With continued reference to fig. 2 to 4, a plurality of placement grooves 101 are arranged above two sides of the frame 1 at equal intervals, the placement grooves 101 on two sides of the frame 1 are symmetrically arranged one by one, and the steaming barrel 3 and the soaking barrel 4 are respectively positioned between two different adjacent placement grooves 101 on the same side of the frame 1. The upper end of the accommodating basket 2 is fixedly connected with a hanging rod 21, and two ends of the hanging rod 21 are used for falling into the placing groove 101, so that the accommodating basket 2 forms a suspended structure in the frame 1. the containing basket 2 is downwards placed into the soaking barrel 4, the containing basket 2 is upwards moved out of the soaking barrel 4 after 30-40 seconds, yellow peaches in the containing basket 2 can be soaked in color protection liquid in the soaking barrel 4, in the process, when the containing basket 2 moves into the soaking barrel 4, the driving shaft 67 is correspondingly embedded into the rotating sleeve 62 to drive the rotating sleeve 62 to rotate, so that the stirring rod 63 rotates to stir the color protection liquid in the soaking barrel 4, yellow peaches in the containing basket 2 are promoted to be more fully fused with the color protection liquid, and the color protection effect of the yellow peaches is improved;
and taking the accommodating basket 2 out of the frame 1, and taking out the yellow peaches soaked by the color protection liquid.
The processing method shows that the device does not need to manually transfer the yellow peach from the hot water position to the color protection liquid position in the yellow peach color protection process, so that the yellow peach can be efficiently subjected to color protection treatment.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, 9 and 11, the frame 1 further fixes a push rod 12, a push block 14 and a limit roller 13 in sequence in the end of the moving direction of the accommodating basket 2, and a conveyor 7 is further fixed at the bottom of the frame, one end of the conveyor 7 corresponds to the position of the push rod 12, and the other end of the conveyor 7 extends out of the frame 1. The ejector rod 12 is arranged on one side of the soaking barrel 4 far away from the steaming barrel 3, and when the supporting rod 51 drives the accommodating basket 2 to move out of the soaking barrel 4 and the hanging rod 21 of the accommodating basket 2 is placed in the next placing groove 101, the ejector rod 12 is correspondingly arranged under the ejector pin 261, so that the ejector rod 12 blocks the ejector pin 261 in the process of descending the accommodating basket 2, thereby the accommodating basket 2 descends and the connector is not moved, which is equivalent to lifting the ejector pin 261 upwards to drive the bolt 262 to move upwards, so that the locking column 23 loses the limitation of the bolt 262, the bottom plate 22 is turned downwards to pour out yellow peaches at the bottom of the accommodating basket 2 downwards and falls on the conveyor 7 to be output, and the ejector rod 12 can block the connector to realize automatic opening of the bottom plate 22 and realize automatic unloading of the accommodating basket 2, so that the automatic unloading is very convenient.
A cross rod can be fixed in the frame 1, the top block 14 is fixed on the cross rod, the limit roller 13 can be connected to rotate in the frame, two ends of the limit roller 13 are respectively embedded into the struts at two sides of the frame 1, and the rotation of the limit roller 13 is realized. As shown in fig. 9 and 12, the supporting rod 51 drives the accommodating basket 2 to move out from the ejector rod 12 and move to the positions of the ejector block 14 and the limiting roller 13, at this time, the bottom plate 22 is in a downward turned state, when the accommodating basket 2 moves downward to be close to the ejector block 14 and the limiting roller 13, the bottom plate 22 contacts the limiting roller 13 first, under the action of the limiting roller 13 blocking the bottom plate 22, the bottom plate 22 is correspondingly turned upward gradually to seal the bottom opening of the accommodating basket 2, and when the bottom plate 22 does not completely seal the bottom opening of the accommodating basket 2, the top block 14 blocks the ejector pin 261, the same gradually drives the connector 2 to move upward relative to the accommodating basket 2, when the accommodating basket 2 moves to the hanging rod 21 to be located in the placing groove 101, the connector 22 is lifted up to the bottom opening of the accommodating basket 2, and then the three-way spring pins 262 are inserted into the accommodating basket 2, and the three-way holes are blocked and the bottom opening of the accommodating basket 2 is closed. It can be seen that the limiting roller 13 and the top block 14 are configured such that the bottom plate 22 automatically seals the bottom opening of the accommodating basket 2 again. Preferably, when the receiving basket 2 is lifted, the bottom plate 22 can assist the receiving basket 2 to be lifted up, so that the bottom plate 22 is prevented from being turned down before the bolts 262 are not inserted into the locking holes 203.
In summary, the present invention automatically moves the accommodating basket 2 for accommodating yellow peach pulp into the cooking barrel 3 for pre-cooking by rotating the supporting rod 51 of the supporting device, then automatically moves the accommodating basket 2 from the cooking barrel 3 into the soaking barrel 4, so that the yellow peach pulp and the color protecting liquid in the soaking barrel 4 are fully fused, and finally the accommodating basket 2 for protecting yellow peach pulp is moved out of the soaking barrel 4 and hung on the frame 1, so that the yellow peach pulp with the color protecting effect can be poured out by staff, and the subsequent canning procedure is performed. Meanwhile, when the accommodating basket 2 moves into the steaming and boiling barrel 3 and the soaking barrel 4, the driving shaft 67 is correspondingly embedded into the rotary sleeve 62, so that the guide pin 24 is embedded into the guide groove 601, the rotary sleeve 62 is driven to rotate, the stirring rod 63 is driven to rotate, hot water in the steaming and boiling barrel 3 or color protection liquid in the soaking barrel 4 is stirred, the effect of promoting the yellow peach to be heated is achieved, and the color protection liquid is fully fused with the yellow peach placed into the soaking barrel 4, so that the effect of improving the yellow peach color protection is achieved. Therefore, the invention does not need to transfer and stir the yellow peach pulp by workers, can effectively reduce the labor intensity of operators, and only stir hot water and color-protecting liquid in the stirring process, and the stirring rod 63 is not contacted with the yellow peach pulp, so that the quality problems of broken fruits, rotten fruits and the like of the yellow peach pulp can be avoided.
