The compressing device is a compressing cylinder 103 and a baffle wheel, the compressing cylinder 103 and the baffle wheel are respectively arranged on two sides of the width direction of the conveyor 104, and are respectively arranged on mounting frames 202 on two sides of the width direction of the conveyor 104, and the compressing cylinder 103 and the baffle wheel are aligned. The pressing cylinder 103 and the baffle wheel are used for pressing and fixing the detected workpieces 105, so that the positions of the workpieces 105 are always fixed when the workpieces are detected, and the accuracy of detection results of the workpieces 105 is improved. After the detection is completed, the pressing cylinder 103 is loosened, the catch wheel can rotate, and normal conveying of the workpiece 105 cannot be affected. The rejecting device is a rejecting cylinder 102, and the directions of piston rods of the compressing cylinder 103 and the rejecting cylinder 102 are along the width direction of the conveyor 104. The pneumatic coupling member 114 is arranged on the air supply pipelines of the compression cylinder 103 and the removing cylinder 102, the pneumatic coupling member 114 can effectively remove moisture in high-pressure air supplied to the compression cylinder 103 and the removing cylinder 102, and meanwhile, the pneumatic coupling member has the functions of stabilizing pressure and supplying lubricating oil, and can effectively improve the service stability and service life of the compression cylinder 103 and the removing cylinder 102. The distance between two adjacent placing tools is a station distance, and the pressing cylinder 103 and the removing cylinder 102 are arranged at a station distance, so that the pressing cylinder 103 and the removing cylinder 102 can be simultaneously aligned with the workpiece 105 placed on the corresponding placing tool, the pressing cylinder 103 and the removing cylinder 102 can be simultaneously operated, and the working efficiency is improved and the control program is simplified. The reject cylinder 102 is provided at the rear side of the conveyor 104, the reject collection box 101 is provided at the front side of the conveyor 104, the bottom wall of the reject collection box 101 is inclined along the length direction thereof, and the reject cylinder 102 is provided corresponding to one end of the reject collection box 101 where the bottom wall is higher. When the visual detection device detects that unqualified workpieces exist, the reject cylinder 102 pushes the unqualified workpieces 105 into the unqualified product collection box 101, and the workpieces 105 can be sequentially arranged in the unqualified product collection box 101 according to the reject sequence, so that the unqualified product collection box is convenient to correspond to detection data of the visual detection device, and is convenient for later rechecking and verification.
As shown in fig. 1, the blanking ramp 112 is disposed on a detection table and is located at the end of conveyance by the conveyor 104. The blanking landslide 112 comprises an elastic supporting body and a U-shaped landslide plate, wherein the U-shaped landslide plate is obliquely arranged, and a rubber layer is arranged on the inner wall of the U-shaped landslide plate. As shown in fig. 1, a controller 111 is further disposed on the detection table, and the servo motor 203, the visual detection device, the pressing cylinder 103 and the electromagnetic directional valve connected to the rejecting cylinder 102 of the conveyor 104 are electrically connected to the controller 111. The controller 111 selects a touch screen, and controls and sets parameters, such as a conveying speed, a rejection time, and the like, for the movement of the servo motor 203, the pressing cylinder 103, and the rejection cylinder 102 on the touch screen. The controller 111 is electrically connected with a buzzer, the buzzer is provided with three groups of display lamps and an alarm horn, and the three groups of display lamps of the buzzer are respectively green lamps, red lamps and yellow lamps.
The application method and the working principle of the hollow shaft visual detection device are as follows: an operation control program is arranged in the touch screen, the operation control program comprises a manual operation mode and an automatic operation mode, and a manual/automatic button, a start button and a stop button are also arranged on the touch screen. An operator first turns on the power supply and compressed air, and turns on the detection program with a mouse, and the detection interface is displayed on the display 110. On the touch screen "automatic control" screen, an "initialization" button is pressed, and the servo motor 203 automatically operates, so that the placing tool is directly under the lens 106 of the industrial camera 107, the "manual/automatic" button is dialed to an automatic gear, the "start button" is clicked, or the "manual/automatic icon" on the touch screen is clicked, the touch screen is switched to an automatic operation mode, and the "start icon" on the touch screen is clicked, and the servo motor 203 of the conveyor 104 starts to drive the synchronous belt 208 to move. If no workpiece 105 is moved below the lens 106 of the industrial camera 107, the industrial camera 107 is not started, the conveyor 104 is stopped briefly and then moves rapidly a station distance, and when the workpiece 105 is moved below the lens 106 of the industrial camera 107, the piston rod of the pressing cylinder 103 stretches out to push the workpiece 105 and presses on the baffle wheel. The two industrial cameras 107 shoot and collect detection data at the same time, and the collected information is transmitted to an image processing system for processing, the image processing system calculates the image signals transmitted by the industrial cameras 107 through algorithm software and judges whether the detected workpiece 105 is qualified or not, and a qualified signal and a unqualified signal are output to a touch screen according to the judging result. And if the workpiece 105 is not met, a yellow lamp is lighted. After the detection is finished, the pressing cylinder 103 is loosened, the conveyor 104 moves a station again to start to detect a new workpiece 105, meanwhile, if the detection is failed last time, the touch screen receives a failed signal, the touch screen controls the rejecting cylinder 102 to reject the failed workpiece into the failed product collecting box 101, if the detection is passed last time, the touch screen receives a passed signal, and the rejecting cylinder 102 does not act. The conveyor 104 continuously and repeatedly moves, the visual detection device continuously and repeatedly detects, the touch screen continuously eliminates unqualified workpieces 105 according to the detection result, and the qualified workpieces 105 enter the qualified product collection box 113 through the blanking landslide 112. In the whole detection process, only one operator is needed, the operator only needs to put the detected workpiece 105 on the placing tool on the synchronous belt 208, manual intervention is not needed in detection, the degree of automation is high, the safety is good, the detection result and relevant statistical information are output to the display 110, the unqualified workpiece is subjected to beeping reminding, and the unqualified workpiece and the qualified workpiece are automatically classified and collected.
In conclusion, the invention is based on the visual detection technology, replaces manual detection with machine visual detection, can effectively avoid the problems of false detection and missing detection, effectively ensures the detection quality, improves the detection efficiency, and reduces the labor intensity and the labor cost.
