A smoke box bottom damage detection device comprises a mechanical part and an electrical part.
The mechanical part is shown in the overall view of fig. 1 and 2 and comprises a chassis, a shaft, a swinging component, a judging component and a reset magnet component.
The chassis includes two fixed strips 1 that are parallel to each other and distributes along fixed strip length direction and be fixed in support frame 2 on the fixed strip, and the structure of fixed strip 1 is as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, and the fixed strip adopts the aluminum alloy fixed strip, and the aluminum alloy fixed strip is the hollow fixed strip of aluminum alloy material that tobacco commodity circulation is commonly used, mainly used with whole device installation on the overhead storehouse conveyer of making silk. The length of the device can be adjusted along with the width of the conveyor, and the device is mainly used for fixing and ensuring the level of a mounting surface as a standard during installation. The structure of the supporting frame 2 is as shown in fig. 5-8, and comprises a supporting plate 201 and a bottom plate 202, wherein the supporting plate is perpendicular to the bottom plate, the joint is welded and fixed, and the bottom plate 202 is fixedly arranged on an aluminum alloy fixing strip through a hexagon bolt with a gasket 5 and a bottom plate fixing nut 14, so as to play a role in supporting and fastening. The structure of the shaft 6 is shown in fig. 14, and the shaft 6 is fixedly mounted on the support frame and does not rotate with the support frame. The N-pole magnet fixing part 301 is provided with a limit switch probe mounting hole 303 which is a strip-shaped hole and is located right below the bottom of the swing arm, a probe of the limit switch is fixed by a nut from top to bottom through the strip-shaped hole, the end part of the probe faces the bottom of the swing arm, and the limit switch is connected and controlled.
One side (along the front side of smoke box direction of delivery) of fixed strip sets up sensor socket 15, and sensor socket 15 is equipped with a plurality of sensor draw-in grooves 1501 on the sensor socket as shown in fig. 31-33, and the draw-in groove opening is up, is fixed in on the fixed strip through socket base 16, and socket base 16 is shown in fig. 34 and 35, and the draw-in groove is located and swings the corresponding position of piece bottom height department. Before the device is used, the measurement range of the device can be customized through a simple calibration step, and the minimum measurement distance (for output with 4 mA) and the maximum measurement distance (for output with 20 mA) are respectively set.
The limit switch is used primarily in conjunction with the mechanical section swing arm weld assembly 10 and the stainless steel plate 13 to identify whether the passing object is a smoke box.
The outer contour of the adjustable stainless steel plate 13 is slightly smaller than the inner recess of the bottom of the smoke box without a wood bottom plate through the adjustable function, the design can be matched with a limit switch arranged below to identify whether the passing object is the smoke box, if the passing object is the smoke box, the stainless steel plate 13 cannot touch the box body, the swing arm does not swing relative to the shaft 6, and the limit switch below is always in an effective detection state; if the passing object is not a smoke box, the stainless steel plate 13 touches the non-smoke box object, and the swing arm swings relative to the shaft 6 to cause the lower limit switch to be in an invalid detection state.
The control module 18 selects Siemens S7-200 series PLC, expands two 8-channel analog input modules 20 and is used for inputting signals detected by the nine ranging sensors 17 into the controller; the PLC expands a digital signal input module 22, and the two digital input signals respectively receive smoke box arrival signals and smoke box departure signals from the conveyor PLC; and a digital signal output module 21 is further developed for outputting the detection result. The digital signal output module 21 directly transmits the output signal to the execution module 19, and the execution module 19 comprises an alarm display lamp 23 and a hardware interlocking signal line 24. The alarm display lamp 23 is used for directly displaying the detection result to a field operator, if the smoke box is not damaged or the damage condition is within the allowable range, the alarm display lamp 23 does not flicker, and the hardware interlocking signal line 24 has no output signal; if the cigarette box is damaged to a certain degree, the alarm display lamp 23 flickers and gives an alarm sound to prompt field operators to perform rejection processing, and meanwhile, the hardware interlocking signal line 24 outputs 24V voltage which is transmitted to the conveyor PLC, so that the conveyor can perform an execution instruction of subsequent cigarette box rejection.
The detection principle of the invention is shown in fig. 37 and 38, as shown in fig. 37, when no smoke box passes through, the swinging piece 8 recovers the initial state under the action of the magnetic force of north and south poles and the action of self weight of 'up-down-weight', namely the swinging angle is zero, at this time, the distance between the lower part of the swinging piece 8 and the distance measuring sensor 17 is farthest, and the measured value is the largest; as shown in fig. 38, when the cigarette box arrives, the upper part of the swing piece 8 is inclined towards the advancing direction of the cigarette box due to the contact of the wood board at the bottom of the cigarette box, so that the real swing piece 8 is deflected angularly, and the distance between the lower part of the swing piece 8 and the distance measuring sensor 17 becomes minimum. In the smoke box carrying out process, the distance between the lower part of the swinging piece 8 and the distance measuring sensor 17 is monitored, so that the profile information of the wood material at the bottom of the smoke box can be obtained, and the result of the damage degree can be obtained through the PLC.
In the PLC controller, the flow of the executed program is as shown in fig. 39, the program is executed in a sequential cyclic scanning manner with a fixed period as a unit, after the program starts, the initially calibrated 9 ranging initial values are assigned to an array a [ a1, a2.. a9], then the measured values of 9 ranging sensors in the current scanning period are recorded and stored in an array B [ B1, b2... B9], then it is determined whether the digital input DI module receives a signal from a PLC smoke box of a conveyor, and if so, the smoke box breakage detection subroutine is entered; if not, ending the scanning period program. After entering the smoke box damage detection subprogram, firstly, whether the limit switch 17-2 is effective is judged, if so, the next procedure is continuously entered, and if not, a result, namely a non-smoke box, is output. After the next procedure is carried out, 2 scanning period distance measurement value differences, namely sensor ranging differences, are calculated firstly and are assigned to an array C [ C1, c2... C9] ═ A [ a1, a2.. a9] -B [ B1, b2... B9], and if more than 7 of 9 differences from C1 to C9 are larger than a set distance value formed by swinging of the swing mechanism (actual measurement on site is needed), the smoke box is determined to just enter a detection area; if not, the smoke box continues to wait for entering a detection state. When the smoke box just enters the inspection area, the values c 1-c 9 are accumulated for each scan cycle, forming an array D [ Σ c1, Σ c2... Σ c9 ]. (i.e., d1 ═ Σ c1, d2 ═ Σ c2... d9 ═ Σ c 9). The entire process of accumulating the difference values cannot be finished until the smoke box leaving signal is received, and the accumulated values are stored to the array D [ Σ c1, Σ c2... Σ c9], and the array is copied to the DB array block 1. If the 9 accumulated values of d1 to d9 are all larger than a set value 1 (measured according to a smoke box test which is not completely broken in actual field), the difference value of the two values is calculated and assigned to an array E [ d1-d2, d2-d3, d3-d4... d9-d1], namely E1 ═ d1-d2, E2 ═ d2-d3, and E3 ═ d3-d4... 9 ═ d9-d1, and the difference values of every two values are copied to a DB number block 2. And (4) judging whether the 9 values of e 1-e 9 are all less than a set value 2 (measured according to a test of the smoke box which is not completely damaged in the field), and if the two conditions are met, outputting a result that the smoke box is not damaged. If any one of the conditions is not met, the output result is that the cigarette box is damaged and is transmitted to the conveyor PLC through a hardware interlocking signal line 24 to wait for the system to detect again or process manually.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made in the claims of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention. The application range of the invention is not limited to the detection of the damage of the tobacco boxes in the tobacco elevated warehouse, and can be applied to the detection of the damage of daily life and other box bodies.

the swinging piece resetting magnet is arranged on the underframe and is positioned between the adjacent swinging assemblies;

two mutually parallel fixing strips;
