Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care product preparation, in particular to a hand cream containing schizophyllum commune extracellular crude polysaccharide and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The Schizophyllum commune (Schizophyllum commune Fr.) is fungus of Schizophyllum genus of Schizophyllaceae family. The fruiting body is small, covered with tile-shaped scattered or clustered, fan-shaped or kidney-shaped, without handle or short handle, covered with dense fluff and white to light gray; the inner edge of the cover is curled, and has stripes and multiple petals, and the bacterial folds are narrow and are rolled back outwards along the longitudinal cracks of the folds. The schizophyllum commune is widely distributed in various places in China, contains various active ingredients such as schizophyllum commune polysaccharide, schizophyllum commune, sterol and the like, and has remarkable medicinal value. The schizophyllum commune can obtain crude extracellular polysaccharide of the schizophyllum commune through the steps of fermentation, filtration, concentration, alcohol precipitation and the like. The schizophyllum extracellular polysaccharide is nonionic water-soluble polysaccharide, and the mild and non-irritating polyhydroxy structure of the schizophyllum extracellular polysaccharide can keep moisture and lock water, so that the moisture content of the skin cuticle is maintained, and the schizophyllum extracellular polysaccharide can be used as a humectant in the preparation of hand cream; according to researches, the schizophyllan extracellular polysaccharide also has the effect of improving the cell immunity, enhances the capability of cell proliferation reaction of mice, has a certain effect of delaying aging, and also discloses the effect of delaying aging in the paper "research progress of schizophyllan and schizophyllan polysaccharide" of Min Dexin published in 2014.
Sebaceous glands are the sites where skin synthesizes and secretes sebum, and sebum not only lubricates skin, but also plays a role in moisturizing as a skin barrier, but the hand does not have sebaceous glands, so the hand skin is particularly dry in autumn and winter. In daily life, hands inevitably contact with cleaning products such as detergents and facial washes, and the main cleaning components in the cleaning products such as surfactants and soap bases remove hand grease, so that the hands feel dry and the hand skin is easy to age. Based on this, it is highly desirable for those skilled in the art to provide a hand cream with good moisturizing effect and oxidation resistance.

The hand cream provided by the invention takes the schizophyllum extracellular crude polysaccharide as a main nutrition component, and the prepared hand cream is safe and easy to absorb, and has the characteristics of light weight, thinness and no false white while locking skin moisture and moistening dry and rough hands; the oxidation resistance of the schizophyllum extracellular polysaccharide is beneficial to delaying cell aging, reducing the generation of hand fine lines and playing a role in resisting hand aging; in addition, the hand cream prepared by the invention is free from adding pungent components, has high safety and can be used by non-sensitive people with safety.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but it should be understood that any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principles of the present invention will fall within the scope of the present invention.
