背景技术
被罩是床上用品的一种,睡眠时用于保暖,由于每天使用时间几乎占整天的三分之一,人体分泌的体液、汗液和油脂等代谢物极易粘附在被罩上,使被罩成为尘螨、细菌的温床,进而影响睡眠质量,给人体健康带来不小的危害。现有的抗菌面料具有良好地安全性,它可以高效去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,但多次水洗后的抗菌效果不甚理想,且面料的柔软性不够好。

本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。

一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,具体步骤如下:
1)织造坯布
①将准备好的包纱通过整经机按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上;
经纱与纬纱均采用抗菌包纱与弹力包纱通过加工混纺为一根包纱;所述抗菌包纱的芯纱为莱卡长丝,包覆层为甲壳素纤维,所述弹力包纱的芯纱为高弹涤纶,包覆层为长绒棉纤维;
②浆纱
分批整经轴后对经轴上的包纱进行水洗处理,水洗处理完毕后烘干,烘干完成后片纱、卷绕织轴上浆;
③织造
对步骤②的浆纱进行并经,而后穿综筘,再将完成穿综筘的纱架至织机上同经同纬织造成坯布;
2)预缩
将步骤1)织造的坯布置于预缩机上进行预缩处理,预缩2次,以保持使用后不缩水;
3)染色
将步骤2)中完成预缩的坯布进行染色,染色后进行水洗,直至无浮色出现,得染色面料;
4)抗菌
将步骤3)中得到的染色面料置于植物抗菌剂中浸泡,水占比为植物抗菌剂的12~15倍,浸泡时间50~60min,浸泡温度60~65℃,得抗菌面料;
5)烘干
将步骤4)获得的抗菌面料烘干;
6)定型
将步骤5)中完成烘干的抗菌面料采用蒸汽定型;
7)检验
对步骤6)中定型完毕的抗菌面料进行抗菌检测,合格后包装,收纳入库。
在本发明中,步骤1)中,所述整经机工艺参数为:车速400~430m/min,张力杆角度120~130度,张力圈上17~20g、中20~21g、下17~20g、前22~23g、中20~21g和后24~25g,中部纱线张力18~22g,边部纱线张力24~26g。
在本发明中,步骤1)中,所述上浆工艺参数为:变性淀粉100~110kg、胶水50~60kg、胶粉25~27kg、蜡片9~10kg、体积1460~1520 L、伸长率13%和上浆率10%。
在本发明中,步骤3)中,所述染色保温时间50~60min。
在本发明中,步骤5)中,所述烘干机工艺参数,烘干温度155~165℃。

经纱与纬纱均采用抗菌包纱与弹力包纱通过加工混纺为一根包纱;所述抗菌包纱的芯纱为莱卡长丝,包覆层为甲壳素纤维,所述弹力包纱的芯纱为高弹涤纶,包覆层为长绒棉纤维;
②浆纱
分批整经轴后对经轴上的包纱进行水洗处理,水洗处理完毕后烘干,烘干完成后片纱、卷绕织轴上浆;上浆工艺参数为:变性淀粉100kg、胶水50kg、胶粉25kg、蜡片9kg、体积1460 L、伸长率13%和上浆率10%;

5)烘干
将步骤4)获得的抗菌面料烘干,烘干温度155℃;
6)定型
将步骤5)中完成烘干的抗菌面料采用蒸汽定型;
7)检验
对步骤6)中定型完毕的抗菌面料进行抗菌检测,合格后包装,收纳入库。

5)烘干
将步骤4)获得的抗菌面料烘干,烘干温度160℃;
6)定型
将步骤5)中完成烘干的抗菌面料采用蒸汽定型;
7)检验
对步骤6)中定型完毕的抗菌面料进行抗菌检测,合格后包装,收纳入库。
实施例3
一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,具体步骤如下:
1)织造坯布
①将准备好的包纱通过整经机按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上,整经机工艺参数为:车速430m/min,张力杆角度130度,张力圈上20g、中21g、下20g、前23g、中21g和后25g,中部纱线张力22g,边部纱线张力26g;
经纱与纬纱均采用抗菌包纱与弹力包纱通过加工混纺为一根包纱;所述抗菌包纱的芯纱为莱卡长丝,包覆层为甲壳素纤维,所述弹力包纱的芯纱为高弹涤纶,包覆层为长绒棉纤维;
②浆纱
分批整经轴后对经轴上的包纱进行水洗处理,水洗处理完毕后烘干,烘干完成后片纱、卷绕织轴上浆;上浆工艺参数为:变性淀粉110kg、胶水60kg、胶粉27kg、蜡片10kg、体积1520 L、伸长率13%和上浆率10%;
③织造
对步骤②的浆纱进行并经,而后穿综筘,再将完成穿综筘的纱架至织机上同经同纬织造成坯布;
2)预缩
将步骤1)织造的坯布置于预缩机上进行预缩处理,预缩2次,以保持使用后不缩水;
3)染色
将步骤2)中完成预缩的坯布进行染色,染色后进行水洗,直至无浮色出现,得染色面料,染色根据印染要求确定,染色保温时间55min;
4)抗菌
将步骤3)中得到的染色面料置于植物抗菌剂中浸泡,水占比为植物抗菌剂的14倍,浸泡时间55min,浸泡温度65℃,得抗菌面料;
5)烘干
将步骤4)获得的抗菌面料烘干,烘干温度165℃;
6)定型
将步骤5)中完成烘干的抗菌面料采用蒸汽定型;
7)检验
对步骤6)中定型完毕的抗菌面料进行抗菌检测,合格后包装,收纳入库。
在上述实施例1~实施例3中,植物抗菌剂的制备方法如下:
取规定份数的香茅、薰衣草、天竺葵、柠檬、茶树、冬青及鼠尾草,洗净、烘干,而后置入粉碎机中粉碎至30~45目的粉末,用水煎煮两次,每次煎煮1h,每次用水量为粉末重量的12~15倍,煎煮结束后静置24h,过滤得滤液;而后将滤液减压(压力为-0.08~-0.10MPa)浓缩,直至相对密度为1.015后,静置24h,取上清液,而后将上清液加入由月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、丙二醇、二氯苄醇及水杨酸组成的溶液中,加热、搅拌至完全溶解后冷却,得植物抗菌剂;按重量计份:香茅2~4份、薰衣草1~2份、天竺葵2~4份、柠檬1~2份、茶树1~1.5份、冬青1~3份及鼠尾草1~2份。

Claims (8)

1. 一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)织造坯布
①将准备好的包纱通过整经机按规定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上;
经纱与纬纱均采用抗菌包纱与弹力包纱通过加工混纺为一根包纱;所述抗菌包纱的芯纱为莱卡长丝,包覆层为甲壳素纤维,所述弹力包纱的芯纱为高弹涤纶,包覆层为长绒棉纤维;
②浆纱
分批整经轴后对经轴上的包纱进行水洗处理,水洗处理完毕后烘干,烘干完成后片纱、卷绕织轴上浆;
③织造
对步骤②的浆纱进行并经,而后穿综筘,再将完成穿综筘的纱架至织机上同经同纬织造成坯布;
2)预缩
将步骤1)织造的坯布置于预缩机上进行预缩处理,预缩2次,以保持使用后不缩水;
3)染色
将步骤2)中完成预缩的坯布进行染色,染色后进行水洗,直至无浮色出现,得染色面料;
4)抗菌
将步骤3)中得到的染色面料置于植物抗菌剂中浸泡,水占比为植物抗菌剂的12~15倍,浸泡时间50~60min,浸泡温度60~65℃,得抗菌面料;
5)烘干
将步骤4)获得的抗菌面料烘干;
6)定型
将步骤5)中完成烘干的抗菌面料采用蒸汽定型;
7)检验
对步骤6)中定型完毕的抗菌面料进行抗菌检测,合格后包装,收纳入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)中,所述整经机工艺参数为:车速400~430m/min,张力杆角度120~130度,张力圈上17~20g、中20~21g、下17~20g、前22~23g、中20~21g和后24~25g,中部纱线张力18~22g,边部纱线张力24~26g。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)中,所述上浆工艺参数为:变性淀粉100~110kg、胶水50~60kg、胶粉25~27kg、蜡片9~10kg、体积1460~1520 L、伸长率13%和上浆率10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤3)中,所述染色保温时间50~60min。
5.根据权利要求1述的一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中,植物抗菌剂的制备方法如下:
取规定份数的香茅、薰衣草、天竺葵、柠檬、茶树、冬青及鼠尾草,洗净、烘干,而后置入粉碎机中粉碎至30~45目的粉末,用水煎煮两次,每次煎煮1h,每次用水量为粉末重量的12~15倍,煎煮结束后静置24h,过滤得滤液;而后将滤液减压浓缩,直至相对密度为1.015后,静置24h,取上清液,而后将上清液加入由月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、丙二醇、二氯苄醇及水杨酸组成的溶液中,加热、搅拌至完全溶解后冷却即得。
6.根据权利要求5述的一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,其特征在于,按重量计份:香茅2~4份、薰衣草1~2份、天竺葵2~4份、柠檬1~2份、茶树1~1.5份、冬青1~3份及鼠尾草1~2份。
7. 根据权利要求1述的一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤5)中,所述烘干机工艺参数:烘干温度155~ 165℃。
8.根据权利要求1述的一种抗菌四面弹面料加工工艺,其特征在于,所述抗菌面料用于加工成被罩。
