Wherein, the walnut shell extract is prepared by the following operations: selecting clean walnut shells, crushing and grinding the walnut shells by using an ultrafine grinder to obtain walnut shell powder with the particle size of 1.2-1.5 mm, and then mixing the walnut shell powder with the following raw materials in a proportion of 1: and 8, soaking the walnut shells in boiling water according to the material-liquid ratio, performing ultrasonic extraction for 120min, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 45-50 KHz, filtering an extracting solution after the ultrasonic extraction by using a filter membrane with the aperture of 1.0 mu m to obtain a filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain one tenth of concentrated solution, namely the walnut shell extract.

The comparative example provides an essence for tobacco, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 4% of Baer dry tobacco extract, 4% of white oak sawdust extract, 4% of Virginia cedar wood oil, 4% of copaiba balsam oil, 4% of walnut shell extract, 2% of Sri Lankan cinnamon oil, 1% of Scotland spearmint oil, 61.6% of propylene glycol and 15.4% of edible ethanol.
The walnut shell extract was prepared as in example 1.
The tobacco essence of the comparative example is obtained by adopting the following preparation method:
(1) Weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
(2) Firstly, adding a Baer dry tobacco extract, a white oak sawdust extract, virginia cedar wood oil, copaiba balsam oil and a walnut shell extract into a stirring kettle, and adding three fifths of the materials in a weight ratio of 4:1, a cosolvent consisting of propylene glycol and edible ethanol is stirred and mixed for 18min at the rotating speed of 400 r/min;
(3) Then adding the slyland cinnamon bark oil, the Scotland spearmint oil and the remaining two fifths of the cosolvent, and stirring and mixing for 30min at the rotating speed of 500 r/min;
(4) Standing at room temperature for 15min, taking out, packaging and storing.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides an essence for tobacco, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 4% of a balm dry tobacco extract, 4% of a white oak sawdust extract, 4% of virginia cedar wood oil, 4% of copaiba balsam oil, 4% of a walnut shell extract, 2% of a srilan cinnamon oil, 1% of a scotland spearmint oil, 2% of a green conk oil, 5% of german chamomile oil, 5% of a jasminum morocco extract, 52% of propylene glycol and 13% of edible ethanol.
The preparation method of the walnut shell extract and the jasminum morocco extract is the same as that of the example 1.
The tobacco essence of the comparative example is obtained by adopting the following preparation method:
(1) Weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
(2) Adding a Barr dry tobacco extract, a white oak sawdust extract, virginia cedar wood oil, a bitter copaiba balsam oil and a walnut shell extract into a stirring kettle, and adding three fifths of the total weight of the materials in a weight ratio of 4:1, a cosolvent consisting of propylene glycol and edible ethanol is stirred and mixed for 18min at the rotating speed of 400 r/min;
(3) Then adding green kang-Ke oil, german chamomile oil, jasminum morocco extract, srilanka cassia oil, scotland spearmint oil and the rest two fifths of cosolvent, stirring and mixing for 30min at the rotating speed of 500 r/min;
(4) Standing at room temperature for 15min, taking out, packaging and storing.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example provides an essence for tobacco, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 4% of balm tobacco extract, 4% of white oak sawdust extract, 4% of virginia cypress oil, 4% of copaiba oil, 4% of walnut shell extract, 2% of slyland cinnamon oil, 1% of perilla brandy oil, 5% of hyssop oil, 4% of mimosa oil, 4% of abelmoschus seed oil, 51.2% of propylene glycol and 12.8% of edible ethanol.
The walnut shell extract was prepared as in example 1.
The tobacco essence of the comparative example is obtained by adopting the following preparation method:
(1) Weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
(2) Adding a Barr dry tobacco extract, a white oak sawdust extract, virginia cedar wood oil, a bitter copaiba balsam oil and a walnut shell extract into a stirring kettle, and adding three fifths of the total weight of the materials in a weight ratio of 4:1, a cosolvent consisting of propylene glycol and edible ethanol is stirred and mixed for 18min at the rotating speed of 400 r/min;
(3) Then, the hyssop oil, the sensitive plant oil, the abelmoschus seed oil, the slylaka cassia oil, the Scotland spearmint oil and the remaining two fifths of the cosolvent are added and stirred and mixed for 30min at the rotating speed of 500 r/min;
(4) Standing at room temperature for 15min, taking out, packaging and storing.
The tobacco essences prepared in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-3 are respectively added into cigarettes according to a conventional adding proportion, a blank control group (namely, no tobacco essence is contained) is set, 21 professional technicians randomly sample the produced cigarettes according to the national standard GB5606.4-2005 to carry out cigarette smoking sensory quality assessment, the sensory quality assessment standard is shown in table 1, and the smoking results are shown in table 2.

From the data in the table 2, it can be seen that the novel tobacco essence provided by the invention is suitable for heating non-combustion tobacco products, and can increase the tobacco fragrance by setting various natural plant raw materials with proper proportion, so that the tobacco essence has better harmony and penetrability, the thick feeling of the tobacco fragrance is improved, the comfort level is improved, and the taste of the tobacco products is improved.
