Abstract
A plastic bag with a drug coating comprises a plastic bag and a drug coating coated on the plastic bag, wherein the drug coating is a traditional Chinese medicine coating and comprises one or two of traditional Chinese medicine extracts. When the coating component is one of the components, the content ratio is 0.5 micrograms to 100 micrograms per square millimeter of plastic capsule area. When the coating comprises two components, the mass ratio of the two components is 1 to 1. The invention adopts the traditional Chinese medicine components to prepare the coating, the coating is coated on the plastic bag and then released to the local part of the blood vessel, can exert multiple effects of anticoagulation, antiplatelet and the like, does not need to take duplex antiplatelet medicaments for a long time while dredging the blood vessel, and has small toxicity risk to the local part of the blood vessel or the nervous system. The preparation method can enhance the adhesiveness of the surface of the plastic bag to the traditional Chinese medicine components, adjust the existence state and the adhesion state of the traditional Chinese medicine coating on the surface of the plastic bag, and is beneficial to the better play of the medicine coating on the surface of the plastic bag.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical plastic bag and a process thereof, in particular to a drug coating plastic bag and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of medical instruments.
Background
The drug-coated plastic capsule is an effective treatment means for vascular stenosis or occlusive diseases, and is increasingly applied in clinic. The traditional medicine coating plastic capsules all use paclitaxel and derivatives thereof and rapamycin and derivatives thereof as active medicine ingredients of the medicine coating. The paclitaxel medicine coating and the rapamycin coating can only solve the single problem of cell hyperproliferation, but can not solve multiple problems of anticoagulation, platelet resistance, blood fat reduction, blood pressure reduction, blood vessel elasticity regulation and the like. The paclitaxel medicine coating plastic capsule and the rapamycin medicine coating plastic capsule need to take the duplex antiplatelet medicine for a long time after the treatment, thereby increasing the burden and the bleeding risk of patients. Also, paclitaxel-based drug coatings and rapamycin-based coatings present the risk of vascular local toxicity and nervous system toxicity.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a drug coating plastic capsule and a preparation method thereof, and the adopted technical scheme is as follows:
a medicinal coating plastic bag comprises a plastic bag and a medicinal coating coated on the plastic bag, wherein the medicinal coating is a Chinese medicinal coating comprising one or two of folium Ginkgo extract, saviae Miltiorrhizae radix extract, notoginseng radix extract, flavonoid glycoside, saponin, hirudin, ginseng radix extract, radix astragali extract, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract, and Carthami flos extract. When the coating component is one of the components, the content ratio is 0.5 micrograms to 100 micrograms per square millimeter of plastic capsule area. When the coating comprises two components, the mass ratio of the two components is 1 to 1.
The folium Ginkgo extract is ginkgetin glycoside and terpene lactone; the terpene lactone refers to bilobalide and bilobalide.
The Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix extract refers to tanshinone, salvianolic acid, protocatechualdehyde, tanshinol, tanshinoic acid, and salvianolic acid.
The Notoginseng radix extract refers to Notoginseng radix total saponin and ginsenoside.
The rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract is ligustrazine.
The Carthami flos extract refers to Carthami flos flavone, carthami flos yellow, and Carthami flos phenol glycoside.
A preparation method of a medicine coating plastic capsule comprises the following steps:

The surface characteristics of the plastic capsule after solvent treatment can be adjusted by adjusting the temperature and time, which is beneficial to adjusting the adhesiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine components on the surface of the plastic capsule.
Dissolving the traditional Chinese medicine components in a first solvent, coating the solution on a plastic bag, fumigating the plastic bag in the atmosphere of the first solvent for 30-240 minutes, and then waiting for the coating to dry; through the steps, the traditional Chinese medicine components on the surface of the plastic bag are subjected to post-treatment, the existence state and the adhesion state of the traditional Chinese medicine coating on the surface of the plastic bag are adjusted, and the drug effect is exerted more efficiently.
Mixing the first solvent and the second solvent to obtain a mixed solvent, dissolving the traditional Chinese medicine components in the mixed solvent, coating the mixed solvent on a plastic bag, fumigating the plastic bag in the mixed solvent atmosphere for 30-240 minutes, and waiting for the coating to be dried; through the steps, the traditional Chinese medicine components on the surface of the plastic bag are subjected to post-treatment, the existing state and the adhesion state of the traditional Chinese medicine coating on the surface of the plastic bag are adjusted, and the drug effect is exerted more effectively.
Dissolving the traditional Chinese medicine components in the step (4) in a second solvent, coating the solution on a plastic bag, fumigating the plastic bag in the atmosphere of the second solvent for 30-240 minutes, and then waiting for the coating to dry. Through the steps, the traditional Chinese medicine components on the surface of the plastic bag are subjected to post-treatment, the existence state and the adhesion state of the traditional Chinese medicine coating on the surface of the plastic bag are adjusted, and the drug effect is exerted more efficiently.
The first solvent and the second solvent are respectively one or more of water, acetonitrile, acetic acid, isopropanol, tetrahydrofuran, ethyl acetate, chloroform, dichloromethane, ethanol, dimethyl sulfoxide, polyethylene glycol, N-dimethylformamide, acetone, N-butanol, methanol, methyl formate, diethyl ether and cyclohexane.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is different from the traditional paclitaxel and derivatives thereof or rapamycin and derivatives thereof micromolecule chemical drug coating, uses traditional Chinese medicine components to prepare the coating, coats the coating on a plastic bag, and releases the coating to the local part of a blood vessel, so that multiple effects of anticoagulation, antiplatelet, blood fat reduction, blood pressure reduction, blood vessel elasticity regulation and the like can be exerted, the blood vessel is dredged without strengthening anticoagulation and antithrombotic, a duplex antiplatelet drug is not needed to be taken for a long time, and the toxicity risk to the local part of the blood vessel or a nervous system is small. The preparation method can enhance the adhesiveness of the surface of the plastic bag to the traditional Chinese medicine components, adjust the existence state and the adhesion state of the traditional Chinese medicine coating on the surface of the plastic bag, realize the uniform, firm and stable adhesion of the traditional Chinese medicine coating on the surface of the plastic bag, and is beneficial to the better play of the medicine coating on the surface of the plastic bag. The traditional Chinese medicine coating is implemented together with a preparation method, and the anticoagulation capability can be effectively enhanced.
