Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and in particular relates to hand cream containing crude schizophyllan extracellular polysaccharide and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Schizophyllum commune Fr is a fungus of the genus Schizophyllum of the family Schizophyllaceae. Small sporophyte, covering tile-shaped scattering or clustering, fan-shaped or kidney-shaped, without handle or short handle, covering dense villi, white to light gray; the cover edge is rolled inwards, has stripes and multiple valve cracks, has narrow pleats and is rolled backwards outwards along the longitudinal cracks of the pleat edges. The Schizophyllum commune is widely distributed in various places of China, contains various active ingredients such as Schizophyllum commune polysaccharide, schizophyllum commune, sterol and the like, and has remarkable medicinal value. The crude extracellular polysaccharide of Schizophyllum commune can be obtained by fermenting, filtering, concentrating, precipitating with ethanol, etc. The schizophyllum commune exopolysaccharide is a nonionic water-soluble polysaccharide, and the mild non-irritating polyhydroxy structure of the schizophyllum commune exopolysaccharide can preserve moisture and lock water so as to maintain the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum, and can be used as a moisturizing agent in the preparation of hand cream; according to the research, the schizophyllum commune exopolysaccharide also has the effect of improving the cellular immune function, enhances the capability of the schizophyllum commune cell proliferation reaction, and has certain effect of delaying senescence, and the effect of delaying senescence of the schizophyllum commune exopolysaccharide is also disclosed in the article of the Mindenxin's paper on the research progress of schizophyllum commune and schizophyllum commune polysaccharide, which is published in 2014.
Sebaceous glands are sites where the skin synthesizes and secretes sebum, which not only lubricates the skin but also serves as a skin barrier to keep moisture, but the hands do not have sebaceous glands, so that the skin of the hands is particularly dry in autumn and winter. In addition, in daily life, hands inevitably contact cleaning products such as liquid detergent, facial cleanser and the like, and main cleaning components such as surfactant, soap base and the like in the cleaning products remove hand grease, so that the hands feel dry and the hand skin is easy to age. Based on the above, it is urgently needed to provide a hand cream with good moisturizing effect and oxidation resistance by the technicians in the field.

In addition, the sensory indexes of the hand cream prepared in the embodiment 1 are detected according to QB/T1857-2013, the physicochemical indexes are detected according to QB/T1857-2013, and the hygienic indexes are detected according to the method specified in the defense prison No. 2002 No. 229, wherein the sensory indexes comprise appearance color, aroma, uniformity degree and fineness degree of the cream; the physical and chemical indexes relate to PH, cold resistance, heat resistance and centrifugal examination, wherein the PH value is between 4.0 and 8.5, the cold resistance needs to be kept at (-8 +/-2) DEG C for 24h, no obvious character difference exists after room temperature is recovered and before the experiment, the heat resistance needs to be kept at (40 +) 1) DEG C for 24h, no oil-water separation phenomenon needs to occur after room temperature is recovered, and the centrifugal examination needs to be carried out and does not have layering phenomenon after the centrifugal examination is carried out for 30min at 2000 r/min; the health index relates to microorganism index and toxic substance, the total number of bacteria (CFU/g) is required to be less than 1000, and the evaluation and detection results are shown in Table 4:
as can be seen from table 4 above, the hand cream containing crude schizophyllan extracellular polysaccharide prepared by the method of the present embodiment is light yellow, meets the requirements of specified color and luster and aroma, and the uniformity and fineness of the cream body also meet the requirements of relevant regulations; the pH value of the hand cream prepared by the embodiment is 7.1, the hand cream meets the national regulations, the heat resistance, the cold resistance and the sanitation indexes of the hand cream meet the national regulations, and the content of microorganisms is far lower than the national relevant standards.
In conclusion, the hand cream containing crude schizophyllan extracellular polysaccharide prepared by the invention is added with the crude schizophyllan extracellular polysaccharide to obtain the hand cream with good hygroscopicity, moisture retention and oxidation resistance, and utilizes various beneficial biological activities of the crude schizophyllan extracellular polysaccharide. The hand cream disclosed by the invention takes crude extracellular polysaccharide of schizophyllum commune as a main nutritional ingredient, is safe and easy to absorb, and has the characteristics of light weight, thinness and no false whiteness while locking skin moisture and moistening dry and rough hands; the inoxidizability of the schizophyllum commune extracellular polysaccharide is beneficial to delaying cell aging, reducing the generation of fine wrinkles on hands and playing a role in resisting the hand aging; in addition, the hand cream prepared by the invention does not contain irritant components, has high safety, and can be used by non-sensitive people at ease.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, which is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. that are within the spirit and scope of the invention.
