Referring to fig. 8, a rectangular assembly groove 301 is formed in the upper end of the fixed plate 30, a support spring rod 302 is installed on the inner wall of the rectangular assembly groove 301, a tightening plate 303 is arranged at one end, close to the middle of the rectangular assembly groove 301, of the support spring rod 302, the support spring rod 302 always applies a pressing force, pointing to the middle of the rectangular assembly groove 301, to the tightening plate 303, an inclined plate 304 is arranged at the upper end of the tightening plate 303, the inclined plate 304 is inclined from bottom to top to one side, away from the middle of the rectangular assembly groove 301, a top contact block 305 is installed at one side, close to the middle of the rectangular assembly groove 301, of the inclined plate 304, the upper side wall and the lower side of the top contact block 305 are both of an inclined structure, and an angle between the upper side wall of the top contact block 305 and the inclined plate 304 is larger than an angle between the lower side wall of the top contact block 305 and the inclined plate 304.
During operation, first, the bottom cover 4 is placed in the rectangular assembly groove 301, during this period, the bottom cover 4 firstly abuts against the inclined plate 304 and presses the top contact block 305 to one side far away from the middle of the fixing plate 30, so that the inclined plate 304 and the abutting plate 303 move along with the top contact block 305, so that the lower end of the bottom cover 4 abuts against the bottom of the rectangular assembly groove 301, then the abutting plate 303 drives the inclined plate 304 and the top contact block 305 to move to one side near the middle of the fixing plate 30 under the action of the supporting spring rod 302, the bottom cover 4 can be pressed to the middle of the rectangular assembly groove 301 through the plurality of abutting plates 303, so as to position the bottom cover 4, meanwhile, the lower side wall of the top contact block 305 abuts against the outer edge of the upper end of the bottom cover 4, so as to press and limit the bottom cover 4, so that the bottom cover 4 is prevented from shaking during the assembly process to influence the butt joint between the bottom cover 4 and the battery core 5, and during the assembly and the removal of the battery module, the lower side wall of the bottom cover 305 can move towards the outer side of the fixing plate 30 smoothly, thereby improving the accuracy of the battery core 5, and the battery module can be placed between the battery module 5, and the battery module can be conveniently placed, thereby, and the accuracy of the battery can be improved.

S2, conveying the battery cell and the upper cover: the first intermittent motor 22 is started, the first intermittent motor 22 drives the conveyor belt 23 to rotate intermittently clockwise, the conveyor belt 23 drives the battery cell 5 and the upper cover 6 to move intermittently to the right side, and the conveyor belt 23 firstly conveys the battery cell 5 to the lower part of the telescopic cylinder 36 on the left side of the support column 33.
S3, assembling the battery module: starting a telescopic cylinder 36 on the left side of the support column 33 to drive an execution plate 37 on the lower end of the support column to move downwards, wherein the execution plate 37 drives a suction cup 393 on the lower end of the execution plate to be adsorbed on the upper end of the battery cell 5, and then a forward and reverse rotation motor 386 drives a bidirectional screw 385 to rotate, so that the bidirectional screw 385 drives two sliding plates 382 on the execution plate 37 to move relatively, and the sliding plates 382 drive a clamping plate 383 to abut against the front side wall and the rear side wall of the battery cell 5, so that the battery cell 5 can be clamped; then the telescopic cylinder 36 on the left side of the connecting plate 34 drives the execution plate 37 and the battery cell 5 to move upwards, and then the second intermittent motor 31 drives the supporting column 33 and the connecting plate 34 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the execution plate 37 with the battery cell 5 clamped therein and the telescopic cylinder 36 on the upper end thereof rotate to the right side of the supporting column 33 along with the connecting plate 34, and then the execution plate 37 and the battery cell 5 are driven by the telescopic cylinder 36 to move downwards, so that the battery cell 5 is inserted into the bottom cover 4, and then the two sliding plates 382 on the execution plate 37 are driven by the bidirectional screw 385 to move back and forth and are separated from the side wall of the battery cell 5.
Meanwhile, the telescopic cylinder 36 on the left side of the supporting column 33 is started, the telescopic cylinder 36 drives the execution plate 37 at the lower end of the execution cylinder to move downwards, the execution plate 37 drives the suction cup 393 at the lower end of the execution plate to be adsorbed at the upper end of the upper cover 6, and the two clamping plates 383 on the execution plate 37 abut against the front side and the rear side of the upper cover 6 so as to clamp the upper cover 6; then the actuating plate 37 and the upper cover 6 are driven by the telescopic cylinder 36 to move upwards, then the supporting column 33 and the connecting plate 34 are driven by the second intermittent motor 31 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the upper cover 6 rotates above the battery cell 5 along with the connecting plate 34, then the actuating plate 37 and the upper cover 6 are driven by the telescopic cylinder 36 to move downwards and be clamped at the upper end of the battery cell 5, thus the assembly of the battery module is completed, and then the two sliding plates 382 on the actuating plate 37 are driven by the bidirectional screw 385 to move back and be separated from the side wall of the upper cover 6.
S4, taking down the battery module: and taking down the assembled battery module.
