1 part of refined pepper product, 10 parts of peppermint oil, 1 part of bergamot oil, 5 parts of peppermint oil, 1 part of menthol, 5 parts of linalool, 2 parts of menthyl acetate, 1 part of refined tobacco product, 30.1 parts of cooling agent WS and 73.9 parts of caprylic/capric glyceride.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
dripping the prepared pepper bead blasting essential oil as a core material to prepare bead blasting for cigarettes, adding the bead blasting essential oil into a filter rod in the process of forming filter tow, and then rolling the filter rod to prepare the cigarettes.
Comparative example 1
The preparation method of the raw materials is the same as that of example 1 except that the raw materials do not contain pepper refined powder.
Example 2
The cigarette bead-blasting essential oil with pepper flavor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
3 parts of refined pepper product, 7 parts of peppermint oil, 2 parts of bergamot oil, 4 parts of dementholized peppermint oil, 2 parts of menthol, 4 parts of linalool, 1.5 parts of menthyl acetate, 5 parts of refined tobacco product, 30.3 parts of cooling agent WS and 69.2 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
dripping the prepared pepper bead blasting essential oil as a core material to prepare bead blasting for cigarettes, adding the bead blasting essential oil into a filter rod in the process of forming filter tow, and then rolling the filter rod to prepare the cigarettes.
Comparative example 2
The preparation method of the raw materials is the same as that of example 2 except that the raw materials do not contain peppermint oil.
Example 3
The cigarette bead-blasting essential oil with pepper flavor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5 parts of refined pepper product, 5 parts of peppermint oil, 3 parts of bergamot oil, 3 parts of peppermint oil, 3 parts of menthol, 3 parts of linalool, 1 part of menthyl acetate, 7 parts of refined tobacco product, 30.5 parts of cooling agent WS and 69.5 parts of caprylic/capric glyceride.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
dripping the prepared pepper bead blasting essential oil as a core material to prepare bead blasting for cigarettes, adding the bead blasting essential oil into a filter rod in the process of forming filter tow, and then rolling the filter rod to prepare the cigarettes.
Comparative example 3
The preparation method of the raw materials is the same as that of example 3 except that the raw materials do not contain linalool.
Example 4
The cigarette bead-blasting essential oil with pepper flavor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
7 parts of refined pepper product, 3 parts of peppermint oil, 4 parts of bergamot oil, 2 parts of dementholized peppermint oil, 4 parts of menthol, 2 parts of linalool, 1.5 parts of menthyl acetate, 10 parts of refined tobacco product, 30.7 parts of cooling agent WS and 65.8 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
dripping the prepared pepper bead blasting essential oil as a core material to prepare bead blasting for cigarettes, adding the bead blasting essential oil into a filter rod in the process of forming filter tow, and then rolling the filter rod to prepare the cigarettes.
Comparative example 4
The procedure of example 4 was repeated except that the starting materials contained no menthyl acetate.
Example 5
The cigarette bead-blasting essential oil with pepper flavor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10 parts of refined pepper product, 1 part of peppermint oil, 5 parts of bergamot oil, 1 part of dementholized peppermint oil, 5 parts of menthol, 1 part of linalool, 0.1 part of menthyl acetate, 10 parts of refined tobacco product, 31 parts of cooling agent WS and 65.9 parts of caprylic/capric glyceride.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
dripping the prepared pepper bead blasting essential oil as a core material to prepare bead blasting for cigarettes, adding the bead blasting essential oil into a filter rod in the process of forming filter tow, and then rolling the filter rod to prepare the cigarettes.
Comparative example 5
The procedure of preparation of the same materials and preparation method as example 5 was repeated except that the materials contained no cooling agent WS-3.
The popped-bead cigarettes of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were evaluated with reference to the national bureau of smoking standards. The 13 cigarette sensory evaluation experts form a smoking panel, sensory evaluation is carried out in a dark evaluation mode, and the sensory evaluation results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, sensory evaluation of the popped bead cigarettes of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 clearly shows that the sensory quality evaluation indexes of examples 1 to 5 are superior to those of comparative examples 1 to 5.

Claims (10)
1. The cigarette bead-blasting essential oil with pepper flavor is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of refined pepper product, 1-10 parts of peppermint oil, 1-5 parts of bergamot oil, 1-5 parts of peppermint oil, 1-5 parts of menthol, 1-5 parts of linalool, 0.1-2 parts of menthyl acetate, 1-10 parts of refined tobacco product, 30.1-1 parts of cooling agent WS and 47-92.8 parts of caprylic/capric glyceride.
2. The essential oil for cigarette blasting beads with pepper flavor according to claim 1, wherein the refined product of pepper is one or more refined products of pepper substances from Chinese tribute pepper, Wudu dahongpao and Hancheng dahongpao.
3. The essential oil for cigarette blasting beads with pepper flavor according to claim 1, wherein the pepper used in the refined pepper product is fresh pepper.
4. The essential oil for cigarette blasting beads with pepper flavor according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the refined pepper product comprises the following steps: selecting mildew-free and full pepper, removing impurities, cleaning, and drying in a hot air in a rotary cage dryer at the drying temperature of 30-40 ℃ for 1-2 h; immediately placing the dried pepper in a refrigerator at the temperature of-5 ℃ for cooling, and standing for 20-30 min; after standing, taking out the pepper, placing the pepper in a rotary cage dryer, and repeating the steps of heating and drying, cooling and standing for three times; putting the pepper cooled and kept stand for the third time into a freeze dryer, and drying for 12-24 hours; separating the dried pericarpium Zanthoxyli from semen Zanthoxyli, pulverizing, and sieving with 50 mesh sieve; collecting pericarpium Zanthoxyli powder, and extracting with solvent to obtain pericarpium Zanthoxyli essential oil; removing amide substances in the pricklyash peel essential oil by using a macroporous resin method to obtain a refined pricklyash peel product.
5. The essential oil for cigarette blasting beads with pepper flavor according to claim 4, wherein the ratio of the pepper powder to the solvent is 1: 5-1: 15, the solvent is one of ethanol, diethyl ether and petroleum ether, the soaking time is 30-50 min, the water bath temperature is 50-80 ℃, the extraction time is 3-4 h, the distillate obtained after the extraction is dried by anhydrous sodium sulfate for 12-24h, and the anhydrous sodium sulfate is removed by filtering after the drying.
6. The essential oil for cigarette blasting beads with pepper flavor according to claim 4, wherein the macroporous resin is AB8 macroporous resin, the eluting solvent is one or more of methanol, ethyl acetate and ethanol, and the eluting flow rate is 0.5 mL/min-2.5 mL/min.
7. The essential oil for cigarette blasting beads with pepper flavor according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco refined substance is one or more of burley tobacco, flue-cured tobacco or cigar tobacco fragment refined substances.
8. The essential oil for cigarette blasting beads with pepper flavor according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the tobacco refined product comprises the following steps: placing tobacco fragments into a closed extraction tank, vacuumizing, and injecting an extraction solvent into the tank, wherein the extraction solvent is one or more of dimethyl ether, butane and cyclohexane, the volume of the tobacco fragments and the extraction solvent is 1: 5-1: 7, the extraction temperature is 30-50 ℃, the extraction time is 3-5 hours, and the obtained sample is a tobacco extract; refining the tobacco extract by molecular distillation, collecting light components under different conditions, and mixing the light components according to a certain proportion to obtain the refined tobacco product.

The essential oil for cigarette blasting beads with pepper flavor and the preparation method thereof according to claim 8, wherein the molecular distillation conditions are that the feeding speed is 6.0-8.0 mL/min, the vacuum degree is 10-20 Pa, the heating temperature is 40, 60, 80, 100 ℃, the cooling temperature is 25-35 ℃, and the film scraping rotation speed is 140-150 r/min.
10. The preparation method of the cigarette bead-blasting essential oil with the pepper flavor is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) preparing a pepper refined product: selecting mildew-free and full pepper, removing impurities, cleaning, and drying in a hot air in a rotary cage dryer at the drying temperature of 30-40 ℃ for 1-2 h; immediately placing the dried pepper in a refrigerator at the temperature of-5 ℃ for cooling, and standing for 20-30 min; after standing, taking out the pepper, placing the pepper in a rotary cage dryer, and repeating the steps of heating and drying, cooling and standing for three times; putting the pepper cooled and kept stand for the third time into a freeze dryer, and drying for 12-24 hours; separating the dried pericarpium Zanthoxyli from semen Zanthoxyli, pulverizing, and sieving with 50 mesh sieve; collecting pericarpium Zanthoxyli powder, and extracting with solvent to obtain pericarpium Zanthoxyli essential oil; removing amide substances in the zanthoxylum essential oil by using a macroporous resin method to obtain a refined zanthoxylum product;
(2) preparing a tobacco refined product: placing tobacco fragments into a closed extraction tank, vacuumizing, and injecting an extraction solvent into the tank, wherein the extraction solvent is one or more of dimethyl ether, butane and cyclohexane, the volume of the tobacco fragments and the extraction solvent is 1: 5-1: 7, the extraction temperature is 30-50 ℃, the extraction time is 3-5 hours, and the obtained sample is a tobacco extract; refining the tobacco extract by molecular distillation, collecting light components under different conditions, and mixing the light components according to a certain proportion to obtain a tobacco refined substance;
(3) preparing the essential oil for popping the beads of the cigarettes: the essential oil for the popping beads of the cigarettes is obtained by fully and uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of refined pepper product, 1-10 parts of peppermint oil, 1-5 parts of bergamot oil, 1-5 parts of peppermint oil, 1-5 parts of menthol, 1-5 parts of linalool, 0.1-2 parts of menthyl acetate, 1-10 parts of refined tobacco product, 30.1-1 parts of cooling agent WS and 47-92.8 parts of caprylic/capric glyceride.
