Description

Moisturizing body lotion and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to moisturizing body lotion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is the largest organ of the human body, the total area is 1.5-2 square meters, and the thickness is 0.5-4 mm according to the human body or the part; the skin covers the whole body, so that internal tissues and organs of the body are protected from invasion of physical, mechanical, chemical and pathogenic microorganisms; the skin has two barrier functions, namely, on one hand, the skin can prevent the loss of water, electrolytes or other substances in the body, and on the other hand, the skin can prevent the invasion of external harmful substances, thereby playing an important physiological protection role. The body lotion can play a role in moistening skin, can supplement water and nutrients required by the skin, prevent the skin from being dry and lack of water, and can form a layer of protective film on the surface of the skin to slow down the loss of the water of the skin. Body lotions today have been subdivided into a large variety of different categories and effects, such as different functions like whole body moisturizing, whole body smoothing, whitening, chicken skin removal, after-sun repair, body perfuming, etc.
The problems of dry skin, pruritus and easy allergy caused by skin water shortage seriously affect the comfort and the prospect of the human body. At present, the common component of the body lotion is vaseline (petrolatum) or other mineral oil petrolatum, which is not easy to be absorbed by the skin, but only an oil film is formed on the surface of the skin, so that the water loss of the skin is reduced, the invasion of external bacteria is blocked, but the quality and the purity of the mineral oil petrolatum have higher requirements, and if impure or low-quality mineral oil is used, allergy and acne are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the moisturizing body lotion and the preparation method thereof.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the skin conditioner of the moisturizing body lotion comprises one or more of tremella extract, tocopherol acetate, saccharide isomerate and purslane extract, and also comprises an emollient, a humectant, an emulsifier, a thickener, a preservative, a pH regulator, a chelating agent and the balance of water.
The skin conditioner disclosed by the invention mainly has the effects of moisturizing and shrinking, and the specific effects of the components are as follows:
white fungus extract: tremella contains abundant proteins and vitamins, and also contains an important organic phosphorus, and has muscle fatigue relieving effect. Therefore, the tremella extract has the functions of moisturizing, resisting aging, removing wrinkles and firming skin, and can also remove freckles, chloasma and the like when being applied frequently. The tremella polysaccharide is a main active ingredient of the skin care product, has the functions of smoothing skin and efficiently preserving moisture and protecting skin, and is known as plant hyaluronic acid.
The tremella polysaccharide molecules are rich in polar groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl and the like, and can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules, so that a large amount of water is combined. The molecules of the water-retaining agent are mutually interwoven to form a net shape, and the water-retaining agent is combined with hydrogen in water molecules, has extremely strong water-retaining and moisture-retaining performances, and plays a role in high-efficiency moisture-retaining and skin-care. The tremella polysaccharide has good water absorption performance and excellent film forming property, and gives the skin a moist and smooth feeling.
Tocopherol acetate: the product of esterification of tocopherol (vitamin E) and acetic acid has oxidation resistance and stable performance, can reduce free radicals formed by ultraviolet radiation, accelerate healing process, enhance barrier function of skin, protect lipid balance of skin barrier, and reduce water loss through skin. Has antioxidant, antiaging and moisture keeping effects.
Saccharide isomerate: the isomerized D-glucan which is prepared by biochemical technology and has the functions of repairing epidermal layer cells and improving the water replenishing capacity of skin has a composition structure similar to the human cuticle, can be combined with epsilon-amino acid functional groups when being used on the skin, is firmly combined like a magnet, and can maintain the water magnetic field capacity of the skin for a long time. The skin cosmetic has good skin humidity regulating function and long-acting moisturizing effect, and the effect can last until cutin naturally peels off, moisturizes and relieves irritation.
And (3) purslane extract: the vegetable polysaccharide and vitamins in the purslane extract have the effects of nourishing and lubricating skin and increasing the comfort level of the skin; it also can promote the physiological function of epithelial cells to be normal, and reduce the generation of dead skin and stratum corneum caused by dryness. The flavone and saponin in the purslane extract can remove free radicals, and play roles in resisting oxidation and delaying skin aging. The purslane extractive has excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and alkaloids and flavones in the purslane extractive have obvious inhibition effects on common pathogenic skin fungi in human bodies. Can reduce capillary permeability and relieve inflammation and edema.
Further, the humectant is one or more of glycerin, butanediol, betaine, sodium hyaluronate and dipropylene glycol.
Among them, betaine has a moisturizing effect like glycerol, but unlike the fixed water molecules of glycerol, betaine allows water molecules to be completely absorbed and utilized by whole living cells. When one water molecule occupies the middle of the betaine zwitterion, the self water molecule can be easily released to the surrounding liquid. And the moisturizing mechanism performance of the betaine is superior to that of other moisturizing agents, and the betaine can be used for lasting moisturizing even at low concentration. When the skin is subjected to high osmotic pressure of the external environment, a large amount of cell osmolytes are lost, so that the apoptosis is caused. Betaine osmolytes inhibit this process and penetrate through the stratum corneum of the skin to protect the cellular balance.
The sodium hyaluronate has the characteristics of high moisture absorption capacity under low relative humidity and low moisture absorption capacity under high relative humidity, and can meet the moisture retention requirements of skin under different environmental humidities in different seasons when being used in combination with glycerin and butanediol. Meanwhile, sodium hyaluronate can promote the regeneration of skin at the injured part by promoting the proliferation and differentiation of epidermal cells and scavenging oxygen free radicals, and has certain prevention effect when used in advance.
Still further, the emollient is one or more of hydrogenated polyisobutene, polydimethylsiloxane, shea butter and lecithin.
Hydrogenated polyisobutene (squalane), which is a lipid closest to sebum of a human body, has strong affinity, can be integrated with the sebum membrane of the human body, forms a natural barrier on the skin surface to strengthen and repair the epidermis, effectively forms a natural protective film and helps the balance between the skin and the sebum. Can inhibit skin lipid peroxidation, effectively permeate into skin, promote proliferation of skin basal cell, and has obvious physiological effects of delaying skin aging, improving and eliminating chloasma. It also has effects in opening skin pore, promoting blood microcirculation, promoting cell metabolism, and repairing damaged cells.
Further, the emulsifier is C14-22 alcohol, C12-20 alkyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, cetyl stearyl alcohol and sodium acrylate copolymer.
Still further, the skin conditioning agent further comprises citric acid and sodium citrate.
Citric acid is mainly present in lemon and citrus, and can cause cuticle exfoliation, superficial telangiectasia, and skin cell metabolism enhancement. Can increase water in stratum corneum cell, and moisten and improve skin elasticity. The low concentration (5%) of the whitening agent is clinically used in skin care cosmetics to play a role in brightening and whitening the skin. The sodium citrate as citrate also has effects of accelerating cutin renewal and astringing pores. And has less irritation and milder taste than salicylic acid.
Further, the thickening agent is carbomer; the chelating agent is disodium EDTA.
Still further, the moisturizing body lotion further comprises an aromatic, wherein the aromatic accounts for 0.015 percent of the weight of the moisturizing body lotion.
Further, the pH regulator is triethanolamine.
Specifically, the moisturizing body lotion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
skin conditioner: 0.1-0.3% of tremella extract, 0.3-1% of tocopherol acetate, 0.1-0.2% of saccharide isomer, 0.1-0.2% of purslane extract, 0.003-0.005% of citric acid and 0.0005% of sodium citrate;

Comparative examples 1 to 3 the preparation process of examples 1 to 3 was referred to.
Safety test
20 volunteers of 20-40 years old were selected as the subjects of the experiment. The patch test device added with the body lotion of examples 1 to 3 was applied to the belly position of the subject by non-irritating alternation, and was gently pressed with the palm to be uniformly applied to the skin, during the test, scratching and vigorous exercise were avoided, the skin was kept dry, after the application was continued for 24 hours, the patch test device was removed, and the skin reaction was observed after 30 minutes.
The experimental results are as follows: the subjects who used the moisturizing body lotion of examples 1-3 had no adverse reactions. It is demonstrated that the moisturizing body lotion of the present invention is non-irritating.
Hydration and moisture retention Performance test
70 volunteers of 20 to 40 years old were selected as subjects, and the subjects were divided into 7 groups on average, 6 groups were each prepared using the body milks of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, and 1 group was prepared using commercially available vaseline. Every group of 10 individuals uses a skin moisture tester to detect skin moisture of an arm before smearing, then respectively smears the same amount of body milk of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 onto the arm, measures the instant skin moisture of the same position after smearing, then measures the skin moisture 30min and 6h after smearing, and calculates the moisture retention rate, wherein the calculation formula of the moisture retention rate is as follows:
Figure BDA0002754392280000091

Figure BDA0002754392280000101
as can be seen from the data in Table 1, the body milks of examples 1 to 3 were applied with the instant moisturizing effect in comparison with the body milks of comparative examples 1 to 3 and the commercially available vaseline. Although the instant water replenishing capability of the commercially available vaseline is limited, a film can be formed on the surface of the commercially available vaseline when the commercially available vaseline is applied on the skin, so that the water is not easy to evaporate and dissipate, and the skin can be kept in a moist state, so that the moisture retention rate is still as high as 96.58% and 86.62% after the vaseline is applied for 30min and 6h, which indicates that the sealing performance is good. After 30min and 6h of smearing, the skin moisture of each subject is reduced, but the moisture retention rate of the body milk of the examples 1 to 3 is still more than 80% after 6h of smearing, which indicates that the moisture retention is good, and the moisture retention and water retention performance of the comparative example 2 is lower than that of the comparative examples 1 and 3 and the examples 1 to 3 because sugar isomorphs are not added. Although the body milk moisturizing rates of examples 1 to 3 were comparable to those of commercially available vaseline, the petrolatum and mineral oil component was not added to examples 1 to 3, and thus there was no problem that vaseline blocks pores.
In conclusion, the moisturizing body lotion provided by the invention is proved to have good moisturizing and moisturizing performances.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
