Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to an anti-aging effect composition and application thereof.
Background
Skin aging refers to the aging damage of skin function, which reduces the protection ability and regulation ability of skin to human body, so that the skin can not adapt to the change of internal and external environment, and the change of overall appearance conditions such as color, luster, shape, texture, etc. appears. Aging of the skin is classified into intrinsic aging and extrinsic aging. Endogenous aging refers to the natural aging of the skin as it ages; it is manifested as whitening of the skin, fine wrinkles, decreased elasticity, skin laxity, etc. The most prominent cause of extrinsic aging is photoaging due to sun exposure; skin discoloration manifested as wrinkles, loose skin, roughness, yellowish or grayish yellow, telangiectasia, formation of pigmented spots, and the like.
From the perspective of composition, there are three major categories of proven effective mainstream ingredients, which are: 1. a class A; 2. peptides and peptides; 3. Polysaccharides. The vitamin A is a large family, is one of the earliest proven anti-aging and wrinkle-removing components, and has been a standard pole for wrinkle removal in the cosmetic field for many years. The common commercially available vitamin A acid components comprise vitamin A acid, vitamin A aldehyde, vitamin A alcohol, vitamin A acetate, vitamin A propionate, retinol retinoic acid ester, vitamin A palmitate, and hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester.
The vitamin A plays a role in really playing a role in resisting aging by combining retinoic acid (retinoic acid) with retinoic acid receptors to inhibit ATP-1 transcription factors and inhibit cell classification and generation of metalloproteases. The composition has the main effects of promoting the proliferation and differentiation of the keratinocytes of the epidermal basal layer, improving the thickness of epidermal cells and enhancing the barrier and thickness of skin; promoting fibroblast growth, stimulating the synthesis of I-type and III-type procollagens, promoting the generation of glycosaminoglycan, accelerating metabolism, and effectively preventing and reducing fine wrinkles; regulating desquamation of keratinized keratinocyte, inhibiting sebum synthesis of sebaceous gland, and preventing and treating acne; repairing light damage caused by UV, reducing metalloprotease level activated by ultraviolet irradiation, reducing collagen breakage and decomposition, reducing damage to collagen fiber, and reducing pigmentation.
Retinoids have various disadvantages such as strong efficacy and irritation of tretinoin, and unstable raw materials, which cannot be directly used, and the use of tretinoin in cosmetics is prohibited in all countries of the world. Research institutes around the world have developed retinol (retinal), retinol (retinol), retinol esters (derivatives of retinol), which release tretinoin into the skin to act.
The vitamin A palmitate is obtained by esterifying retinol and palmitic acid, is relatively stable, but has low activity and weak efficacy, needs to be converted in vivo, and has relatively strong irritation. In addition, because of its own biochemical properties, retinoids cause a lot of troubles in the addition of skin care products (cosmetics), which results in increased production cost and processing difficulty of skin care products (cosmetics); for example, retinoids are easy to irritate the skin, cause allergy or even teratogenesis, molting, flushing, dry skin, easily trigger photochemical reaction, generate peroxide for sensitization, and cause great care for consumers when using the skin care products (cosmetics); it is easy to hydrolyze, easy to oxidize, difficult to make in the formulation, cause the making condition to be harsh, make the cost high; and because of its light instability, the package is required to be protected from light, and the use needs to be extinguished at night, and the storage and the use are troublesome.
Psoralea corylifolia from Chinese pharmacopoeia: the product is dried mature fruit of Psoralea corylifolia L. The functional indications are as follows: warming kidney and tonifying yang, receiving qi, and stopping diarrhea; can be used for treating sexual impotence, spermatorrhea, frequent micturition, psychroalgia of waist and knee, asthma due to kidney deficiency, and diarrhea before dawn; it is used externally to treat vitiligo and alopecia areata. Bakuchiol is a phenolic substance extracted from the herbaceous plant Bakuchiol, so that it is named. It is not rare that the plants are available in many regions in south China and are easy to artificially plant.
The volcano charts of the bakuchiol and the retinol show that the gene spectrum expressions of the two compounds are very similar, which shows that the functions are similar, and the bakuchiol is easy to be formulated and has no photochemical reaction, so that the bakuchiol has good prospect when being applied to anti-aging skin care products (cosmetics).
According to the structure of the skin, aging can be divided into different levels of aging:
epidermal senescence: basal layer active cell reduction, slow metabolism, incomplete epidermal barrier, and reduced keratinocyte metabolism;
dermal connecting layer: the dermal papilla is flattened and the connection strength is weakened;
aging of dermis: loss of collagen and sodium hyaluronate, fibroblast dysfunction;
aging of subcutaneous tissues: fat displacement, gland secretion reduction due to gravity.
According to the liberation directions of different levels:
the solution direction of epidermal aging is as follows: activating subbase layer cells, repairing barriers and promoting stratum corneum metabolism;
dermal connecting layer: the effect of the bridge particles is enhanced, and the real surface connection is enhanced;
aging of dermis: supplementing hyaluronic acid, supplementing collagen production promoting signals such as polypeptides, promoting cell renewal by autophagy, filling hyaluronic acid, and extending telomerase;
aging of subcutaneous tissues: fat filling, raising estrogen level, promoting skin gland metabolism.
Many anti-aging cosmetics exist in the market, but the anti-aging cosmetics generally have the problems of insufficient efficacy, short duration of efficacy, instability, only night use and the like.

Wherein the bakuchiol can exert long-acting anti-wrinkle and firming effects, and stimulate the generation of collagen I and collagen III to regulate the combination of retinol and metabolic genes; the bakuchiol is extracted from plants, or can be artificially synthesized.
The hyaluronic acid and the salt thereof are one or more of sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, acetylated sodium hyaluronate and sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer.
Sodium hyaluronate: has a chemical formula of (C) 14 H 20 NO 11 Na) n is an inherent component in human body, is a glucan aldehyde acid, has no species specificity, and is widely present in tissues and organs such as placenta, amniotic fluid, crystalline lens, articular cartilage, skin dermis and the like. Sodium hyaluronate is distributed in cytoplasm and intercellular substance, and can be used for treating cell contained thereinAnd the cell organs themselves play a lubricating and nourishing role. The traditional theory holds that the formation of wrinkles is related to the breakage or loss of collagen elastic fibers; modern medical research has found that another root cause of wrinkle formation is the alteration of the intercellular matrix, i.e. the reduction of the amorphous component "hyaluronic acid" between cells, while the cytoskeleton and elastic fibers are still present. Micro-face-lifting is to supplement lost intangible interstitial components to further change the metabolic environment of cells and the balance of water and ions, thereby increasing the viscoelasticity of the skin and achieving the face-lifting effect. In the composition, physiological functions of hyaluronic acid and salts thereof such as inhibiting inflammatory reaction and scavenging free radicals are utilized, and the composition is combined with the moisturizing and film-forming effects of HA, so that the composition can enhance the skin elasticity, tighten the skin and achieve the effects of resisting wrinkles, diminishing inflammation, tendering the skin and preventing aging.
