Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette additives, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an acacia flower extract for bead blasting of tobacco.
Background
In the 60's of the 20 th century, tobacco companies began to offer cigarettes with bead-blasting, which means that a small liquid rubber bead embedded in a tobacco filter wrapped with liquids of different types of flavors, smokers could pinch and burst the liquid in the bead during smoking to make the liquid flow out, so that the cigarettes had richer and more fragrant tastes, and the smokers had more comfortable experiences.
The foreign bead for the cigarette mainly takes a mint type as a main material, the domestic bead for the cigarette has great difference, and has different types such as mint, fruit fragrance, wine fragrance, Chinese herbal medicine and the like, however, the development space for perfuming the bead for the bead is huge, and the proper new raw material for the bead for the cigarette is the most important work at present.
Acacia, alias duck Quillaja, Roxburgh pricklyash, Mediterranean tree, etc., shrub or small arbor plant, 2-4 m high; the bark is coarse, brown, and has many branches, and the branches are usually bent like a Chinese character 'zhi', and have small bark holes. The acacia flower has extremely fragrant and rich flower fragrance, and can be used for extracting essence and extracting aromatic oil to be used as raw materials of cosmetics such as high-grade perfume and the like.
The article of 'analysis of aroma components of acacia flowers and application of the acacia flowers in cigarettes' published by Ningzhengxing and the like adopts a solvent extraction method to extract chemical components of the acacia flowers, and a cigarette flavoring experiment is carried out by spraying the extract on tobacco shreds. However, there is no study on the addition of acacia flower extract to, for example, a tobacco bead. The above extraction method is inefficient and cannot efficiently extract all the aroma components.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to develop the acacia flower fragrance bead for cigarette, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of the acacia flower extract for the tobacco bead. The method can effectively realize the extraction of the flower fragrance components of the acacia, so that the cigarette has the fragrance of the acacia, the smoke of the cigarette is fine and smooth and long, and the dry feeling is reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of an acacia flower extract for tobacco bead blasting comprises the following steps:
(1) pretreatment: soaking the acacia flowers in warm water for a period of time, and then drying at room temperature;
(2) reflux extraction: adding dried acacia flower raw material into an organic solvent, carrying out reflux extraction under normal pressure, and finally cooling;
(3) microwave extraction: adding the solvent and the raw materials in the step (2) into a lactic acid solution with the mass percentage of 10%, and then placing the mixed solution into microwave extraction equipment for further extraction;
(4) and (3) filtering: filtering the extracting solution in the step (3) by using a Buchner funnel;
(5) concentration: and (4) concentrating the filtrate obtained in the step (4) under reduced pressure to obtain the acacia flower extract for the tobacco bead blasting.
Further, the soaking time in the step (1) is 30-60 min.
Further, the organic solvent in the step (2) is medium-chain carbon fatty acid ester; preferably, the organic solvent is caprylic capric acid glyceride (ODO).
Further, the mass ratio of the acacia flower raw material to the organic solvent is 1: (5-10), and the reflux extraction time is 2 hours.
Furthermore, the addition amount of the lactic acid solution in the step (3) is 10% of the mass of the solvent and the raw materials in the step (2).
Further, the microwave extraction time in the step (3) is 20-30min, and the microwave frequency is 915 MHz.
Further, the temperature of the reduced pressure concentration is 50 ℃, the rotating speed is 20r/min, and the concentration is carried out until the mass is 3 times of that of the raw materials.
The invention also provides an application of the acacia flower extract in tobacco bead blasting, which specifically comprises the following steps: adding the acacia flower extract into olive oil, and then carrying out bead blasting according to a natural condensation process.
Further, the acacia flower extract accounts for 10% of the olive oil by mass.
The invention has the following technical characteristics:
1) the method can effectively realize the extraction of the flower fragrance components of the acacia by extracting the acacia flower extract through the soaking-refluxing-microwave synergistic manner.
2) The acacia flower extract is used in the tobacco bead blasting, so that the acacia flower aroma of the cigarette can be increased, the cigarette has fresh and sweet aroma, the smoke is fine and long, and the dry feeling is reduced; meanwhile, the acacia flower extract has good dissolubility, and can effectively improve the bead explosion forming rate.
3) Compared with the acacia oil-soluble essence, the invention is added into the exploded bead product, so that the fragrance is more harmonious and the smell of fat powder is avoided.
