(1)取小麦蛋白,30℃-40℃条件下加去离子水调浆,浆料的质量浓度为10%-20%;
(2)取100-150g浆料,加入0.5-1g的 碱性蛋白酶和1-2g的中性蛋白酶,在40℃-50℃条件下酶解2-3h;升温至95℃-100℃,保持10-15min,进行酶灭活处理;
(3)离心取上清,喷雾干燥,得小麦水解蛋白。
优选的,所述大豆肽的制备方法为:
(1)将大豆豆粕用粉碎机粉碎,过40-50目筛;
(2)取100-150g豆粕粉,加10-20倍质量的去离子水,搅拌,升温至30℃-40℃,调pH至4.0-4.2,搅拌,离心,去上清,加10-20倍质量的去离子水,搅拌,离心,去上清;
(3)加入1.5-2g碱性蛋白酶,在40℃-45℃条件下酶解30-40min,升温至95℃-100℃,保持10-15min,进行酶灭活处理;
(4)离心取上清,喷雾干燥,得大豆肽粉。
优选的,所述氨基酸为L-亮氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述氨基酸包括L-亮氨酸0.1-0.5份、L-异亮氨酸0.1-0.5份、L-缬氨酸0.1-0.5份、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸0.01-0.02份。
优选的,所述维生素为维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述维生素包括维生素B1 0.01-0.02份、维生素B2 0.01-0.02份、维生素B6 0.01-0.02份、维生素B12 0.001-0.002份。
优选的,所述酵母抽取物所用酵母为啤酒酵母或酿酒酵母。
优选的,所述镁为氧化镁;所述锌为氧化锌;所述铁为氧化铁。

实施例1:一种提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物
该提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物由以下在质量分数的原料组成:
小麦水解蛋白5份、浓缩乳清蛋白10份、大豆分离蛋白3份、卵白蛋白5份、抗性糊精12份、大豆肽10份、骨胶原蛋白肽5份、中链甘油三酯8份、D-核糖10份、共轭亚油酸5份、酵母抽取物5份、DHA微囊粉3份、二型胶原蛋白肽10份、乳矿物盐3份、酪蛋白磷酸肽1份、牛初乳1.5份、L-亮氨酸0.5份、L-异亮氨酸0.1份、L-缬氨酸0.3份、牛磺酸0.05份、氧化镁0.02份、氧化锌0.015份、氧化铁0.01份、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸0.015份、维生素B1 0.01份、维生素B2 0.015份、维生素B6 0.01份、维生素B12 0.001份。
其中,小麦水解蛋白中富含谷氨酰胺,谷氨酰胺可促进胃肠受损黏膜修复、胃窝加深、胃绒毛增长,使胃肠器官更健康;可促进蛋白质合成(肌肉合成),尤其是关节肌的生成,对中老年人群的关节稳定性有较大帮助;可促进巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞有丝分裂增值;强化人体全面免疫能力;可促进运动人群耐力和运动后快速恢复体力;能够平均缩短术后病人3-4天住院周期。此外,小麦水解蛋白中的谷氨酰胺不会出现血糖持续升高,可解决高血糖人群对谷氨酰胺特殊的代谢障碍问题。
小麦水解蛋白的制备方法如下:
(1)取小麦蛋白,30℃条件下加去离子水调浆,浆料的质量浓度为10%;
(2)取100g浆料,加入0.5g的 碱性蛋白酶和1g的中性蛋白酶,在50℃条件下酶解3h;升温至95℃,保持10min,进行酶灭活处理;
(3)离心取上清,喷雾干燥,得小麦水解蛋白。
其中,浓缩乳清蛋白含有内源性乳铁蛋白、免疫球蛋白、乳脂球膜,可增强人体的免疫力。
其中,大豆肽的制备方法如下:
(1)将大豆豆粕用粉碎机粉碎,过50目筛;
(2)取100g豆粕粉,加10倍质量的去离子水,搅拌,升温至30℃,调pH至4.2,搅拌,离心,去上清,加10倍质量的去离子水,搅拌,离心,去上清;
(3)加入2g碱性蛋白酶,在45℃条件下酶解30min,升温至95℃,保持10min,进行酶灭活处理;
(4)离心取上清,喷雾干燥,得大豆肽粉。
该提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物添加了动植物双蛋白及其他丰富的促进人体健康的营养物质,富含大分子蛋白、小分子肽、不饱和脂肪酸、支链氨基酸等,强化人体体质方面较为突出,服用1-3天可提升身体力量感,服用1-2周可有效促进更多肌肉合成,服用2-3个月年轻态显著体现。

小麦水解蛋白6份、浓缩乳清蛋白8份、大豆分离蛋白4份、卵白蛋白6份、抗性糊精15份、大豆肽7份、骨胶原蛋白肽5.5份、中链甘油三酯5份、D-核糖8份、共轭亚油酸3份、酵母抽取物3份、DHA微囊粉4份、二型胶原蛋白肽8份、乳矿物盐3.5份、酪蛋白磷酸肽1.5份、牛初乳2份、L-亮氨酸0.1份、L-异亮氨酸0.5份、L-缬氨酸0.1份、牛磺酸0.03份、氧化镁0.01份、氧化锌0.02份、氧化铁0.015份、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸0.01份、维生素B1 0.015份、维生素B2 0.01份、维生素B6 0.01份、维生素B12 0.0015份。
实施例3:一种提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物
该提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物由以下在质量分数的原料组成:
小麦水解蛋白10份、浓缩乳清蛋白5份、大豆分离蛋白5份、卵白蛋白7份、抗性糊精10份、大豆肽9份、骨胶原蛋白肽6份、中链甘油三酯10份、D-核糖5份、共轭亚油酸4份、酵母抽取物4份、DHA微囊粉5份、二型胶原蛋白肽5份、乳矿物盐5份、酪蛋白磷酸肽2份、牛初乳1份、L-亮氨酸0.2份、L-异亮氨酸0.4份、L-缬氨酸0.5份、牛磺酸0.02份、氧化镁0.015份、氧化锌0.01份、氧化铁0.02份、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸0.02份、维生素B1 0.01份、维生素B20.01份、维生素B6 0.015份、维生素B12 0.002份。

小麦水解蛋白5-10份、浓缩乳清蛋白5-10份、大豆分离蛋白3-5份、卵白蛋白5-7份、抗性糊精10-15份、大豆肽7-10份、骨胶原蛋白肽5-6份、中链甘油三酯10-15份、D-核糖5-10份、共轭亚油酸3-5份、酵母抽取物3-5份、DHA微囊粉3-5份、二型胶原蛋白肽5-10份、乳矿物盐3-5份、酪蛋白磷酸肽1-2份、牛初乳1-2份、氨基酸0.31-1.52份、牛磺酸0.02-0.05份、镁0.01-0.02份、锌0.01-0.02份、铁0.01-0.02份、维生素B 0.035-0.065份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述小麦水解蛋白的制备方法为:
(1)取小麦蛋白,30℃-40℃条件下加去离子水调浆,浆料的质量浓度为10%-20%;
(2)取100-150g浆料,加入0.5-1g的 碱性蛋白酶和1-2g的中性蛋白酶,在40℃-50℃条件下酶解2-3h;升温至95℃-100℃,保持10-15min,进行酶灭活处理;
(3)离心取上清,喷雾干燥,得小麦水解蛋白。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述大豆肽的制备方法为:

4.根据权利要求1所述的提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为L-亮氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基酸包括L-亮氨酸0.1-0.5份、L-异亮氨酸0.1-0.5份、L-缬氨酸0.1-0.5份、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸0.01-0.02份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述维生素为维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12中的至少一种。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述维生素包括维生素B1 0.01-0.02份、维生素B2 0.01-0.02份、维生素B6 0.01-0.02份、维生素B12 0.001-0.002份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述酵母抽取物所用酵母为啤酒酵母或酿酒酵母。
9.根据权利要求1所述的提升免疫力和增加肌肉的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述镁为氧化镁;所述锌为氧化锌;所述铁为氧化铁。
