技术领域
本发明涉及电磁屏蔽材料技术领域,具体为用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料。
背景技术
电磁干扰,简称EMI,这是合成词,我们应该分别考虑“电磁”和“干扰”,是指电磁波与电子元件作用后而产生的干扰现象,有传导干扰和辐射干扰两种,传导干扰是指通过导电介质把一个电网络上的信号耦合(干扰)到另一个电网络,辐射干扰是指干扰源通过空间把其信号耦合(干扰)到另一个电网络,在高速PCB及系统设计中,高频信号线、集成电路的引脚、各类接插件等都可能成为具有天线特性的辐射干扰源,能发射电磁波并影响其他系统或本系统内其他子系统的正常工作,电磁屏蔽目前应用最为广泛的技术就是EMI和EMC,而EMC可之间对电磁进行干扰,可更大限度的起到电磁屏蔽的效果,生产此类的电磁屏蔽材料也较多;
例如申请公开号为CN114953660A,一种电磁屏蔽复合材料,该复合材料依次由芳纶纤维布铜镀布、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜和芳纶纤维布通过热熔胶点胶复合而成,所述芳纶纤维布铜镀布是通过将铜蒸汽气相沉积在芳纶纤维布表面而形成,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜是通过将聚四氟乙烯树脂与助挤剂混料挤出,再通过压延、横向拉伸、纵向拉伸,经定型后制成;
上述申请的电磁屏蔽复合材料兼具了防水和透气性能,厚度薄,质轻,具有很好的轻便性,同时具有良好的耐穿刺性和阻燃性,但是其耐火性和阻燃性还是不够,不适用于硬质包装,而目前用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料耐火性能较弱,隔热能力较差,容易使屏蔽材料出现热击穿,影响电磁屏蔽性能,因此市场急需研制用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料来帮助人们解决现有的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的目前用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料耐火性能较弱,隔热能力较差,容易使屏蔽材料出现热击穿,影响电磁屏蔽性能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料,包括金属EMI材料和隔热材料,所述隔热材料的外侧设置有防火喷涂材料,且防火喷涂材料与隔热材料贴合,所述隔热材料为聚氨酯泡沫塑料、玻璃纤维、硅酸盐、气凝胶毡、镀铝薄膜、镀铝聚酯薄膜和镀铝聚酰亚胺薄膜组成,且聚氨酯泡沫塑料、玻璃纤维、硅酸盐和气凝胶毡的比例为6:2:1:1,所述防火喷涂材料为硅酸铝、蛭石和陶粒组成,且硅酸铝、蛭石和陶粒的比例为4:3:3。
优选的,所述隔热材料的下方设置有耐火无机胶水,且耐火无机胶水与隔热材料粘连。
优选的,所述耐火无机胶水的下方设置有耐高温弹性橡胶,且耐高温弹性橡胶与耐火无机胶水粘连。
优选的,所述耐火无机胶水是一种利用无机纳米材料经缩聚反应制成的耐高温无机纳米复合粘结剂,且pH值为中性的悬浮分散体系。
优选的,所述耐高温弹性橡胶为丁腈橡胶110份,氧化锌8份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂1.5份,硫磺0.9份,促进剂CZ1份,促进剂TT2份,半补强炭黑40份,高耐磨炭黑17份,橡胶油13份组成。
优选的,所述金属EMI材料为主体材料为铍铜,且在铍铜的表面喷涂醇溶性EMI导电涂料,所述醇溶性EMI导电涂料成分为醇溶性丙烯酸25%,辅助树脂5%,导电填料25%,异丙醇40%,H2O8%,改性蜡2%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1. 该发明用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料为夹心结构,通过隔热材料和防火喷涂材料位于最外表面,起到隔热和阻燃的效果,隔热材料为聚氨酯泡沫塑料、玻璃纤维、硅酸盐、气凝胶毡、镀铝薄膜、镀铝聚酯薄膜和镀铝聚酰亚胺薄膜组成,且聚氨酯泡沫塑料、玻璃纤维、硅酸盐和气凝胶毡的比例为6:2:1:1,可大大的增加隔热的效果,从而发生火灾时,热量不会渗透到内部,防火喷涂材料为硅酸铝、蛭石和陶粒组成,且硅酸铝、蛭石和陶粒的比例为4:3:3,起到阻燃的效果,从而避免用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料表面出现燃烧,从而提高此用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料的隔热能力,使得此用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料电磁屏蔽性能更好。
2. 该发明通过耐高温弹性橡胶的设置,可大大增加此用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料的弹性,使得此电磁屏蔽材料具有优良的防撞击效果,耐高温弹性橡胶为丁腈橡胶110份,氧化锌8份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂1.5份,硫磺0.9份,促进剂CZ1份,促进剂TT2份,半补强炭黑40份,高耐磨炭黑17份,橡胶油13份组成,成分种类与传统的橡胶基本相同,但是成分的比例进行了改性,通过改变比例使得此耐高温弹性橡胶的硬度增加,但还是处于软质阶段,不仅可与硬质包装贴合,还可以具有防撞击的效果。

工作原理:使用时,此用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料由金属EMI材料1、耐高温弹性橡胶2、耐火无机胶水3、隔热材料4和防火喷涂材料5组成,金属EMI材料1为中间层,由里到外依次为金属EMI材料1、耐高温弹性橡胶2、耐火无机胶水3、隔热材料4和防火喷涂材料5,金属EMI材料1为主体材料为铍铜,且在铍铜的表面喷涂醇溶性EMI导电涂料,醇溶性EMI导电涂料成分为醇溶性丙烯酸25%,辅助树脂5%,导电填料25%,异丙醇40%,H2O8%,改性蜡2%。

4.根据权利要求3所述的用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述耐火无机胶水(3)是一种利用无机纳米材料经缩聚反应制成的耐高温无机纳米复合粘结剂,且pH值为中性的悬浮分散体系。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述耐高温弹性橡胶(2)为丁腈橡胶110份,氧化锌8份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂1.5份,硫磺0.9份,促进剂CZ1份,促进剂TT2份,半补强炭黑40份,高耐磨炭黑17份,橡胶油13份组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于硬质包装的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述金属EMI材料(1)为主体材料为铍铜,且在铍铜的表面喷涂醇溶性EMI导电涂料,所述醇溶性EMI导电涂料成分为醇溶性丙烯酸25%,辅助树脂5%,导电填料25%,异丙醇40%,H2O8%,改性蜡2%。
