(1) Weighing 5 parts of glycerol, 0.3 part of carbomer and 0.15 part of xanthan gum into a 200 ml beaker, premixing and stirring uniformly, adding 57.7 parts of water and 0.1 part of allantoin, stirring uniformly, heating to 70-80 ℃, homogenizing for 3-5 minutes under the homogenizing condition of 2000-3000 rpm, and fully shearing and uniformly mixing the materials;
(2) when the temperature of the system is reduced to about 60 ℃,3 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 0.05 part of sodium hyaluronate are weighed, premixed and stirred uniformly, added into the system, stirred uniformly, 3 parts of betaine is weighed, added into the system, heated while stirring, and kept at 60 ℃ for at least 15-20 minutes;
(3) when the temperature is reduced to about 50 ℃, 20 parts of embodiment example 1, 0.2 part of panthenol, 2 parts of witch hazel extract, 5 parts of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.2 part of triethanolamine, 2 parts of aloe extract and 0.5 part of tremella extract are weighed and added into the system, the mixture is uniformly stirred, when the temperature of the system is reduced to the normal temperature, 0.1 part of essence and 0.7 part of PE9010 are added, the mixture is stirred for 10-30 minutes until the material body is uniform, and the mixture is discharged.

(1) Weighing 3 parts of glycerol, 0.3 part of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and 0.05 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose into a 200 ml beaker, premixing and stirring uniformly, adding 53.94 parts of water and 0.2 part of allantoin, stirring uniformly, heating to 70-80 ℃, homogenizing at 2000-3000 rpm for 3-5 minutes to fully shear and uniformly mix the material;
(2) when the temperature of the system is reduced to about 60 ℃, weighing 4 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 0.05 part of sodium hyaluronate, premixing uniformly, adding into the system, stirring uniformly, weighing 1 part of sodium polyglutamate and 1.2 parts of arginine, adding into the system, heating while stirring, and preserving heat at 60 ℃ for at least 15-20 minutes;
(3) when the temperature is reduced to about 50 ℃, 5 parts of embodiment example 2, 0.2 part of panthenol, 2 parts of purslane extract, 5 parts of hydroxyethyl urea and 0.5 part of tremella extract are weighed and added into the system, the mixture is uniformly stirred, when the temperature of the system is reduced to normal temperature, 0.1 part of essence and 0.25 part of germa BP are added, the mixture is stirred for 10-30 minutes until the material body is uniform, and the material is discharged.

The long-acting high-moisture-retention supramolecular fat milk glycerol glucoside composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 1-30 parts of oily functional components, 0.1-8 parts of soybean lecithin, 0.1-8 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 3-5 parts of pentanediol, 0.01-2 parts of tocopherol acetate, 0.01-2 parts of sodium oleate, 0.01-2 parts of EDTA-2Na0.01-2 parts of glycerol glucoside and 30-80 parts of water.
2. The long-acting high-moisturizing supramolecular fat milk glycerol glucoside composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oily efficacy ingredient comprises one or more of hydrogenated isobutylene, olive oil, grape seed oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, isooctyl palmitate, jojoba oil, shea butter, sunflower oil, sweet almond oil, tea seed oil, wheat germ oil, avocado oil.
3. The long-acting high-moisturizing supramolecular fat emulsion glycerol glucoside composition of claim 1, wherein said pentanediol is 1, 2-pentanediol.
4. A preparation method of a long-acting high-moisture-retention supramolecular fat milk glycerol glucoside composition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing EDTA-2Na, glycerol glucoside, 1, 2-pentanediol and water in a beaker, heating to 50-70 ℃, and uniformly stirring;
(2) heating hydrogenated isobutene, soybean lecithin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, tocopherol acetate and sodium oleate to 50-70 deg.C, and stirring;
(3) slowly adding the organic phase in the step (2) into the water phase in the step (1) under a shearing condition, and continuously shearing for 3-5 minutes to fully and uniformly mix the oil phase component and the water phase component;
(4) and (3) carrying out high-pressure homogenization treatment on the sheared material body to obtain the final product of the supermolecule fat milk glycerol glucoside composition with long-acting and high moisture retention.
5. Use of the long-acting high moisture supramolecular fat milk glycerol glucoside composition as claimed in any one of claims 1-3 for the preparation of cosmetics.
6. The use according to claim 5, wherein the long-acting high-moisture-retention supramolecular fat emulsion glycerol glucosidation composition is added in an amount of 1-50% (w/w).
7. The use according to claim 5, wherein the cosmetic is a moisturizing skin care lotion supplemented with a long-acting high-moisturizing supramolecular fat milk glycerol glucoside composition.
8. The long-acting high-moisturizing supermolecule fat milk glycerol glucoside composition moisturizing skin-care milk is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
phase A: 57.7% of water, 5% of glycerol, 0.1% of allantoin, 0.3% of carbomer and 0.15% of xanthan gum;
phase B: 3% of 1, 3-butanediol, 3% of betaine and 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate;
and C phase: example 1 composition 20%, panthenol 0.2%, witch hazel extract 2%, hydroxyethyl urea 5%, triethanolamine 0.2%, aloe extract 2%, and Tremella extract 0.5%;
phase D: 0.1 percent of essence and 0.7 percent of preservative.
9. The use of claim 5, wherein the cosmetic is a long-acting high-moisturizing supramolecular fat emulsion glycerol glucoside composition moisturizing essence.
10. The long-acting high-moisturizing supermolecule fat emulsion glycerol glucoside composition moisturizing essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
phase A: 53.94% of water, 3% of glycerol, 0.2% of allantoin, 0.3% of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30% of alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and 0.05% of hydroxyethyl cellulose;
phase B: 4% of 1, 3-butanediol, 1% of sodium polyglutamate, 1.2% of arginine and 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate;
and C phase: example 2 composition 5%, purslane extract 2%, panthenol 0.2%, hydroxyethyl urea 5%, tremella extract 0.5%;
phase D: 0.1 percent of essence and 0.25 percent of German BP.
