步骤二:把温度降到50摄氏度,再加入精制妥尔油、五号白油、高泡除油乳化剂、乳铁蛋白以及消毒药升温到80摄氏度;
步骤三:把步骤二中的温度降到50摄氏度,再加入抗硬水剂、吐温二十、镁铝合金缓蚀剂、消泡剂、还亮草以及助溶剂升温到80摄氏度,搅拌均匀冷却后即为成品。
进一步的,本发明改进有,所述步骤一、步骤二以及步骤三中的温度保持75-85摄氏度反应1.5-2小时,所述步骤一、步骤二以及步骤三的搅拌时间为15-20分钟。

请参阅图1-2,本发明的一种医疗器械消毒剂,包括去离子水8份-15份、一异丙醇胺1份-4份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1份-8份、二甘醇胺2份-6份、油酸三乙醇胺1份-2份、葵二酸0.8份-1.5份、苯并三氮唑0.5份-1份、精制妥尔油6份-13份、五号白油15份-35份、抗硬水剂1份-5份、吐温二十1.5份-3份、镁铝合金缓蚀剂0.8份-3份、甘油8份-16份、消泡剂0.1份-0.5份、还亮草9份-18份、消毒药5份-13份、高泡除油乳化剂8份-12份、亚硝酸钠0.2份-0.6份、槟榔提取物0.5份-2份、乳铁蛋白0.3份-1.5份、助溶剂1.5份-5份、苯扎氯铵0.8份-2份和羟乙基纤维素0.8份-3份。
本实施例中,所述抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸、羟乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸盐或羟乙二胺四乙酸盐中的一种或几种的混合物。
本实施例中,所述镁铝合金缓蚀剂为磷酸酯、妥尔油与2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、偏硅酸钠和改性磷酸酯的一种或几种的混合物。
本实施例中,包括以下步骤:

综上所述,该医疗器械消毒剂,在使用时,一异丙醇胺为优良的溶剂;是重要的洗涤剂和化妆品原料,也用于肥皂;呈碱性,也用作酸性气体的吸收剂,二甘醇胺主要用作酸性气体的吸收剂,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵用作腈纶匀染剂、印染织物缓染剂、油田油井杀菌剂、冷却水系统杀菌灭藻剂、医疗器械消毒剂等,油酸三乙醇胺具有优异的乳化和分散性能,发泡能力强,泡沫细腻,在酸性和碱性介质中稳定性强,有良好的洗涤及防锈能力,葵二酸为合成润滑油或润滑油添加剂,苯并三氮唑为水处理剂、金属防锈剂和缓蚀剂,精制妥尔油为乳化液助剂、具有防锈、润滑及清洁性能,可提高工件的表面光洁度,减少碎屑的粘附,从而提高刀具的使用寿命,五号白油可用作高级缝纫机无味润滑油等用途,吐温二十用作某些水中难溶药物的增溶剂,本发明具有优异的润滑抗磨性能、清洗冷却性能、防锈抗腐蚀性能、杀菌灭藻性能和抗硬水性能,避免了切削瘤的产生,有效的保护了刀具,提高了产品的质量,降低加工面的温度,避免工件因高温而变形的现象,提高了加工的精度,避免了工件的腐蚀和生锈,节约生产成本,简化加工工艺,缩短加工周期,提高生产效率,保护环境不会被污染,成本低廉,长效抗菌,属环境友好型产品。
本发明所得消毒剂消毒效果好、能够快速杀死器械上的病菌,且对设备无腐蚀作用,性能稳定,保质期长;
本发明所得消毒剂不产生挥发性刺激气味,无毒无污染,不会对患者造成身体上的伤害;
本发明所得消毒剂制备工艺简单,价格成本低,杀菌清洁效果显著,便于推广使用。

1.一种医疗器械消毒剂,其特征在于,包括去离子水8份-15份、一异丙醇胺1份-4份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1份-8份、二甘醇胺2份-6份、油酸三乙醇胺1份-2份、葵二酸0.8份-1.5份、苯并三氮唑0.5份-1份、精制妥尔油6份-13份、五号白油15份-35份、抗硬水剂1份-5份、吐温二十1.5份-3份、镁铝合金缓蚀剂0.8份-3份、甘油8份-16份、消泡剂0.1份-0.5份、还亮草9份-18份、消毒药5份-13份、高泡除油乳化剂8份-12份、亚硝酸钠0.2份-0.6份、槟榔提取物0.5份-2份、乳铁蛋白0.3份-1.5份、助溶剂1.5份-5份、苯扎氯铵0.8份-2份和羟乙基纤维素0.8份-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗器械消毒剂,其特征在于,包括去离子水12份、一异丙醇胺2.5份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵4.5份、二甘醇胺5份、油酸三乙醇胺1份、葵二酸1.3份、苯并三氮唑0.8份、精制妥尔油9份、五号白油22份、抗硬水剂4份、吐温二十2.3份、镁铝合金缓蚀剂0.8份-3份、甘油8份-16份、消泡剂0.5份、还亮草13份、消毒药8份、高泡除油乳化剂10份、亚硝酸钠0.4份、槟榔提取物1.2份、乳铁蛋白0.8份、助溶剂3.5份、苯扎氯铵1.5份和羟乙基纤维素2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种医疗器械消毒剂,其特征在于,所述抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸、羟乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸盐或羟乙二胺四乙酸盐中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种医疗器械消毒剂,其特征在于,所述镁铝合金缓蚀剂为磷酸酯、妥尔油与2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、偏硅酸钠和改性磷酸酯的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种医疗器械消毒剂,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将所述去离子水放入反应釜中升温到80摄氏度,然后放入一异丙醇胺1份-4份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1份-8份、二甘醇胺2份-6份、油酸三乙醇胺1份-2份、葵二酸0.8份-1.5份、苯并三氮唑0.5份-1份、甘油8份-16份、亚硝酸钠0.2份-0.6份、槟榔提取物0.5份-2份、苯扎氯铵0.8份-2份和羟乙基纤维素0.8份-3份充分搅半;
步骤二:把温度降到50摄氏度,再加入精制妥尔油、五号白油、高泡除油乳化剂、乳铁蛋白以及消毒药升温到80摄氏度;
步骤三:把步骤二中的温度降到50摄氏度,再加入抗硬水剂、吐温二十、镁铝合金缓蚀剂、消泡剂、还亮草以及助溶剂升温到80摄氏度,搅拌均匀冷却后即为成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种医疗器械消毒剂,其特征在于,所述步骤一、步骤二以及步骤三中的温度保持75-85摄氏度反应1.5-2小时,所述步骤一、步骤二以及步骤三的搅拌时间为15-20分钟。
