range, and when the pressure value or the pressure difference range is not in the set range, the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm.
