DPPH clearance test: taking 1.0g of each of the whitening and spot-lightening essential oil samples of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4, adding 2.0mL of 0.05mg/mL DPPH methanol solution, fully mixing, taking the solvent as a blank control, and measuring absorbance A1 at 517 nm; the same volume of solvent is used for replacing the whitening and freckle-removing essential oil sample solution to be used as negative control, and the absorbance A2 is measured; the same volume of methanol was used as a blank group instead of DPPH solution, absorbance A3 was measured, each group was repeatedly measured 3 times, the average value was calculated, the test results are shown in Table 2, and the DPPH clearance was calculated as follows:

As can be seen from Table 2, the effects of the essential oils prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention on melanin reduction rate, tyrosinase inhibition rate and DPPH clearance rate are better than those of comparative examples 1 to 4, and when chamomile essential oil, olibanum essential oil, myrrh essential oil or turmeric essential oil are not added, the melanin reduction rate, tyrosinase inhibition rate and DPPH clearance rate of the essential oils are all reduced, so that it can be seen that the components in the whitening and spot-lightening essential oils in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention are coordinated with each other, and the best whitening and spot-lightening effects can be obtained.

Claims (10)

1. A whitening and freckle-removing essential oil is characterized in that: the material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of sunflower seed oil, 3-6 parts of plant sterol, 4-6 parts of lemon essential oil, 2-3 parts of ginger Siberian solomonseal rhizome oil, 3-5 parts of chamomile essential oil, 0.5-0.8 part of milk essential oil, 0.1-0.3 part of myrrh essential oil and 1-5 parts of tocopherol.
2. The whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the sunflower seed oil is 55-65 parts.
3. The whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the parts of the plant sterol are 4-6 parts.
4. The whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the lemon essential oil is 4.5-6 parts.
5. The whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the turmeric essential oil is 2.2-2.8 parts.
6. The whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the parts of the chamomile essential oil are 3.5-5 parts.
7. The whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the weight of the olibanum essential oil is 0.52-0.8 part.
8. The whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the myrrh essential oil is 0.15-0.3 part.

The whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the whitening and freckle-removing essential oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 57-63 parts of sunflower seed oil, 4-5 parts of plant sterol, 4.5-5.5 parts of lemon essential oil, 2.3-2.7 parts of rhizoma polygonati oil, 3.5-4.5 parts of chamomile essential oil, 0.6-0.8 part of milk essential oil, 0.2-0.3 part of myrrh essential oil and 2-4 parts of tocopherol.
10. The preparation process of the whitening and freckle-removing essential oil according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing raw materials according to parts by weight;
(2) Prefabricating base oil: under the condition of stirring, adding sunflower seed oil, tocopherol and plant sterol into a reactor, heating to 55-60 ℃, stirring and mixing, and cooling to room temperature;
(3) Preparing essential oil: adding lemon essential oil, turmeric essential oil, chamomile essential oil, frankincense essential oil and myrrh essential oil into the reactor in the step (2) under stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing essential oil.
