Description
发明背景
本发明涉及多根变形纱的生产,更确切地讲,本发明涉及当冷却滚筒上游有一根变形纱断损时阻止与其相邻的变形纱的断损。
使纱变形的方法和设备是为人们所熟知的。美国专利No.4908919中公布了一种这样的方法。为了提高生产率,使纱变形的方法已经包括用一普通的旋转式冷却滚筒使纱并列进行加工的工艺。然而使用这种并列法生产变形纱会导致在滚筒下游的断损纱线扰乱或断损与其相邻的纱线,这是极不希望产生的。
发明概述
一种膨化变形多根并行纱线的方法,该方法包括加热工序、牵伸工序,并使每根上述纱线通过膨化变形喷嘴形成变形纱,然后进入挡板(plug)中,在旋转滚筒上冷却挡板,将所述变形纱从上述挡板中引出,使其向前运动到达缠绕辊,对于当上述一根或多根纱线在滚筒和缠绕辊之间断开时,而握持住上述变形纱的改进之处包括:将上述每根变形纱放置在开口管中,开口管沿纱线路径从滚筒向缠绕辊延伸以阻止断纱与其相邻的纱线纠缠和断损与其相邻的纱线,通过一可移动地与管的输出端接合和脱离接合的喷嘴在管的出口端形成真空而从管中重新握持断纱。
当纱线运动传感器检测到在缠绕辊与管的出口端之间缺少纱线时,喷嘴就移动与管的出口端接合。

所示实施例的详述
图1所示的工艺过程包括多根单纱12,这些单纱是从喷丝板10喷出的化纤长丝,每根纱线都通过一系列喂给辊14-14A来达到未牵伸长丝的细度。调整牵引辊16-16D相对于喂给辊9-9B的速度使纱线12获得一定量的伸长来提高纱线12的最终细度和物理性能。
纱线继续向前运动进入喷射法膨化变形装置18。在喷嘴18中纱线12受到热流的膨化变形作用。热流带着纱线对着旋转滚筒19排出,滚筒19有多孔表面,纱线在其上冷却并形成卷曲。从滚筒出来,每根纱线都以卷曲或膨化变形的形式通过一系列开口管20,开口管将每根纱线送至总体以35表示的卷装。
图2-6示出纱线12最初从滚筒19通过管20生头或重新握持管20中的断纱的方法。如图2和图3所示,喷嘴22可移动地与管20的出口端20a相接合或脱离接合。管20的入口端邻接于滚筒上的纱线。喷嘴22和其入口端22b通过一气动两轴机构(未示出,但以指示箭头21和23表示)与管出口端20a相接合或脱离接合。
在图4和图5中纱线由喷嘴22握持并通过柔性管24a送至废料接收器24。然后两轴机构水平地从出口端20a退出露出前行纱线12,操作者可将其剪断并送至手动生头枪27进行生头操作(图6和图1),纱线穿过中心导向器25,经过纱线运动传感器26,绕过卷取辊31,通过相间式喷嘴32和下降辊33,并通过最终给油装置34到达卷装35。纱线运动传感器26检测到在管出口20a和卷绕辊之间缺纱的情况就使可移动喷嘴22与管20的出口端相接合。
在管20的出口端20a内的切刀40将陷在喷嘴22的入口和管20的出口端20a之间的纱线的尾端12a剪掉。切刀安装在管20上,并由套筒式出口端20a覆盖。弹簧42推动在剪刀40上方的套筒式出口端20a,以保护切割边。当重接握持喷嘴与管20的出口端20a相接合时,喷嘴22的喇叭形入口22b将纱线断头端12a推向将其切断的切刀。这样就可以做到积极握持纱线。
Claims (2)
1.一种膨化变形多根并行纱线的方法,该方法包括加热工序,牵伸工序和使每根上述纱线通过膨化变形喷嘴,从而形成变形纱并进入挡板中,在旋转滚筒上冷却挡板,将所述变形纱从挡板中引出使其继续前进到达缠绕辊,在这种方法中,对于当一根或多根上述纱线在滚筒和缠绕辊之间断开时,而握持住上述变形纱的改进之处包括:将每根上述变形纱置于开口管中,开口管沿纱线路径从滚筒向缠绕辊延伸以阻止断纱与其相邻的纱线纠缠和断损与其相邻的纱线,通过一可移动地与管输出端接合和脱离接合的喷嘴在管的出口端产生真空而从管中重新握持上述纱。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,该方法包括附加的工序,该工序感测在上述管和上述缠绕辊之间变形纱的存在和当管和缠绕辊之间没纱时使上述喷嘴移动与上述管的输出端相接合。
