Description

Moisture mask and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a moisture mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Due to severe pollution of global environment, external environmental factors of human body are rapidly worsened, the skin is greatly damaged by strong environmental factors such as ultraviolet rays, smog, dust and dry wind, the skin is easy to unbalance due to long-time external pressure, and uncomfortable symptoms such as dryness, tightness, desquamation, itching and the like occur, so that sufficient water needs to be continuously supplemented to the skin to relieve the uncomfortable symptoms. In addition, the skin is a protective organ of the human body and can prevent bacterial invasion and water loss. If the skin is damaged, the skin becomes dry and sensitive, the immunity is reduced, black spots and wrinkles easily grow, so that the skin moisture is locked, the integrity of the skin barrier is maintained, and the good state of the skin is maintained. Moisturizing is a basic requirement for skin care, and moisture is locked while moisturizing, so that the supplemented moisture is prevented from evaporating in a short time. The importance of moisturizing and hydrating skin is self-evident. Meanwhile, water is also required to be locked during water replenishing, if the skin is effectively replenished with water, but the replenished water is evaporated in a short time if the water is not locked, and the skin can not be well protected and moisturized. Therefore, water retention and moisture retention of skin are also very important works in the field of cosmetic research.
The mask is widely used as a carrier of a facial beauty maintenance product, can help facial skin to temporarily isolate outside air and pollution, improve skin temperature, expand pores of the skin, promote secretion and metabolism of sweat glands, increase oxygen content of the skin, facilitate the skin to remove products of metabolism of epidermal cells and accumulated grease substances, and ensure that water in the mask permeates into horny layers of the skin epidermis, so that the skin becomes soft and has increased elasticity.
The existing mask products on the market are various in types and different in quality, but most of the existing mask products contain chemical components, although the curative effect is quick in a short period, the toxic and side effects are obvious, even some masks contain hormone components, the irritation to the skin is large after the mask products are used, and the harm such as red and swollen facial skin, desquamation and the like is often caused. Therefore, the mask does not contain hormone or stimulation, has the effects of locking water and moisturizing the surface of the skin, and can maintain and repair the skin from the deep position.

Hyaluronic acid sodium salt
Sodium hyaluronate is an inherent component in human body, is a glucan aldehyde acid, has no species specificity, and is widely present in tissues such as placenta, amniotic fluid, crystalline lens, articular cartilage, skin dermis and the like; it is distributed in cytoplasm and intercellular substance, and has lubricating and nourishing effects on cells and cell organs contained therein. While providing a microenvironment for cellular metabolism.
The conventional theory holds that the formation of wrinkles is related to the breaking or loss of collagen elastic fibers. Modern medical research has found that another root cause of wrinkle formation is the alteration of the intercellular matrix, i.e. the reduction of the amorphous component "hyaluronic acid" between cells, while the cytoskeleton and elastic fibers are still present. The micro-face-lifting is to change the metabolic environment of cells and the balance of water and ions by supplementing lost invisible interstitial components, thereby increasing the viscoelasticity of the skin and achieving the face-lifting effect.
In the invention, the sodium hyaluronate is a combination of high molecular sodium hyaluronate and sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer.
Preferably, the molecular weight of the high molecular sodium hyaluronate is more than 1800 KDa.
More preferably, the weight ratio of the high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate to the sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer is 1: (1-5).
Most preferably, the weight ratio of the high molecular sodium hyaluronate to the sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer is 1: 2.5.
the source of the high molecular sodium hyaluronate is not particularly limited, and the high molecular sodium hyaluronate can be purchased from Huaxi Furirida biological medicine limited company and HAs a trade name of HA-THM.
The source of the sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer is not particularly limited, and may be purchased from Huanxofruida biomedical Co., Ltd under the trade name Hyacross TL100& TG 100.
The inventor thinks that the invention adopts the compounding of the high molecular sodium hyaluronate and the sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, which can effectively inhibit the water loss on the skin surface and improve the moisture retention of the mask. The inventors considered that the possible reason is that the sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer is an acidic mucopolysaccharide which can absorb 1000 times of its own weight of water to achieve the effect of keeping skin moisture, preventing water from being lost through epidermis, and repairing barrier when skin is damaged, so that the skin does not feel dry after use; it can keep moisture and is good skin penetration enhancer. When the skin care product is used together with the high-molecular sodium hyaluronate, a layer of protective film is formed on the surface of skin, so that the loss of small-molecular active ingredients can be inhibited, and a more ideal effect of promoting nutrient absorption is achieved.
Betaine
Betaine is known under the name trimethylglycine, is a white, scaly or prismatic crystalline powder with a slightly characteristic odor (sweetness) and has the chemical formula C5H11NO2Molecular weight 117.15, melting point 293 ℃ (decomposition), solubility (20 ℃)160G/100G water. Betaine molecules have three effective methyl groups, are neutral, have a melting point as high as 200 ℃, are very soluble in water, methanol, ethanol and diethyl ether. Through the decomposition reaction of concentrated potassium hydroxide solution, trimethylamine is produced, and the trimethylamine is hygroscopic, deliquescent and released. And (4) high temperature resistance. It is easy to absorb moisture and deliquesce at normal temperature, and has strong moisture retention.
In the present invention, the source of betaine is not particularly limited, and can be purchased from Guangzhou Kaibo Biotechnology Ltd.
Saccharide isomerate
The saccharide isomerate is also called a natural humectant extracted from natural plant saccharide complex, is similar to carbohydrate complex in human body, and has good skin-friendly performance. The keratin of the horny layer is assisted in combining water by combining with free amino acid groups of lysine on the keratin in cells of the horny layer, and the keratin cannot be easily washed off, so that the lasting moisturizing effect is achieved.
In the present invention, the source of the saccharide isomer is not particularly limited, and it is commercially available from Shanghai Luya Biotechnology Ltd under the trade name PENTAVITIN.
Nicotinamide
Nicotinamide is vitamin B3The derivative is also a skin anti-aging component accepted in the field of beauty skin science, and is more and more emphasized in recent years, and the most important effect in the aspect of skin anti-aging is to reduce and prevent dark complexion, yellowing and vegetable color of the skin in the early aging process. Of course, niacinamide contributes far more than this to the skin and can also repair the damaged stratum corneum lipid barrier, increasing skin resistance. The skin care product containing the niacinamide has strong water locking and moisturizing effects. Nicotinamide is involved in the transport process of melanin and can accelerate the movement rate of melanosomes in melanocytes, and shows that nicotinamide has the regulation on calcium pumps, the expression of cell motor protein Dynein and the movement of melanosomesControl action, action concentration is an important regulatory factor. With age, the skin becomes dark yellow and dull, which can be improved by topical niacinamide. Randomized studies showed significant improvement in skin texture and significant reduction in fine lines and wrinkles at week 8 with 2 doses of niacinamide stock solution per day; the skin became elastic at week 12, with a marked reduction in pigmentation and erythema, a marked reduction in dark yellow and a shiny appearance.
The levels of NADH and NADPH in aging skin gradually decline, both of which control the overall process of intracellular synthesis and breakdown. Nicotinamide acts as a precursor for NADH and NADPH by regulating the equilibrium of the two levels in vivo. High levels of NADPH exert a powerful antioxidant effect, preventing spontaneous glycosylation of proteins and sugars. Glycated proteins produced by the glycosylation reaction are deposited in the dermis to appear yellowish brown. The glycation products between dermal collagens of 80-year-old skin are 5 times that of 20-year-old skin. The glycated protein plays an important role in the appearance of dark yellow of aging skin, and nicotinamide increases NADPH to exert anti-glycation, thereby reducing yellowing of aging skin, relieving facial complexion, and improving skin texture.
Pore enlargement is one of the skin texture problems. Topical niacinamide reduces the production of fatty acids and triglycerides in sebum, thereby narrowing pores and reducing the severity of acne when it occurs. Ceramides are an important component of the skin barrier. The ceramide content in the stratum corneum of atopic dermatitis, the skin of the elderly and winter dry skin is significantly reduced. Nicotinamide enhances skin barrier function by increasing ceramide content in the stratum corneum, and reduces transdermal water loss.
In the present invention, the source of nicotinamide is not particularly limited, and nicotinamide is commercially available from Shanghai Luya Biotechnology Ltd under the name of Niacinamide PC.
Acetylchitosamine
The acetyl chitosamine is a small molecular polysaccharide, is a basic composition unit of many important polysaccharides in biological cells, such as transparent hyaluronic acid, chondroitin and the like, and has many important physiological functions in organisms. In the aspect of skin care, the acetylcysteine amine has excellent transdermal absorbability, can improve the hydration capacity of the skin, is a high-efficiency humectant, and can accelerate the healing of wounds, improve the hydration degree of the skin, reduce fine wrinkles of the skin and improve rough skin; it also has effects in inhibiting tyrosinase, reducing melanin production, and improving uneven skin color.
