Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of veterinary drugs, and particularly relates to an external veterinary drug containing periplaneta americana as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Cow mastitis is an inflammatory reaction caused by stimulation of chemical and physical factors or invasion of various pathogenic microorganisms into cow breast tissues, is usually manifested as red, swollen, hot, painful breasts and is a common animal disease.
At present, antibiotic medicines such as penicillin, amoxicillin and cefuroxime are mostly adopted to treat cow mastitis. Antibiotics have certain effect on treating cow mastitis, however, long-term use of antibiotics can increase drug-resistant bacteria, and antibiotic residues easily cause 'milk resistance' and the like.
Patent document CN102488814B discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for treating cow mastitis, and specifically discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for treating cow mastitis, which comprises, by weight, 15-30 parts of root of red-rooted salvia, 5-10 parts of Chinese angelica, 1-5 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 5-10 parts of red peony root, 5-10 parts of corydalis tuber, 5-10 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 2-5 parts of branch shell, 5-10 parts of pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, 15-20 parts of honeysuckle, 5-10 parts of dandelion and 3-5 parts of liquorice. The composition can be prepared into paste, pulverizing the raw materials to obtain fine powders, mixing the fine powders to obtain mixed powder, adding edible vinegar and medical vaseline, and stirring to obtain paste. In the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the medicines are combined, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the functions of soothing the liver, removing blood stasis, regulating blood, stopping bleeding, promoting qi circulation, relieving pain, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, tonifying qi, consolidating superficial resistance, supporting sores, promoting granulation, enhancing the immunity of the organism and the like. The Chinese patent medicine has obvious effect of treating and preventing the mastitis of the dairy cows, and has low cost and no toxic or side effect. Although the traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed in the patent literature can avoid the problems of drug resistance and safety caused by the adoption of antibiotics, the required raw material medicines are various, the treatment period is long, and the treatment effect is general.
The periplaneta americana extract contains active substances such as WHF (polyhydric alcohols and epidermal growth factor), muconic acid, mucoglycine, various amino acids and the like, and has the effects of resisting inflammation, reducing swelling, promoting cell proliferation and growth of new granulation tissues, accelerating repair of damaged tissues, accelerating shedding of necrotic tissues, improving the immune function of an organism and the like. Can be clinically used for treating scald, burn and bedsore.
Algal plants are a group of lower plants which have chlorophyll, are in a vegetative life, have no substantial differentiation of roots, stems, leaves, and are bred with unicellular spores or zygotes. The algae can be widely used in food, medicine, fine chemical industry, feed and other industries. Patent No. CN103463139B discloses a preparation method of an anti-inflammatory, detumescent and antipruritic cream for skin extracted from microalgae meal, and further discloses that an external skin cream produced by using the microalgae meal extract as a raw material has the effects of resisting bacteria, relieving itching, diminishing inflammation and detumescence, and is suitable for local treatment of neurodermatitis, contact dermatitis, chronic eczema, insect bite dermatitis and pruritic skin diseases.
At present, the combination of the periplaneta americana extract and the algae extract as a medicament for treating the mastitis of the dairy cows has not been reported.

The data in table 1 show that, compared with the traditional treatment method for treating cow mastitis in experimental example 14, the composition provided in examples 1 to 7 has a significant effect of treating cow mastitis, the cure rate of 3 days can reach more than 99%, and the recurrence rate within half a year is 0, which indicates that the external veterinary drug containing periplaneta americana prepared by the preparation method provided in the application can greatly shorten the treatment period, and the cure rate is extremely high and the recurrence rate is extremely low.
The periplaneta americana-containing veterinary drug for external use of the experimental group 8 (comparative example 1) is prepared by only the preparation method of examples 1 to 3 to obtain the periplaneta americana extract as the main raw material, and the amount of the periplaneta americana extract is the same as that of the total extract of examples 1 to 3. The results in table 1 show that the external veterinary drug containing periplaneta americana of experimental group 8, which is used as a therapeutic agent for cow mastitis, has a significantly reduced recovery rate within the same treatment time compared to examples 1 to 3, and has a recurrence within half a year.
The periplaneta americana-containing veterinary drug for external use of experimental group 9 (comparative example 2) was prepared using only the preparation methods of examples 1 to 3 to obtain the algae extract as the main raw material, and the amount of the algae extract was the same as that of the total extract of examples 1 to 3. The results in table 1 show that the external veterinary drug containing periplaneta americana of experimental group 9, which is used as a therapeutic agent for cow mastitis, has a significantly reduced recovery rate within the same treatment time compared to examples 1 to 3, and has a recurrence within half a year.
The periplaneta americana extract and the algae extract of experimental groups 10-11 (comparative examples 3-4) for external veterinary use containing periplaneta americana were prepared by the preparation methods of examples 1-3, but the ratio of the periplaneta americana extract to the algae extract is not within the protection scope of the present application. The results in table 1 show that the external veterinary drug containing periplaneta americana of experimental groups 10-11, which is used as the drug for treating cow mastitis, has a significantly reduced recovery rate in the same treatment time compared with examples 1-3, which indicates that the range of the ratio of the periplaneta americana extract to the algae extract in examples 1-3 of the present application is better for treating cow mastitis. The external veterinary drug containing the periplaneta americana of experimental groups 10-11 is adopted, no recurrence is caused within half a year, and the result proves that the external veterinary drug containing the periplaneta americana obtained by matching the periplaneta americana extract and the algae extract is thorough in treatment and good in stability and has certain repairing and preventing effects.
In the preparation process of the periplaneta americana-containing veterinary drug of experimental group 12 (comparative example 5), compared with examples 4-5, the preparation process parameters of the periplaneta americana extract are not within the protection scope of the present application under the same conditions. The results in table 1 show that the recovery rate of the periplaneta americana-containing veterinary drug of experimental group 12 as a treatment drug for cow mastitis is significantly reduced compared with that in examples 4-5 within the same treatment time, which indicates that the periplaneta americana extract prepared by the preparation process parameters of the periplaneta americana extract of the present application contains more effective components, and the periplaneta americana-containing veterinary drug prepared by the compatibility with the algae extract has a better treatment effect on cow mastitis. The external veterinary drug containing the periplaneta americana of the experimental group 12 has no recurrence within half a year, and proves that the external veterinary drug containing the periplaneta americana, which is obtained by matching the periplaneta americana extract and the algae extract, is thorough in treatment and good in stability, and has certain repairing and preventing effects.
In the preparation process of the periplaneta americana-containing veterinary drug of experimental group 13 (comparative example 6), the preparation process parameters of the algae extract are out of the protection scope of the present application compared to examples 6-7 under otherwise identical conditions. The results in table 1 show that the recovery rate of the external veterinary drug containing periplaneta americana of experimental group 13 as a treatment drug for cow mastitis is obviously reduced compared with that of examples 6 to 7 within the same treatment time, which indicates that the alga extract prepared by adopting the preparation process parameters of the alga extract of the application contains more effective components, and the external veterinary drug containing periplaneta americana prepared by matching with the periplaneta americana extract has better treatment effect on cow mastitis. The external veterinary drug containing the periplaneta americana of the experimental group 13 has no recurrence within half a year, and proves that the external veterinary drug containing the periplaneta americana, which is obtained by matching the periplaneta americana extract and the algae extract, is thorough in treatment and good in stability, and has certain repairing and preventing effects.
In conclusion, the external veterinary drug containing the periplaneta americana provided by the invention has the advantages of few raw material types, short treatment period, obvious effect, no toxic or side effect, high safety, thorough treatment and good stability as a drug for treating the mastitis of the dairy cow, and has certain repairing and preventing effects.
