Abstract
A raspberry ketone antibacterial preservative comprises raspberry ketone, dihydric alcohol and water-soluble solid polyhydric alcohol, and the raspberry ketone antibacterial preservative is solid powder or particles formed by uniformly distributing raspberry ketone after being dissolved and dispersed in water solution of the dihydric alcohol and being dried in the water-soluble solid polyhydric alcohol. The raspberry ketone antibacterial preservative provided by the invention changes the original water insolubility of raspberry ketone through a unique technical method, so that the raspberry ketone antibacterial preservative can be uniformly dispersed in a water body to play the antibacterial and preservative effects, the processes of storage, transportation, metering, use and the like are more convenient than the existing liquid antibacterial preservative, the product performance is stable, the use is convenient, the effect is reliable, the addition types of the antibacterial preservative can be reduced during use, various application scenes are adapted, different requirements of users are met, and the raspberry ketone antibacterial preservative serving as an antibacterial preservative taking a natural product as a main body is more easily accepted by the users, so that the raspberry ketone antibacterial preservative has great popularization and application values.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an antibacterial preservative and a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to a raspberry ketone antibacterial preservative and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of production, manufacture and application of antibacterial preservatives.
Background
Raspberry ketone, the english name is 4- (4-hydroxypentyl) -2-butanone, and the chinese name includes: raspberry flavone, raspberry ketone, rasidone, natural raspberry ketone, p-hydroxy butanone, raspberry ketone and the like.
The chemical names of raspberry ketone include: 4- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -2-butanone, 4- (p-hydroxyphenyl) -2-butanone, 4-p-hydroxyphenyl-2-butanone, 4- (4-hydroxyphenyl) butyl-2-one, 4- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -2-butanone, 4-hydroxybenzylacetone and the like.
The molecular formula of raspberry ketone is C10H12O2The raspberry fruit essence is a white acicular crystal or granular solid with the molecular weight of 164.22, the melting point of 82-83 ℃ and the boiling point of 200 ℃, is in raspberry fragrance and fruit fragrance sweet taste, is insoluble in water and petroleum ether, is soluble in ethanol, diethyl ether and volatile oil, exists in natural products such as raspberry (raspberry), is also a synthetic product at present, is mainly prepared by condensing hydroxybenzaldehyde and acetone and then hydrogenating, or is prepared by condensing tetronic acid and phenol, is mainly used as a spice, is used for preparing food spices, has the functions of increasing fragrance and sweetening, and can also be used in cosmetics and soap essence.
With the progress of the research, in recent years, raspberry ketone has been found and demonstrated to have preservative and antibacterial activity, as noted in the publication of raspberry flavone bacteriostatic properties study by huixianxia:
raspberry flavone has a strong inhibitory effect on escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus (modern food science and technology 2012, vol.28, No.11, page 1487).
However, practical application of raspberry ketone as bacteriostatic preservative has certain difficulties and limitations:
firstly, the raspberry ketone is insoluble in water and petroleum ether and only soluble in ethanol, diethyl ether and volatile oil, so that for products or application scenes mainly taking water as a dispersion medium, the raspberry ketone cannot be dissolved and diffused in the water, and therefore, a good antibacterial preservative effect cannot be achieved;
secondly, raspberry ketone has a relatively thick fragrance, and when the raspberry ketone is used alone, the raspberry ketone has certain irritation, which can cause irritation to skin, certainly, the raspberry ketone is an indispensable bacteriostatic and preservative product for products requiring a thick fragrance, and for products not requiring a thick fragrance or only needing a slight and soft fragrance, raspberry ketone is simply and directly used as a bacteriostatic preservative, which is obviously not suitable;
in addition, experiments show that raspberry purified flavone shows different antibacterial properties to different thalli, high temperature has a destructive effect on antibacterial components of raspberry flavone, the pH value range also has a certain influence on antibacterial activity of raspberry ketone, and when the pH value is increased to 9, the antibacterial activity of raspberry ketone is weakened.
In summary, it can be seen that:
raspberry ketone as a novel antibacterial preservative has wide application prospect, but the action, the application range and the application scene of the raspberry ketone are greatly limited in the existing application mode, and the antibacterial and preservative effects of the raspberry ketone are not well played and utilized.
Although the invention patent CN111407682B provides a cosmetic preservative, which comprises 22% of raspberry ketone, 13% of sodium dehydroacetate, dihydric alcohol and solubilizer, wherein the dihydric alcohol is 55% of 1, 2-octanediol, the solubilizer is 8.0% of alkyl glycoside and 2.0% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and the cosmetic preservative does not contain formaldehyde releaser, paraben and isothiazolinone, has broad-spectrum antibacterial and bactericidal capability, can not only have good preservative effect, but also reduce the consumption of the preservative, has small mild irritation to skin and is particularly suitable for sensitive skin.
However, it can be seen that the cosmetic preservative actually comprises two bacteriostatic preservatives, namely a mixture of raspberry ketone and sodium dehydroacetate, and the raspberry ketone alone plays a role in bacteriostatic preservation. Although the current experiments prove that the sodium dehydroacetate is nontoxic and harmless to the environment, the withdrawal of people for the disease is not excluded under the large background that people generally use the multi-purpose bacteriostatic preservative for the Xinxianjia.
Therefore, the substances obtained from natural products or the substances synthesized by taking the natural products as samples are developed to carry out bacteriostasis and preservation on the products, the addition amount and the addition type of the bacteriostasis and preservation agent can be reduced in the products, and the products produced by adopting the bacteriostasis and preservation agent obviously can be more popular among consumers.
