Abstract
本发明涉及一种高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)真空状态下,端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚混合,升温搅拌至50‑60℃加入催化剂,继续升温至80℃,保温反应2小时,后降温至55‑60℃加入三乙烯四胺和异丙醇,升温至81℃,搅拌保温5‑6小时,降温至50‑55℃得到嵌段硅油;(2)嵌段硅油与非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂混合均匀,边搅拌边缓缓加入一定量的酸水,得到嵌段硅油乳液;(3)嵌段硅油乳液与甘油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AT800、耐阴离子表面活性剂混合均匀得到高稳定低溶剂的棉用柔软剂。本发明的高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法所制备的柔软剂耐碱、耐盐、耐阴离子,且溶剂含量低。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于柔顺剂生产技术领域,具体涉及一种高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法。
背景技术
棉具有透气吸汗、舒适柔软、抗静电、保暖性好、抗碱性强、染色性好等多种优点,因此,它长久以来广受人们喜爱,也一直是使用最多的天然纤维之一。
目前,棉织物的柔软加工整理,主要在染色以后,将棉织物从染色机中移出,离心脱水、烘干、浸轧柔软剂、烘干、收卷,而现在对于棉的手感整理普遍是用有机硅乳液柔软剂,但有机硅乳液普耐碱、耐阴离子性能差以及溶剂含量高,以至于经过染色后的棉布要反复清洗干净才能做手感整理,否则残留染料及碱、盐、阴离子的各类染色助剂会破坏柔软剂,进而使得柔软剂不仅达不到柔软整理的效果,而且被破坏掉的柔软剂很容易对织物产生玷污,进而生产残次品;另外大量的溶剂也会提高助剂生产成本、挥发出大量的气味,从而给企业加大负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法,所制备的柔软剂耐碱、耐盐、耐阴离子,且溶剂含量低。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在真空状态下,将端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚混合,升温搅拌至50-60℃时加入催化剂,继续升温至80℃,保温反应2小时,后降温至50-60℃时加入三乙烯四胺和异丙醇,升温至81℃,搅拌保温5-6小时,降温至50-55℃再放料,得到嵌段硅油;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的嵌段硅油与非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂按一定比例混合均匀,边搅拌边缓缓加入一定量的酸水,得到嵌段硅油乳液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的嵌段硅油乳液与甘油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AT800、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐混合均匀,即得到高稳定低溶剂的棉用柔软剂。
优选的,所述端氢硅油的分子量为10000。
优选的,所述端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚的质量比为10:1.05-10:1.1。
优选的,所述催化剂为端双金属铂钯,其加入量为端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚质量之和的万分之一。
优选的,所述嵌段硅油、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂的质量比为10:1:1。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述两性离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷。

实施例1
一种高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取分子量为1万的端氢硅油1000g、分子量500的烯丙基环氧聚醚105g加入三口烧瓶内搅拌升温至55℃,加入的端双金属铂钯催化剂(加入量为端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚质量之和的万分之一),继续升温至80℃,同时对于烧瓶内做抽真空处理,保温反应2小时,降温至55℃,加入100g异丙醇、三乙烯四胺30.7g,升温至81℃,保温反应6小时,反应期间持续通入氮气,降温至50℃放料得到嵌段硅油。
(2)取100g步骤(1)所得的嵌段硅油、10g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(1310)、10g两性表面活性剂烷基糖苷投入乳化分散机,充分搅拌均匀后,边搅拌边缓缓加入380g冰醋酸纯水乳液(质量浓度1%的冰醋酸水溶液),最终获得嵌段硅油乳液。
(3)将100g步骤(2)所得嵌段硅油乳液、2g甘油、1g分散剂(AT800)、3g耐阴离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐混合均匀后就得到最终产品,即高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂。
实施例2
一种高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

将实施例1-3、对比例1-3所得的柔软剂进行稳定性测试、手感测试和溶剂含量测试,结果如表1所示:
稳定性测试具体如下:
1、取水1000g、纯碱10g、硫酸钠10g、阴离子分散剂PA25(购于巴斯夫)3g,混合均匀配制成稀释液,按照该方法配制检测液3份。
2、取检测液3份,每份1000g,每份检测液中分别加入实施例1-3的所制备的柔软剂200g,高速搅拌、转速2500r/min,搅拌时间30min,静置,消泡,观察有絮状物出现。
手感对比具体如下:
通过在该行业内5位资深人士共同对比处理过的棉织物手感进行评分,1为无改善,2为有一定改善,3为有明显改善,4为彻底改善。

采用烘干法:固含量测定法(测定步骤(1)嵌段硅油的溶剂含量)

1.一种高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)在真空状态下,将端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚混合,升温搅拌至50-60℃时加入催化剂,继续升温至80℃,保温反应2小时,后降温至50-60℃时加入三乙烯四胺和异丙醇,升温至81℃,搅拌保温5-6小时,降温至50-55℃再放料,得到嵌段硅油;所述催化剂为端双金属铂钯,其加入量为端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚质量之和的万分之一;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的嵌段硅油与非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂按一定比例混合均匀,边搅拌边缓缓加入一定量的酸水,得到嵌段硅油乳液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的嵌段硅油乳液与甘油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AT800、耐阴离子表面活性剂混合均匀,即得到高稳定低溶剂的棉用柔软剂;
所述端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚的质量比为10:1.05-10:1.1;
所述嵌段硅油、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂的质量比为10:1:1;
所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述两性离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷;
所述嵌段硅油乳液、甘油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AT800、耐阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为10:0.2:0.1: 0.3;
所述耐阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述端氢硅油的分子量为10000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定低溶剂棉用柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述酸水为冰醋酸的水溶液。
